There was very good veal tongue. Restaurant is still like old times I'm already looking forward to the next time. The prices are fine for me.

Solid cuisine, nice service and a rustic ambience - it was tip top. Lunch menu was delicious and also good value for money. I can imagine that the ambience will be even better in summer. Something on offer for both meat eaters and veggies. We will be back.

The Wirthus Trollerhof, once one of my favorite places to eat and brunch, has unfortunately declined significantly under new management. The once lively menu has become boring, the dishes seem banal and could be found in any restaurant near a train station. The chef doesn't seem to honor the heritage of this beautiful place and neglects local seasonal specialties. Bitterly, this place lost its soul after Beatrice and Hans-Peter said goodbye. An unfortunate loss for what was once a favorite.

Best cordon bleu of my life!! Absolutely huge and perfectly cooked. Everything else we had was delicious, fresh, homemade and from the farm where the restaurant is located. There is a beautiful outdoor dining area for good weather and a cozy indoor area for the rest of the seasons. Highly recommend!

It would be a great service, if you already know the problem, to offer guests anti-mosquito spray or put up candles or something similar. The salads were super fresh and delicious. The main courses were unfortunately mixed. The vegetables in all of them were not fresh but dry and unfortunately the meat in two dishes was too.
