Food was okay, service made an effort, wine selection and prices were pretty cheeky. Prices in the cash register are not as programmed as in the menu - mistakes can happen, but Harbor House's complaint management is the real reason for the one star. Sorry.

A very cozy fondue chalet with very friendly and attentive service. We enjoyed a fine meat platter as a starter and then a great fondue, chalet mix. Very balanced in taste and nice and creamy, exactly how it should be. Plus a varied selection of bread.

When we visited on the evening before Christmas, there was little going on at Winter Magic. Our daughter had a lot of fun on the ice. I like that there is not just a small entrance, but that the track is completely open from one side. There are plenty of benches in front of it where ice skaters can change their shoes and spectators can find a comfortable place. There is a hut next to the ice rink where you can also have dinner if you have reserved. The small room, furnished with light wood, is very cozy, but totally overheated. My tip: just put a thin shirt under your winter coat if you want to stop here. The food is simple and only serves as a basis for enjoying the wine. Unfortunately I didn't like the pumpkin soup at all, and the salad was also a disappointment. I liked the pickled vegetables that accompanied the raclette cheese best. Unfortunately, however, it was very, very little. My conclusion: The Winter Magic Adliswil is very suitable for ice skating for families with children. I won't go there to eat again.

Our visit to the beautiful complex in Adliswil was wonderful, or at least when it came to food and service. The young and cheerful waitress Ana always had a smile on her face, despite large loads of people constantly trickling in and impatiently waiting for cheese. The fondue and side dishes prepared by the good-looking chef Tobi (single?) were also a dream. However, it only took a few minutes to understand (I come from the catering industry myself) that this is another institution that employs too few workers to maximize profits and exploits them to the point of complete exhaustion. I hope that the employees either find another place to work or are put under better conditions. Winter magic? Probably more of a winter horror for the people working there.

The winter magic of Adliswil was once again a real highlight of my stay in Zurich and the surrounding area. The chalet is really great, just the right mix of cozy and stylish, cabin feeling in the middle of the city. If you're looking for Swiss culture, delicious mulled wine and a relaxed atmosphere, this is the right place for you.

Fondue mediocre, the cardboard bread was simply inedible or unsuitable. A pity. Not recommendable.

Perfect opportunity to skate/ learn ice skating for kids. Has some basic equipment, basic snacks on the site. The service is kind but slightly slow when the premises are full (I would say it is understaffed); didn't notice that anyone would maintain the safety.

First we played a game of curling with my colleagues and then enjoyed a delicious raclette in the chalet. We'll be back to try the fondue too!

Do you already provide a credit card when making a reservation (8 people)? If someone gets sick you charge 50.-? (Reservations and cancellations are absolutely not customer-friendly). Too expensive. Service last year (2022) was only worth 2 stars. Fondue was ok, nothing more... Restaurant absolutely not recommended --> Adios

One of my highlights every year. The wintry atmosphere around the ice field is very beautiful. The food in the chalet was excellent as usual.

The ice field with the adjacent chalet invites you to linger. The atmosphere is great and the fondue in the warm chalet is delicious. I will come back!

I thought the food was really tasty

I wanted something to drink on January 1st, 2022! No chance, 10 customers lined up and only 1 employee at the checkout! Not well organized! A pity....

It's nice to warm up after a run with a good coffee or mulled wine...

Nice little ice rink for children. Curling for adults. Hot drinks and little things to eat are tip top. Rent Fr. 5 for the track (bring ice skates). Skate rental on site.

Nice place to meet for a mulled wine. The fondue hut is very nicely decorated and the fondues (all of them!) are extremely good.

This is a really beautiful event and I recommend checking it out. The main issue is that the staff at the Food & Drink section seem to be struggling. There were points where 3-4 staff members were struggling to take the orders from 2-3 customers. The orders were also lost or misplaced from multiple people who were waiting, and we had to go up and repeat our orders and wait again for them to be made. I hope this is just due to the more recent opening and that it will improve.

Very sweetly done. The ice field is really relatively small. Were there for almost 2 hours. The ice was never cleaned. You were almost driving on snow. I asked the employee about it but nothing happened. Understandable, as they were relatively understaffed. Long waiting times. But things weren't any better in the chalet. The staff were really very friendly, but you had the feeling that they were really stressed out, even though the chalet was pretty empty.

Winter magic has been dismantled. Now again roller skating rink. The actual function.

Nice place to spend a few hours. However, the ice field is quite small. It's best to come in the morning when the children are at school. Also good for people with small children because of these seals (aids). They also have music there.

Good mulled wine and ice skating are always great in winter. Especially when it snows. The food at the stand is good, but could be cheaper.

Small, cozy ice skating rink, great for the kids. The chalet has a cozy atmosphere, delicious fondue and friendly, attentive service. Particularly delicious: the ice cream from Sorbetto from Zurich for dessert.

Yesterday curling with 4 colleagues from the senior group ATT and drank mulled wine. Was great...

I am very satisfied with the service from Fondue Chalet. Very pleasant for the price for 4 people.
