XL Bowling in La Chaux-de-Fonds

It’s a shame there aren’t more places like this in the canton. This place offers bowling, a restaurant, a bar and an area with various games such as billiards, table tennis, pinball, air hockey and more. The service is great. Ideal for spending a good evening with friends

Good place to spend some time, small downside for the parking spaces which are insufficient for my taste.

We organized my daughter's 8th birthday there and it was simply GREAT. Everything was well organized, despite last minute changes, everything followed. Very attentive staff. There were 16 children and they gave us 4 tracks so it was great for them because they didn't have to wait too long. Really a great time and great feedback from parents. I can only recommend. ;)

Last night, I had the opportunity to test XL Bowling in La Chaux-de-Fonds, and what a discovery! From the moment I entered, the friendly atmosphere and the warm welcome made me feel the dynamism of the place, a real Ali Baba's cave for leisure enthusiasts! The highlight of the evening was, of course, the bowling alleys. Well maintained, they offer a pleasant challenge to both beginners and experienced players. The screens displaying the scores add a touch of modernity and make it easier to follow the game, all in a friendly setting, peppered with encouragement and laughter. But XL Bowling is not just bowling. I was also pleasantly surprised by the diversity of additional activities. The ping-pong room was the scene of wild exchanges – a real adrenaline rush! Not to mention the frantic games of table football, which bring back sweet childhood memories and which create a fun competition between friends. Don't underestimate the arcade games area. Retro machines or more recent innovations, there was something to satisfy the gamer in me. Each corner of XL Bowling has a different way to have fun and relieve the pressure of the week. What really struck me was the atmosphere. It is ideal for young people and those who have remained young at heart. The music creates a dynamic atmosphere, without being too intrusive, allowing you to chat and fully enjoy the evening. XL Bowling is a leisure venue that hits the mark – perfect for an outing with friends or even alone, meeting new people over a game of bowling or pinball. I celebrated my son's birthday on a Saturday and I was a little disappointed because the organization wasn't great... a lot of people for the employers on site so we had to wait a long time for everything... The lady was visibly stressed and in a hurry all the time and when it was time to sing "happy birthday" she started shouting at one of the kids so he wouldn't break a fork so she ruined the video a bit... lots of broken games and finally they made a mistake in the calculations by saying that I had ordered an extra liter of drink when I didn't order anything... They offered good bowling for the birthday party participants (valid only from Tuesday to Thursday) except that at the end there were no more kids because they were all already far away… they charge pzs for this service because they do that only on request from the customer and only manually and in addition to employing him with whom I request the invoice and with whom I had a small exchange that the service was a little limited it was unpleasant… In short not even an express offered.. nothing . So I think that if there are not enough employees to provide the services it is better to stop with birthdays etc. because there is no quality.

We had a good time, lots of games for all tastes and all ages, very family friendly. The Chinese fondue was delicious and the dessert was divine. There is a smoking area. The parking lot, on the other hand, is very small. About thirty places no more.

Pleasant, excellent staff. The parking lot is too small, we have to park further away. In the evening we have free places otherwise during the day not the same price. On the playing lines we do not have the full choice of balls available. We have to look elsewhere for the balls we are missing. Damage. Otherwise nothing to say, very nice.

There are fewer electronic games than when I was a child... I got bored. The games for little ones are good, we win a little toy each time, it's great. There is no ATM.

Malfunction of the system: my son knocked down all the pins and it was counted as no points. In addition, we had to wait twice for several minutes because the pin system was completely blocked. Dishonest staff, no intention of moving us on another track, discussion and shouting (already not good publicity on site) non-stop which made my son cry...I will never set foot here again. I do not recommend it!! I would give ZERO stars but there is no such thing.

Bowling which deserves a little facelift and refreshment. Small slide for the youngest with the balls for example (the ones you have are old and rusty) because the barriers are impossible to put only for children, it's everyone or people Otherwise large room with arcade games and billiards. Fortunately the restaurant raises the level! The restaurant inside absolutely tried!!! The pizzas are to die for, fresh produce on them, top-notch Neapolitan pasta and a very friendly and attentive chef. I highly recommend.

Very unwelcoming waitresses, as well as very inefficient. However, the bowling was good despite some technical issues. Plus, a Saturday night without a cook is unprofessional. The atmosphere was not bad despite the screaming child behind me. I half recommend. (there was no jug of water either...quite expensive for water...)

Nice place to spend some time with friends or family. But to go bowling on the weekend in the afternoon I advise you to book the day before. We wanted to go there on a Saturday afternoon and we had not booked, arriving at 2:30 p.m. there was no trail available before 6:00 p.m. So we played pool and darts. But if you really want bowling I advise you to book... especially if the weather forecast is not great...

Bowling is great, Calzone pizza is good. But the wait is horrible. 1 hour for a pizza!

Super cool staff and boss. The chef's meals are excellent, with my preference for the "famous" Burger, but his pizzas are just as good. If you want to eat well and have a good time playing games, whether at the machines or bowling, this place will fully satisfy you🤗🥰
