Absolutely magnificent restaurant. All the staff were really nice, and very efficient. The food is really very good. I tried their lunch menu and I have rarely eaten so well :-) I highly recommend, and above all I will come back! :-)

Five of us had dinner at Yuki in Crans-Montana. 4 adults and 1 child. The ambience is stylish. The waiter for the order was inattentive, unfriendly and disinterested. Shortly after dessert, he placed the bill on the table without saying a word and without asking. The starter was creative and tasted good. We were all disappointed with the main courses as they were hardly seasoned and tasteless. Nicely presented on the plate, but without any taste. Ramen was mainly tasteless bouillon with garnish. The cod fish in yellow coconut sauce was okay in terms of fish quality, but only tasted salty without any spices. We then had some lemon and soy sauce brought to us to spice up the main dishes using simple means. We were disappointed with the main courses and the extreme unfriendliness of the waiter.

Amazing experience ! Went there for dinner, had a selection of different foods that were mindblowing. Flavors were very abundant and we even got a free dumpling and digestive at the end ! I highly recommend and will go back with no hesitation ! Well done.

Beautiful decor, food is extremely good. We had a number of starters preceded by two lovely cocktails. All the dishes were very tasty and well presented. All in all James Bond would have loved to have dined here.

Regularly visiting Crans Montana, what a nice surprise this new restaurant is, this is the third time we have eaten there and it has become one of our safe addresses. Favorite for the crispy salmon rice. My brother being vegetarian was able to have plenty of choice available on the menu, top ramen for him and magnificent tataki for me. I recommend !

Passing through Crans-Montana and passionate about Asian cuisine, we wanted to find a place that suited us. Done !! The setting is splendid, the service met all our expectations and with a smile, the food was worthy of the rest "a treat". I really recommend this restaurant.

I was really looking forward to our meal as its sister restaurant (now closed, Makan) was so excellent. So the Yuki staff are very kind and friendly, however could improve personal hygiene. The setting is lovely with cool vibes. The Food, for 'Asian' food it was mediocre at best, it lacked depth and serious flavour, i got more flavour from the lemonade. The Ramen was really bland and so much was missing in terms of stock flavour, the cod was indeed well.cooked but tbe sauce was weak and lacked identify (where was the aronatic citrus like lemongrass, yuzu, kaffir ...just 3 tiny pieces of fresh grapefruit) of any sort other than bright sunshine colour. I was really disappointed to say the least. I am sure it works for some, however Yuki didn't rock my boat.

Beautiful setting, however mediocre cuisine. We ate ramen with no taste, it was mostly broth. After informing the waiter of our disappointing experience he told us that the restaurant was aware. In short, I don't recommend their dish. Considering the price, the kitchen must be impeccable. Sincerely

Terrible, disgusting food and didn’t come the amount I ordered

The restaurant is pretty but that's it. The dishes were very basic and overpriced. I strongly advise you to avoid it. The pokebowl without sauce and served with smoked salmon, a few pancakes and a fried egg for 25.- it was the brunch suggestion so no information on the price.

What a great discovery! An astonishing and surprising restaurant both for its decor and its food offerings! A magnificent place tastefully designed for both our eyes and our taste buds! A place like I have seen abroad! What a joy to have one near me! I enjoyed the explosions of flavors! I 100% recommend Yuki and look forward to going back and introducing my loved ones to it! We booked 2 weeks ago after seeing a very appetizing menu for BRUNCH. We were very disappointed to learn when we got there that there was no longer a brunch menu but 3 miserable “brunch suggestions”. Slightly surprised, we still stayed and ordered 2 of the 3 suggestions offered. 1 “Hot dog with Prawns” and “maple syrup and egg pancakes” Our disappointment intensified when we discovered our plates. 3 pancakes on a plate and a small hot dog on a small rectangular plate. The taste was there but no garnishes on the side (a small mixed salad, fruit or 2 portions?) We would have understood a little better why 24 and 26 francs…. Much too light to call it brunch and also too expensive! It wasn't worth it at all! We were still hungry and finished our brunch at TAILLENS! So remove the word brunch from your suggestions, it's better... On the other hand, the waiter and waitress were very courteous and friendly... LUCKLY!

Excellent food, very friendly service and nice to have a great place in this location that’s seen a turnover of restaurants in the past and this one I’m sure will be here to stay. Had the miso aubergine, crispy rice salmon, cod, Dahl and rice pudding for dessert. Unfortunate thing was I had to share it (they tell me sharing is caring) - all were delicious. All in all really enjoyed dinner and look forward to coming back in the future.

Turned away at the entrance for a table of 6 without a reservation. There was one available but, after analyzing our appearance and without explanation, we were told to come back in an hour and a half. Goodbye, thank you.

Good surprise, we came with 8 people. The staff was responsive to our reservation request and availability. The service was precise and the wait was very reasonable, the food excellent. Don't miss the Korean chicken, just delicious. The decoration is of high quality, right down to the WC. I highly recommend this address in Crans.

Magnificent discovery! Absolutely worth testing. Beautiful atmosphere and decor. Cocktail menu with some nuggets. The gastronomic concept based on the “sharing” of dishes is very pleasant. Excellent cuisine. Korean chicken is absolutely a must try. You will never forget it. Alexis and Giulia have sculpted a little gem. If you go up to Crans, go there without further ado. If you ever made another choice for your evening meal, it doesn't matter, you can make up for it the next day at brunch which is also well worth the detour (especially the eggplant and beef caviar toast, a real killer! )

Remarkable dining experience! First of all, the place is of a beauty and originality which is frankly good for the iris and the exotic lounge atmosphere is very successful. The promise of European and Asian fusion is kept and certain flavor combinations will make you melt with pleasure. All accompanied by an excellent and refreshing cocktail, my taste buds are still dreaming of it. A little word also for the super professional and welcoming staff: the icing on the cake. In short, if you want to have a good brunch, dinner or supper, don't hesitate to reserve your table, you won't regret it!

I came here for lunch as I saw that they had a daily menu which was quite value for money - CHF29 for three courses. The taste was a little hit and miss although the presentation was great. The ambience of the restaurant was nice and looks like a nice chill out place for groups. I would be interested in coming back to try the sharing menu.

Excellent cuisine, we enjoyed ourselves. The decor and service were also up to par. To do again.

Lunch menu: Eggplant caviar followed by mussels with potato wedges. The mussels were completely dried out and as if they were dried out. Inedible and not recommended at all.

Trying Yuki for the first time for lunch, we had high hopes looking at the very stylish and tasteful interior. Besides that and the nice service, nothing else was enjoyable. The pad Thai was nothing like an original pad Thai, instead we were presented with a small and soggy noodle dish drowned in a sauce. The Korean chicken was okay, however also the only tasty dish we had been served. We can definitely not recommend the place as it doesn’t justify its prices and certainly lacks high quality food. It’s such a shame, because the location and the restaurant itself seem to have so much potential.

Nice decor, fun atmosphere, friendly service, needs a new chef. We really want this place to work so i hope they ask their patrons what they think of the food and take the constructive feedback positively and amend the menu/food. We weren't asked if we enjoyed our food which for such a new restaurant is worrying, would have happily have given some feedback. Discussions with other people who have been say they agree with the above.
