Food and wine were good. Had the 1/2 beef steak (about 3-4 oz) with sauce, veggies, fries, and a salad. Portions were good. I thought I would still be hungry but it was just right. The staff was friendly but things got a bit confusing when the check arrived. I think our group of 10 really frustrated them while trying to pay separately. Overall, the atmosphere was nice. The space is small and quaint.

To celebrate my birthday, we went to Wine & Beef, a restaurant recommended by a friend. The latter is located inside the Bel-Air passage. Arriving there, we were greeted by waitresses who seemed overwhelmed. No one told us the presence of a coat rack at the entrance which we noticed when leaving, which would also have prevented jackets from taking up space on the seats. The meat of Swiss origin was not up to par in terms of quality/price. The taste was drowned in the sauce served with the meat. Nevertheless, the sauce, composed of 16 different spices, was very succulent. The fries were good. My meat was medium although I had asked for rare meat, and one of my guests had asked for halal meat but the waitress who gave her her plate announced the dish as "medium beef" and then left. checked kitchen without ever coming back to us. We were also charged for a bottle of water for another table on the first bill. Moreover, Wine and Beef is a nice restaurant, nicely decorated, offering not a varied menu but wine and beef! This reduced menu reflects the desire to maintain a certain authenticity, which is entirely honorable. However, the quality of the meat, in my opinion, needs to be reviewed.

I have had many excellent steaks. The Entrecote at WB easily made the top 10. Friendly, professional staff and a clear focus (wine and beef) made for an excellent experience. My only regret is that I had no room left for the cheese plate.

My friend and I just wanted a dessert that evening, and the waitress was very welcoming, suggested us a great dessert wine together with the good crème brûlée and apple pie with ice cream. It was such a pleasant closure for the evening. Great staff makes all the difference!!

Delicious meat, a terrace (which was, unfortunately... ;) quiet and nice, waiters and manager really adorable. In short, you will have a great time!

I would say this is the second best restaurant in Geneva with the formula of only serving entrecôte and fries with special sauce. This or Relais de L'entrecôte is the place to go if you want simple good meat and have some spare money. It is a bit expensive but completely worth it.

On both separate visits, the waitresses got my orders wrong and overcharged me. When I nicely feedbacked to them they acted as if I was the one who made the mistake. Really poor attitude staff. Seems like the waitresses there are hired based on looks and not any kind of competency whatsoever. Good luck with that. Won’t be returning for sure.

Overall very pleasant restaurant. The quality of the meat, the cooking and the sauce are truly impeccable; pure pleasure. The wines offered allow a wide range of choice, for all tastes (and all budgets), and the service was perfect. However, I found the prices quite expensive for the quantities served, and this is not helped by the inability to order a carafe of water. This detail is aberrant for me; I think these restaurants will soon find a way to make us pay for the air we breathe... Apart from this detail, I still find this restaurant worth discovering.

Very good restaurant; however I did not understand why the water carafe cannot be ordered? The waitress insisted on selling the mineral water. Very disappointed on this point because the carafe of water is appreciated with the good wine that is served on site. Mi pareja y yo encontramos este lugar después de una mañana estresante y era justo lo que necesitábamos para distraernos del día. Disfruté de un filete de gran calidad y estaban felices de prepararle algo fresco (no en el menú) ya que sigue una dieta vegetariana.

Gran servicio y buena comida. No lejos del lago, en una plaza tranquila, una agradable terraza con un servicio excepcional. No es muy frecuente encontrar en estos días una camarera atenta y amable. La comida es buena y tienen una interesante lista de vinos a precios razonables.
