Minimum order 59.-... 62.- spent to share half with the trash can... We don't order anymore!

We ordered the salmon sushi platter for CHF 76.- and it was really great! We now order several times a week and have never been disappointed. Made with a lot of love and the price is absolutely right. The sushi and menus are top and the employees are super friendly, professional and accommodating! Good sushi, very tasty. However, the pieces were a little too big. It arrived on time and had enough sauce, which is great for me. I would order it again.

We ordered food. 2x momos fried & 1x terrijaki with noodles & 1x spring roll. Food came over an hour late without any comment. food was soggy. spring roll inedible. momos limp, not at all crispy. terriyaki chicken was soggy. Sauces leaked in packaging. Due to the long waiting time, the food and the sauce that had leaked out filled the package never again! Thanks

Just received food. The momos chicken and beef steamed. They're really tasty. The delivery person was very friendly with a smile, which unfortunately isn't often the case.

The worst meal in a long time. The chicken consists of pressed leftovers, sauce from the package... and the papaya salad tastes of chemical content.

Ordered for 60 CHF but didn't receive any food. On the phone Answering machine only. When we finally reached someone, we were told that no refunds were possible, but that the food (which we ordered 3 days ago) could now be delivered. An impudence.

I often order here and it's fine, there are a few delivery delays but the food is usually great.

After a long delay the driver finally came with the food, but then the peanut sauce and the sweet chili sauce were missing :(

An absolute rip off. Ordered yesterday at 8 p.m. and received a confirmation, but no food! We tried to call several times but there was always an automatic speaker who confirmed that food was on the way if we ordered it before the store closed. We also had it as normal and it works with every other delivery service. Strangely enough, not here! Today we were put off several times when contacting us and after the third call someone actually answered who spoke little to no German and as in another review someone wrote that he had to ask the boss what was going on. The best thing was when you got this anyway I was able to read reviews here, all of which are NEGATIVE. A SHAME! Whether we will get our money back or receive some compensation is more than questionable. This business is a disgrace and a pure rip-off. I would be ashamed if there were so many mercilessly bad reviews about my business. Simply sad, such a money rip-off, I will report to the police and initiate a debt enforcement if nothing happens by this evening!

Mess!! Order from couriers at least once a week, but Yushu Wohlen are the only ones who deliver about 30-45 minutes late EVERY TIME! Every time a different excuse, which definitely doesn't interest me as a customer. Especially since I made the order 5 hours before delivery. According to Googlemaps it's only 5 minutes by car. That was the last time we ordered here! Another company gets the weekly order and the sales! Well, it's your own fault!

Unfortunately not like it used to be! The food was just too greasy and no longer fresh.

After what seemed like an eternity, we got our order. My husband ordered sushi and I ordered the momos filled with chicken. Unfortunately the chicken was very dry and tough. Unfortunately, the quality of this branch is very poor and you have to think about ordering food from another location.

Wow, the steamed momos are really terrible, the dough is way too thick and the fillings deserve the title of worst momo fillings ever! It's a shame, we are Momo lovers and know a lot of incredibly good variants, but this really beats everything. We had to put our 18 momos to the side after every 3 we ate. Never again.....the nerve to take money for it...

Ordered dinner and not everything that was ordered was delivered. I complained by email and never received an answer! Absolute impudence when you keep customers' money without anything in return! Was the last time I ordered anything!

So far we've been happy. But today the duck was dry and the noodles were too salty, so it was probably the temporary cook at work.

I have no idea how to start. I have been ordering food from Yushu (Kong po) for years and unfortunately the service is not always of the highest quality! It's always like this sometimes. Sometimes it tastes good, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes the service is great, sometimes not. I ordered from you again on Saturday. I was looking forward to my karagee as I always take it. But this time the thing was empty. I don't know who packs this stuff but that's a cheeky thing!

We have ordered about 30 times and have always been satisfied, except for the last 3 times. Waiting time of 1.5 hours after we called was the reason they had a lot of orders and we had to be patient. Wrong order delivered a few times now, no apology, nothing. We will no longer support Kongpo from now on.

We have already ordered several times (the Wohlen branch). An additional order was repeatedly forgotten and had to be delivered later. Last time we forgot to deliver the Sake Choya (worth CHF 24.00) that had already been paid for. After the food was delivered, we waited another 30 minutes for it. To our disappointment, the Sake Kuzakura worth Fr. 8.00 was delivered. My complaint emails from January 9, 2023 and January 23, 2023 remained unanswered and we never received a credit for the difference. Very poor customer and delivery service.

The delivery service must definitely be stopped. This is just damaging to your reputation. The food was ok (but not a hit either). Waited over 2.5 hours for our food. We were almost in bed 😤. The delivery even came 3/4 hours after charging finished. Reaching anyone by phone was impossible. So dear boss, forego the delivery service, then your employees don't have to work unnecessary overtime and keep their heads in front of the frustrated customer. THANKS

Once and never again! Food arrived - after several calls from us - only after 1 1/2 hours and was - unsurprisingly - cold. We ordered online and even then they couldn't manage to deliver the food to the correct address. The courier spoke poor German and we only received the food after several additional phone calls with him. And that despite the fact that I explained to him several times how he could easily find us. The journey would have taken just under 5 minutes. I honestly don't see the difficulty. I completely understand if the preparation takes longer because there are a lot of orders. But then you say this on the phone at the latest and don't lie to the customer several times that the courier is on the way. To be fair, I wanted to give KONGPO a chance to correct the matter before my review, but I'm still waiting for a response today. Save yourself the time and money and order your food elsewhere.

Very, very bad shop. I ordered from Kongpo Wohlen and didn't receive any food even after two hours. During two phone calls I was always told the driver was on the way. Bottomless impudence. Unfortunately, it's the second time... something like that sucks

We have probably ordered from KongPo 10 times and have always been super satisfied... but what happened this time is brazen, cheeky and disrespectful. We ordered and were supposed to get the sushi at 6:40 p.m. but nothing arrived. We have now called there 3 times, spoken twice to an employee who could barely communicate in German and once to the supposed boss... Every time they asked for their name, address and order and after checking they said the food was already on the way...that's a bold lie...the restaurant is 5 minutes away from us!!! Mistakes can happen but this is insulting!!! I'll never order there again...now I can run after my 100 francs, I may have to have the money collected and I'm angry, disappointed and still hungry...at 9 p.m....Thanks for nothing!!!

Zero stars would be the correct rating for the branch in Wohlen. Staff are unable to read addresses from online orders. Apart from that, you won't be informed if there are no delivery staff there. Food was supposed to be delivered at 12pm. After half an hour of waiting (and two calls), the driver should be there in 10 minutes, with a 5 minute journey. When we finally got the driver on the phone, it turned out that he was at the wrong address! Communication was only possible to a limited extent due to a lack of knowledge of German. If you want to order there during your lunch break, you should make sure you have a long enough break. Our food didn't come until 1pm!

Food very tasty and fresh! Would love to come back. Delivery on time and quickly. Unfortunately we didn't have the papaya salad we ordered, but otherwise it was great!

We have ordered food here many times and I can highly recommend the restaurant. The selection is very good, the food is always very fresh and really good. The delivery is usually very quick, but if it takes a little longer, I'm happy to accept that because it's always freshly cooked and not pre-prepared.

Unfortunately, 2 hours after eating, I ordered chicken curry masala. SICK! I had nothing before, 2 hours after consumption I was blocked for a week. Unfortunately I will never order anything there again.

Dining on site NOT possible!!! We drove from Dottike to Wohlen for free. If there is dining on site, I expect more space than just a small bar with sauces being filled into bowls. That wouldn't even have meant one star.

Called specifically to ask if the Thai Curry Chicken was spicy (since my little daughter can't eat spicy). I was assured on the phone that it wasn't spicy. Then ordered directly online and attached an extra comment. When it arrived I couldn't believe my tongue, the Thai curry was completely spicy, even for myself! Calling again didn't do much good either, it's a real shame.

Terrific As a peanut allergy sufferer, I always have to be a little afraid of Asian food. When I ordered I wrote a comment that I couldn't eat peanuts. Communication was clear upon delivery. For security reasons, I called again anyway. The person opposite was very friendly and attentive. I was even called back again. The food was of course extremely tasty and warm when delivered. I will definitely order again and can only recommend the store.

Starter: Cold, otherwise OK Main course: I ordered fried rice with chicken but it was duck. However, the side salad was a disaster so I don't think it was any good anymore! fried rice tastes too much like sesame oil and rice was still hard.... Sushi: Egg. I like sushi but this sushi was 99% bad!

Ordered food at 8:15 p.m., still not there at 9:30 p.m., then called where the food was. Only the answering machine answers “we have been closed since 9:30 p.m.” thank you very much for nothing! We will never order there again! Last time a menu was forgotten and it was delivered without apology. The food was cold. NEVER AGAIN!

We have been ordering from Kongpo in Wohlen for 4 months and have tried all the dishes. I have to say that everything is very delicious and wonderful, especially the momos are amazing. Really recommended.

The bubble tea was sour and wasn't tasty

We had ordered from Wohlen several times and were always very satisfied, but unfortunately the quality has decreased. (maybe you had a chef change?) Yesterday we ordered sweet and sour chicken and couldn't believe our tongues, but the sauce was spicy. Too spicy for the children. I also had a papaya salad and it wasn't spicy (there was always chili in the salad, except yesterday). But we will continue to order from you because it was really tasty.

We love the classic Momos bon KONGPO. The selection is surprisingly large, so we haven't been able to try everything yet. But what we've had so far has been great. We'd love to come back! 👍🏼

Unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly since several stores opened. The tradition of Kongpo Friday has been around in my shop for quite some time. We order quite a few menu items every Friday at lunchtime. This tradition will probably end soon... The quality of the meat has declined significantly. No matter whether duck, beef or chicken. We have already received the momos, which were once the highlight, completely spoiled. Small requests for the menus ordered are never fulfilled. This makes you wonder why Just Eat has the comment function at all. Unfortunately, even if you order directly from Kongpo, small concerns are not taken into account. The sauces are often over-seasoned, over-ladled and taste very artificial. I've always loved teriyaki sauce, now it's just, meh! So far there has been nothing wrong with the sushi and karagee menu. They will also be the only reason why I might still order with my work colleagues on certain Fridays.
