Yak Thai in Neuchâtel

My opinion of this restaurant is rather mixed. Although the quality of the food and facilities is undeniable, our experience was seriously marred by a very cold welcome due to a few minutes of delay, followed by a long wait and less than attentive service. In addition, the atmosphere was not pleasant and the unfriendly behavior of the waitresses was particularly disappointing. What's even more unfortunate is that during my first visit I also encountered similar problems, but I gave the restaurant a second chance due to the quality of the food. However, this second experience was even worse in terms of service. Overall, although the food was excellent, the overall experience was very disappointing and I'm not sure I'll want to return in the future.

My best restaurant discovery in Neuchâtel! I love Thai cuisine but this one really stands out, the tastes are very authentic compared to what I have already eaten in other restaurants. I recommend their vegetarian Khao Soy which completely won me over as well as the sticky rice which is always so good and is sometimes difficult to find in other Asian restaurants. The team is very kind and home delivery is fast and efficient :)

The restaurant is located in a small corner, where you can easily miss it, but the atmosphere inside is very warm. The service provided by a nice lady with a very pronounced and very friendly accent was perfect. Honorable mention for the quality of the water in the carafe (I am a fine expert in tap water and this was clear) but also thanks to the kitchen who agreed to stay open for us despite our very late reservation.
