Open from 6:30 a.m., the bakery offers a varied choice of breads, pastries, sandwiches and others. It is out of the way and is aimed at motorized customers, even if parking spaces are often lacking during the day. The service is friendly, but too stressed. Prices tend to be high compared to the competition.

In summer, very nice terrace. Inside we have optimized the space.

We are regulars at your establishment. What has been our disappointment since last autumn and especially since the beginning of this year when the quantities of plates ordered (last order: goat cheese salad and beef sirloin, etc.) are not at all up to par? height of our hopes. I didn't take any photos unfortunately. But I think you would also have been disappointed by the shabby appearance of the plate (sparse salad, croutons and nuts barely added for the goat's cheese, a few fries and vegetables on the plate for the rib-eye, etc. ). However, the quality of the food is good and the dessert offered is very popular. I know that the prices of raw materials are increasing, but that's no reason to still be hungry at the end of the meal. I would prefer to have a full plate and pay a little more than the situations experienced. As we are regulars, we will come back, but if no improvement is made, we will not come back or no longer. Great atmosphere and excellent experience! The menu is very varied with delicious dishes and snacks! I ordered typical Swiss dishes and loved them! The coffees and sweets are also equally delicious and look great! And the prices are very good. I came back several times!

We called on Zenhäusern for our wedding cake and we were more than delighted. Not only was it magnificent and excellent, but we also met people who were available, professional, talented and more than pleasant. Highly recommended, don't hesitate for a moment!

A shame this Zen! 4 waitresses not one to serve when it's empty! 2 in the back chatting, one outside to get rid of and another inside looking at the sky! Really, I won't come back to it anymore. Plus they never have anything in the assortment compared to the other Zen what a misery this thing is!

Hamburger and squash ravioli and the dessert of the day (mille-feuille), two very good dishes, we were served quickly. Despite the free tables, if you want to eat for lunch during the week, we advise you to make a reservation in order to have a good seat (near the windows, in the middle of the room for example).

Checking the Covid pass perfectly, the employees don't miss anything, thank you! Good pastries and pastries but the bread is bad: the only sensation we have is that we are eating air, this applies as much to white bread as to white bread sandwiches. In addition, after 24 hours, it is dry.

Very very disappointed.... second time we had pastries, the first time the empty pain chocolat, second time the two empty Piedmont croissants. Yet my favorites... at 2.60 CHF each, we won't be coming back.

Friendly staff and warm welcome

I often go to Zenhäusern at midday for the speed of the service. The waitresses are super friendly and do their job perfectly but there must be a big problem in the kitchen. At least every other time I go there there is something wrong. If it's not the main dish that doesn't arrive after 45 minutes of waiting or it's simply cold, it's both at the same time. Either I get my starter and the main arrives before I finish it, or it doesn't come at all so I have to call a waiter and complain about the wait. But completely incomprehensible things, the dish arrives the next minute and often cold. Despite the number of times this happened to me, I still continued to frequent this restaurant because I told myself each time that these are things that can happen. The starter and main course arrived normally but the rice that was served to me was not cooked at all. This constituted the main part of my dish so I sent it back to the kitchen. The waitress came to tell me that I had to choose something else because I said "they don't have time to cook rice because they are in full service". It’s unacceptable for cooking to say that. I told them I could wait but it was a firm no to redo my dish. I was speechless but I still chose something else. After 30 minutes of waiting I saw other customers' dishes pass by and mine still didn't arrive. I decided to leave while still paying for the entry I had eaten. The waitress didn't make me pay the bill and that was very kind of her. As I walked through the door another waitress yelled at me with the dish in her hand that it was ready. I made them understand that it was too late and on top of that it was not what I had ordered. It was one time too many. Despite this, I would like to say that the waitresses are not responsible for these errors and do their job very well. So if something similar happens to you, don't blame them.

It's long, it's long, it's long. Amazing place. 😡the staff is super friendly. The place is large, spacious, easy to access. Succulent pastries. The bread very good. A little expensive but we're at Zen 😎 On the other hand, there is a consistency. Morning, afternoon. with people. Without many people. The waitresses go out of their way to serve you. !!! And it's not once or sometimes. It's almost always like that. It's dragging. It's chattering. But that doesn't serve the customer.

Arriving at 11:30 a.m., there were very few people, but we still had to wait until 12:20 p.m. to be served. The warm goat's cheese salad that was ordered was accompanied by a salad that was not fresh... for 18.50 chf it's just unacceptable..

A shame, nonsense Finally spaghetti at home after a failed meal attempt at Zenhäuserm in Sion. We arrive full of tables reserved but left empty, we are forgotten or we are invisible, we ask for the card which we forget to bring us. 2nd waitress called for drinks, 3rd called to order Valais hamburgers, but still nothing to drink! We're asking, oops we've been forgotten. We apologize but the rest still hasn't arrived! The first waitress apologizes and promises us free coffees. 38 minutes after our arrival, the plate is finally there, fries hot but hamburgers (meat and bread) cold! We apologize again, we will replace them for you. 10 minutes after the return of the same hamburgers started still cold. We are promised the arrival of the chef, but still no one! Anyway, we got up and left. So word to the wise!
