The food is tasteless… 10.50 for the small spring rolls. Ordered with meat and received without. The padtai was nothing either. I gave it two chances and now the restaurant is finally down for me….

The Asian dishes come to the table authentically, from the taste to the imported traditional ingredients, and let us wander into the distance. There are special menus on the menu for children that are tailored to their habits. During our visit the service was friendly and attentive. We will be back.

We ordered through just eat. Delivery time after ordering was shown as 20 minutes. Effectively was delivered after 1 hour. Instead of Thay noodles I got regular spaghetti. The chicken was definitely no longer good! Absolutely not to be missed!!

Just got take away: portion of noodles for an additional 5.- is ultra small, almost a cheek! The rice is overcooked and the chicken is rubbery.

It was a real pleasure eating at your Asian restaurant. The dishes were truly exceptional, from the appetizer to the shrimp and beef sijuan, a real feast for the palate. The cook and waitress said goodbye to us with a warm smile as we left the restaurant, giving our evening a personal touch. Compared to the negative reviews I've read before, I think it's important to consider that everyone can have a bad day. However, it is important to recognize how much dedication and passion you put into your work. Thank you for the authentic experience and your commitment to Asian cuisine. I look forward to coming back soon and enjoying your dishes again.

The spring rolls are very small for the price, the satay skewers are also small and thin, both do NOT correspond to the price-performance ratio, the main thing is too spicy for us - 🌶️ a reference to spiciness would be helpful - today I see a lot

I've been to the Williams Asia Restaurant in Winterthur several times and have always been thrilled, the service is very friendly, warm and great, the food has always been very fine and authentic and the... Decor is interesting and cozy atmosphere. Can be recommended until next time.

Even a year later, I still haven't learned anything - what a shame! We were guests relatively shortly after the opening and weren't particularly impressed. However, we recently thought we would like to give the restaurant another chance; perhaps things needed to settle in first. Unfortunately, far from it. The service is still terrible, the food is very poor and the atmosphere is extremely cold. I can't recommend the restaurant to anyone and I certainly won't be going there again. P.S. Please don't write that you couldn't find my name in your supposed customer file. We haven't made a reservation (you don't need one when the restaurant is so empty) and are therefore nowhere in your systems.

Chinese pretending to be Thai. And then want to call the police because you let a ready-made meal go back for almost 30 francs because everything was just mixed together from powder. Next time I'll call the police and then we'll have everyone's work and residence permits checked.

I don't understand all the good reviews. Was there on a Saturday evening. The restaurant was almost empty. The atmosphere was very stiff and stale. Eating took longer, but why? - wasn't a business. In addition, the food tasted so-so. The pictures suggest something different, with lots of vegetables and fresh etc. Reality is that there are only a few strands of cabbage on the plate and a small bowl of sauce. Overall, disappointing experience.

I love Asian, as I am Thai myself, and was amazed at how good Thai tastes here. Very authentically cooked, with original ingredients from Thailand. I'd love to come back.

Spontaneous visit, and totally thrilled by the fine, authentic Asian delicacies. Locally well furnished and very warm-hearted! Staff friendly and extremely in a good mood.

This restaurant is not what it promises. You feel financially exploited. The food wasn't warm and Thai curry was almost without any sauce. You pay 80 for two dishes and are still hungry afterwards 😳 because the portions are much too small. How can this restaurant have 4.7 points? I am convinced that these are colleagues from the staff and management How bad that management only thinks about profit. I would advise everyone not to go there or order the delivery service. This restaurant won't last long the way it is going. It's not a good concept I am very glad that Williams Asia Restaurant has a lot of competition.

We ordered for the first and last time. Order included: 1x Gyoza vegetarian, 1x Pho Bo and 1x Shui Jiao noodle soup. The gyoza are frozen goods and taste ok, but are sold at far too high a price. The two soups taste very similar - they taste of almost nothing. In addition, the cup consists of 97% pasta. More vegetables and perhaps a little more meat/dumplings would be a must at these prices. Conclusion: not worth it. There are other restaurants in Winterthur that prepare the same food many times better (in terms of taste) and charge the same price for it.

The food they delivered to us was very bad. Pule really stunk! Rice wasn't fresh and had a strange color! So you couldn't even eat rice! Poor quality ! For this price they use plastic containers! Incredible

We ordered the food from them. The food is not too great, but not too bad either. One thing I have to mention, I am very disappointed with the Shanghai style Hao Shao Rou. As a Shanghainese, it offended me to put toufu in this Hao Shao Rou (that's not possible) and the color and taste are not either correctly. You can keep this dish, but please do not mention that it is Shanghainese style. The rest of the dish I ordered is ok, the duck is perfect. The Shui Zhu fish is a bit too salty for my taste, but they are very nice and give us a bottle of coke for free. For people who don't have experience with high standards, Chinese food might be ok, but it's not for me.

We visited the Williams Asia Restaurant in Winterthur as part of the business lunch. The food was excellent, very fresh and of a high quality. The service was very attentive and extremely friendly, even though the restaurant was busy.

We ordered dinner and the food generally tasted fresh and high quality. Unfortunately the delivery was significantly later than communicated. Unfortunately, the baked chicken was no longer crispy. In my opinion, the price of the Gai Lan is not justified without tofu or meat at CHF > 20 for a few vegetables and brown rice, even if it was generally tasty. Maybe we just ordered the wrong thing on the wrong night.

A really dubious delivery service. We currently ordered exactly 1 hour 45 minutes ago. The food still hasn't come. After calling for the 13th time, the lady answered and said that the food was already on the way. After 45 minutes still nothing. We feel lied to!!! That was the last time we ordered from this UNSERIOUS restaurant and we certainly won't recommend such a place to anyone! Let's see if the food still comes after almost 2 hours.

Based on a recommendation, we stopped by the Williams Asia Restaurant yesterday and tried out the delicacies. Totally thrilled by the variety on offer here and also the warm nature of the entire service team. We had: 1 xiao long bao with pork 2 dim sum with filling shrimp 4 beef dumplings Everything was very fresh, you could taste the spices really well, but not overly seasoned, but very well balanced. We waited a long time, I understood the stress in the kitchen but I was very hungry. (Possibly offer snacks while waiting) Otherwise it was worth the wait and the food is fantastic. Would love to come back. It also has a large selection of vegetarian dishes, which I personally really like.

Went to this restaurant spontaneously. Family furnished. The food was very good. I have never had a better sweet and sour duck in any Asian restaurant in Switzerland! The meat was tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. If you have time, you should definitely visit this restaurant.

Went to William's today as a couple. The restaurant completely convinced us, very pleasant location, the food was great! Otherwise, you won't find an Asian restaurant with Swiss chicken and duck from Germany in Winterthur... Super polite service, an all-round successful evening. We'll be back soon!

Today we were here as a family for lunch for the first time..very nice atmosphere, super friendly service, very tasty food, authentically cooked..everything was just perfect..! I can absolutely recommend it..

The food was good. 1 hour waiting time for the soup in an empty restaurant was incomprehensibly long. It still took enough time to get to the main course. 2 courses 2.25 hours please improve this while maintaining the same quality. We would be happy to come back when the waiting time is shorter. If necessary, reduce the offers that are time wasters and only offer them as specials on selected days.

After the UBS Kids Cup, we spontaneously looked for a restaurant for dinner. It was the right decision! Very extensive selection, fine food in generous portions. The quality of the food is also great. For delicious Asian food, the restaurant is definitely worth a visit.
