Nothing to say about the waiter who served us the aperitif. I expected a goodbye and an extra smile from the manager. I've been there in the past and hadn't been in a while. I definitely won't go back

Quality of food not great, it looks like reheated or pre-prepared. The not-fresh salad and the grated carrots from the day before. Slow service and not very helpful. Gritty jokes from the boss (based on his behavior). Smoking and noisy atmosphere, not pleasant at all.

Very nice place, clean, nice wine list. Too bad about the service, there was a guy (I think the owner from his attitude) out of control, in the throes of alcohol and probably not only that, verbally abusing his staff and making strange noises. I don't know

Nice place very cool but the service needs to be reviewed nice waitresses but the beauty is useless if they are beyond slow too much time passes between the order and the arrival of the drinks too bad

For some time, although the waitresses have been constantly changed, the speed and effectiveness of the service has always remained quite poor. It's very unfortunate because they usually don't lack friendliness, but every time you have to wait 10-20 minutes to be served. Impossible for those who work.

I've been there several times for aperitifs.. and it seemed normal to me.. nice place and ok aperitifs.. but this time it was disappointing.. we decide with our colleagues to have an aperitif (about 15 people) they bring us drinks and appetizers and so far so good, then they bring a couple more rounds.. when it's time to pay, surprise.. they tell me that there is a supplement to pay for the appetizers.. they asked us a supplement of 13.80 each.. I was left shocked.. also because everyone had at least 2 if not 3 drinks each.. many of us pointed out that it would have been better to inform them beforehand about this supplement.. also because no one expected to have to pay more.. and the owner he had an argument with one of us telling him to go home to Italy to have aperitifs.. I found him very rude.. as far as I'm concerned they won't see me again..

Waitress not friendly at all. Group of 5 people with 2 children, we sat on the terrace in a quiet corner, he made us move places in an annoyed tone, with the terrace almost empty, he crowded us in with other customers, with the table half under the sun. While ordering, he dictated what was best for the children to order, out of his mind. We ordered because the children cared about it by now, consumed it quickly and ran away. Too bad because the place looks nice too.

Ont été pour le café le matin, l'apéritif à diverses heures et le dîner le soir. Toujours un plaisir de passer, surtout pour l'apéritif! Le personnel est très sympathique et le prix est raisonnable. Un bon choix de plats le soir.

Sono stato in questo locale una sola volta e questa esperienza mi è bastata per decidere di non ritornarci MAI più. I prezzi sono esorbitanti, sia quelli delle bibite che quelli delle varie pietanze (per altro di qualità molto mediocre). Tralascio i commenti riguardo al gerente, di una scortesia che supera i limiti dell’umana decenza.State alla larga: a Biasca e dintorni si trovano ristoranti molto migliori in cui venite accolti e trattati con professionalità e gentilezza e non con la puzza sotto il naso.

Questo locale é sempre elegante ed aggiornato, camerieri attenti e professionali. A pranzo si mangia molto bene, proposte sempre allettanti e invece la sera lo consiglio per aperitivi.

Servizio al tavolo buono come la presentazione del piatto. Unica se vogliamo lamentela e la troppa fretta dei camerieri

For those coming from Mendrisiotto, paying a straight coffee Fr 2.50.- and a macchiato Fr 2.80.- may perhaps seem a bit excessive. 😉

A primo impatto, colpisce il locale molto elegante e curato!MA FINISCE TUTTO QUI!Cibo di qualità media, con porzioni scarne e soprattutto un prezzo decisamente elevato in rapporto alla qualità ( acqua CHF 8)!La vera sorpresa in negativo è il gestore...presuntuoso e scortese che non invoglia a farci ritornoNB: pane servito in sacchetti di plastica non propriamente igienici

Malgré réclamation, la carafe d eau nous a été facturée en tant qu eau minérale, à savoir 5,80 Francs Suisse. Une honte !!! Établissement à fuir!

Ich war geschäftlich 2 Wochen in Biasca. Das White hat mir den Aufenthalt enorm versüsst. Sowohl Mittag als auch Abends habe ich immer hervorragend gegessen und getrunken. Ob Pasta, Risotto oder Roastbeef es war immer frisch und raffiniert zubereitet. Der Inhaber Marco ist enorm nett und aufmerksam, das Ambiente einfach top, sowohl innen als auch aussen mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Eignet sich auch super für einen Feierabend Drink draussen auf der schönen Terrasse. Ich gehe beim nächsten Besuch in Biasca auf jeden Fall wieder hin.

Siamo stati diverse volte per un aperitivo e devo dire che siamo rimasti sempre soddisfatti, ma una delle ultime volte devo dire di no abbiamo preso due bicchieri di vino e come aperitivo solo un piatto con 4 pezzi di pane con sopra un po' di formaggio e affettato e poi più nulla!!! Questo devo dire che c'era la cameriera che per tutto il tempo non si è fatta vedere! Che dire speriamo che la prossima volta non sia così comunque non è proprio il massimo della gentilezza la cameriera! Ciò nonostante lo consiglio per il resto del personale e tutto cortese e ottimo!

Ammetto che pur essendo in Svizzera , la pizza risultava più buona di alcune pizze mangiate in madre patria Italia. Leggera e con ottimi ingredienti . Buono il servizio e bella la location, di fronte a delle cascate meravigliose .

Ein schöner Ort mit vielen Auswahl auf der Speisekarte. Portionsgrößen sind sehr großzügig und alles, was wir aßen am Tisch schmeckten gut. Pizza, Panini aber auch Nudeln, Fleisch oder Fisch. Menü des Tages in der Mittagszeit ist gut für den Preis. Freundliches Personal mit einer feinen Gefühl.

Nous sommes arrivés dans cette "oenotheque" mais le garçon ne nous a fait aucune proposition de vins. Et quand on lui on a dit que nous voulions du vin il nous a juste dit du merlot. Chez nous une vraie oenotheque on une carte de vins au verre avec un choix. De plus le seul vin rouge que j'ai pris n'était pas très bon

Vor der Reise in den grossen Tunnel, wollten wir etwas Essen (15:00). Die Küche war zu und so bestellten wir eine kalte Platte mit Roastbeef. Das Fleisch war i.o. jedoch der grüne Salat komplett vergammelt. Wir verlangten Ersatz. Nach 15 Minuten kam er dann im wesentlich kleineren Format aber gab wiederum Anlass zur einer Reklamation! Der Kellner meinte, es gäbe nichts besseres, weil er keinen Salat mehr in der Küche hätte.

Se vuoi mangiare bene e soprattutto degustare una buona bottiglia di vino, vai al White, posto molto accogliente, piatti curati e freschi, sempre pulito e molto luminoso. Molte etichette interessanti e vitigni ricercati, bravo Marco!
