Wunderland in Winterthur

The Wonderland is great and children can have a lot of fun. Food is good, prices for drinks are overpriced (0.5l=4.50Fr.) Signaling leaves a lot to be desired (you have to drive towards Mövenpick Wein), the parking garage was overcrowded (and you are still allowed in). You are only allowed to stand outside if you pay the parking fee with coins (no Twint, no ParkingPay or Easy Pay). Instead then 60Fr. “Compensation for inconvenience” by private security companies.

Was there for the first time today, during the week. Very few people, so everything was very clean and the 2-year-old child was able to let off steam to his heart's content. Staff very friendly, food good, prices fair. Really cool offer for everyone, I had a lot of fun with the trampoline too. Therefore, the 3-hour visit was not boring at all for me. And the nap was long and deep :)

It's the same number as the door entry once and the food is made of chips so it's spiced up min Kline vomited all night long

We were in Wonderland for the first time, when the weather was nice and just after 10:00 a.m., during the week. It was great, no people, everything was clean, food was good, price was completely ok. Happy to come back! Because children (almost 2 and 4.5) really liked it.

Checkout women are no longer respected to talk, a lot of children play without socks, not just my children, so please keep an eye on them. Ordering food took a long time🤦‍♀️

You can forget about food! Chicken nuggets were really a scandal and not even really good. You feel half poisoned.

We like to come with our kids. Price-performance ratio totally fine. The food is delicious and there is a large selection for young and old. The devices would definitely need a replacement, but that will take place in 2024 if I am correctly informed. There's a lot to do for the kids. From jumping, climbing and sliding to electric cars. It is optimal for 3-10 years. Personally, I am still missing an area for children aged 6m to 1.5yrs. The current “baby area” offers hardly any climbing and crawling opportunities for babies and is flooded with older children. I also don’t think the open entrance and exit is ideal. A child quickly disappeared outside. Visiting the toilets is not recommended on busy days. There is definitely a need for employees to ensure cleanliness. There are plenty of seats for eating and you can bring your own snacks and snacks. And even on very busy days, the noise level can be tolerated there.

Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, maintenance of the arcade is sometimes very necessary (torn cords, foam covers torn away)

We love Wonderland. It is very great for my son and also my nephews. The staff is very very friendly. Even in the midst of all the hustle and bustle, they are still smiling and friendly. :) big compliments to her. Need for improvement: 1. At the highest point of the foam cubes, all the cubes were gone so you ended up on a hard mattress and not soft. My companion was given such a pinch in the back. This is dangerous for the children too. I went to tell the cashier. They checked and didn't do anything that day. 2. 2-3 smaller pukolinos could be purchased that have 4 wheels so that the slightly smaller ones can also mill along :) 3. With so much income, the shooting area on the 1st floor can be repaired. More guns are broken than whole. This causes a lot of frustration for many children. 4.Cleanliness: Maybe hire a cleaning staff who actually cleans and doesn't just do inspections and refill paper. I've never seen anyone cleaning before. That's the biggest thing you could easily change. I would even pay 1fr more for admission if everything were changed

As soon as you eat at the tables, the cleanliness is no longer right.

Was there for the second time yesterday and everything was perfect. I would like to come back with my grandchildren.

Very cool place and prices are very suitable and very nice children

I appreciate the concept of Wonderland's indoor playground, which offers a fun and engaging environment for children. However, I have concerns regarding its maintenance and safety standards. During my visit, I observed several areas with significant safety issues (refer to attached pictures) that raise questions about whether the facility would meet necessary security inspections. Additionally, I noticed a number of non-functional elements, particularly within the air pistols section. Addressing these issues promptly is crucial to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

We went in around 12 p.m. on a Saturday. There wasn't much going on and it was very pleasant. By 2:30 p.m. it was already pretty full, but there were still seats available, which was great. The price is reasonable and the food was good. Parking for a fee, which is actually atypical for such an establishment. The main thing is that the children liked it. There are star deductions for not sweeping, you could sweep at least once in two hours. When I went out I had everything from fries to chips sticking to my socks, which was a shame.

Very pleasant on weekdays, has a diverse selection of activities. It's very busy at the weekend and as a mother I'm rather worried. The personnel is very friendly and courteous.

First experience with electric kart. Very technical track , with little overtaking chance. Excellent grip, new tyres and brand new vehicle. Fantastic service. You will enjoy a lot. Easy access from town center (line 5).

I was with colleagues and they had never played the basketball game and then suddenly the owner came and said I had to go out in an arrogant way and wouldn't recommend it to anyone

In other posts the cleanliness was criticized... I can say that there were a lot of crumbs, popcorn, etc. lying around under the tables. The afternoon we were there was well attended. The staff at the entrance and in the cafe were very friendly. My conclusion: Where there are lots of children playing, eating and drinking, things don't always look great. My son was happy because he was able to let off steam.

If it's not crowded, then the kids love it too :-) Friendly staff, clear, they go there every 2-3 months and are satisfied.

Great local for children's birthdays

Wunderland is a brilliant excursion destination for families as well as larger groups, which I can recommend to everyone! We visited Wonderland with the after-school group (8 children). The contact via email and the visit were uncomplicated and competent. We received a very friendly welcome and Wunderland was very accommodating to us. A table was reserved especially for us, which was beautifully decorated and plates and cups were provided for the children - which is not at all a given. The bistro's prices are affordable and very family-friendly. The play area is very clear so that the children can move around on their own and explore the play world. We were thrilled with the excursion and the service and will definitely consider Wunderland as a destination again in the future. Many thanks again to the Wunderland team! :-)

Be it a birthday or just one. Rainy day, the Wonderland is ideal for children aged 3 to 10 to let off steam, and there is also the opportunity to grab something to eat inside. No culinary excellence but absolutely fine for a children's afternoon or even day. And you. You can always take something with you 👍🏻

Unfortunately I have to give a bad review. If you want the 🤮💩 after your visit, you are welcome to go there. We're lying flat. In terms of hygiene, everything is very dirty, outdated and a lot of things need to be repaired and maintained. This schnitzel pit cannot be surpassed in terms of disgust. Old broken foam pieces that are literally crumbling. Despite the obligation to wear socks, 3/4 of the children run around without them. It was only pointed out once all afternoon. But what you hardly understood, given the noise level there. The store is so overcrowded that people are almost standing on each other's toes. Toilet scary, we were dev. the last time there. You could expect more for such an expensive entrance fee.

Actually a really nice place. But on the web it clearly states opening hours until 6:30 p.m., on site you are told it is only open until 5:00 p.m., but you still have to pay the full amount. RUDE.

Clean, plenty of parking, kids love it as it’s very big. Good for birthday parties also. Restaurant with lots of choice.

Yes, it's great for the kids. It is rather loud for adults who are not used to children. I deduct two stars because of hygiene. Both the toilets and the floor as a whole are just too dirty. Tables are never cleaned and you should pay attention to that. You can say that it's a matter of attitude and that wherever there are small children there is dirt. But I still think there should be an extra person employed to clean regularly. I think this should also be financially viable for the operators. There's potential for improvement there. It was ventilated once for 3 hours. I would recommend hourly ventilation... But the children had fun...

We think Wonderland is fantastic. As a mother you immediately become a child again. 😍🥰✨For my 15 month old son it was a bit overwhelming for the first time. There are really some options for babies as well as for older children. We look forward to going back soon. We were there on a Monday, it was pleasantly not too busy. The food and the huge selection of everything surprised me, the staff is very friendly. The toilets are clean. And the rest of the facility is also in good shape.✨✨✨ Admission is free for children up to 2, 15.00 for children over 2. for adults 5.- Food prices are absolutely normal, and parking fees were also ok at 5.- for >3 hours.

We were there yesterday on Monday afternoon. My little 14 month old had a lot of fun. There are many opportunities for every age group to discover and let off steam. Even as a parent you have a lot of fun and are exhausted. It's clean and everything is very well padded. The cubes where you jump in are a bit dangerous because there is a wooden plate at the bottom. A friend of mine broke her foot there because there weren't enough dice there. Maybe you can add a little more padding. Otherwise everything is great :)

Great for children aged 4 - 10. Very friendly and helpful staff. They remain calm even when stressed. The prices are very reasonable and almost every wish is fulfilled. Thanks and keep it up.

Lots of space and exciting attractions for young and old. And the entrance fee is absolutely modest. Thanks for that.

The facility is medium in size. Admission is rather expensive at CHF 15 per child and CHF 5 per adult. The price-performance ratio is rather weak! The air cannons on the upper floor have been broken for months and the entire facility is more dirty than clean. You get the feeling that nothing is really being repaired, let alone renewed. Parking fees are also added. The food stand is also rather expensive. A mineral water costs 4.50 Fr.

Children like it (7 years old, 5 years old and 2 years old). There are many things to do. Plenty of tables and chairs for dining and for adults to hang out. The downside is the dirty floors and loud noise. A large hall-like space where sounds echo.

I don't recommend ordering anything in a restaurant. We ordered french fries. We were through old Oil poisoned. The place is very dirty

It is a good place where the children can let off steam. Very large indoor area with a restaurant that doesn't have too expensive prices. This place is very suitable for children who like to move. I will definitely go there again.

If you love being here for the children, the Wonderland offers a lot of space and fun. Sometimes when there are too many guests it gets a bit hot, so my recommendation is to ventilate better. Otherwise everything is great here. PS the new cotton candy machine is amazing :).

As a grandma with grandchildren, I found the entrance fee for children 3+5 years old too expensive. Adults okay. It is extremely loud, it echoes.

cool place for children of all ages. It also has a special area for small children. On a Sunday in bad weather there are of course a lot of people. the people are well distributed in the room. It's a bit difficult to reserve tables so that you can have something to eat at some point. that should be stopped. Because there are actually enough seats for the people who currently want to sit. It has a cloakroom for jackets and shoes as well as free lockers (2CHF coin). The kitchen was in great demand due to the large number of people. Thanks to a beeper system, you don't have to wait at the checkout for your food.

The cafeteria is an M and one of its workers cannot solve a problem I had, I asked to speak to the manager and he told me that he was not there and that he could not do anything for me.

A good indoor playground for a cloudy/cold/rainy day for the children. There are enough eatery for the adults to relax. The other side is that it gets crowded so quickly on a bad weather that finding a seating area is extremely difficult and queue on the bistro becomes huge. They surely can't handle a crowded day so far.

It's very nice for children and they have a lot of fun. But as an adult you can see the accumulated trash on the floor and there are unrecognizable stains on the floor in the play area. A bouncy castle had a large hole and can be very dangerous if a child accidentally falls in. It rained that day and there were leaks. They had simply placed kitchen containers on the floor without blocking the area or drawing any further danger... Socks should be worn, but even two employees entered the play area with shoes on and walked around the entire area... The hall was extremely hot.

The best children's play area in all of Zurich. Friendly welcome, lots of options for the children and the prices are fair in comparison. We'd love to come back.

Facilities great, hygiene excellent. Actually there is a requirement to wear socks. However, this is not enforced enough. Those who buy socks well and therefore follow the rules are in the minority. From a hygienic point of view, it's just horrible.

We had a birthday party there. It wasn't crowded because it was probably very warm outside and the start of the holiday. The kids had a lot of fun. A really good compliment to the staff, they were very helpful and friendly. We had a laceration with a child and the staff were there immediately and treated the boy professionally. And about the comment that it's dirty...well, if there are so many kids there and eating fries etc., it's probably inevitable that there will be ale lying around. The staff can't spend all day cleaning... we were there early and everything was clean... the rest is probably done by the guests.

Always very satisfied. The employees were always friendly and not annoyed, which is very important because it is stressful enough with the children and the prices are very fair in my opinion. We come regularly.

Actually quite ok. Food and staff is good and friendly. Unfortunately, not all of the "devices" provided are... quite playful, some of them are defective and in my opinion can be replaced or repaired correctly. I play along and have/had found it a shame that the extremely stressed materials do not receive the necessary care. A pity ! I hope there won't be anything to complain about next time you visit.

Very nice indoor playground, price is great, and it has lots of space. Of course it's completely full on rainy holidays, but that's to be expected. Please note that parking spaces are limited and buses are distributed even on public holidays etc. 90 francs. Price for food is also good, portions great for our 2 little ones, one portion of nuggets with fries was enough for both of them. We'd love to come back.

I've been coming here for years and my kids just love it. Clean, friendly, lots of play options. Food and drink on offer with a large selection, but mostly fast food, which tastes good... and luckily there is also a selection of salad and vegetables :-) We avoid going on weekends because it's just crowded. But that is not a point of criticism.

We were there on a Sunday when the weather was bad. It was a disaster. At some point you just shouldn't let people in anymore. Tables and chairs were all occupied and children were jumping on each other's heads and there were way too many people. Toilets were very dirty. If you don't have to go home with bruises and bruises because it's so crowded and the kids are jumping on each other, it would still be cool. I'm not sure if that many people would even be allowed. You should have it checked...

We will never go back there again. Worst place we've ever been. Dirty and lots of children without socks. Not enough attractions for this number of people. There is no way to find a seat in a restaurant, customers take seats for hours and no one checks it.

It's a great place for children. Unfortunately I forgot my jacket there. We are the second last families to leave the place. I called early in the morning and they couldn't find my jacket... The jacket was still there when they only had 2 family customers...
