Very good food and pastry chefs at reasonably reasonable prices. Good location as it is right in the train station building, so there are enough parking spaces and the opening times are longer than normal. Friendly staff.

You wait far too long for service. It has happened several times that you have to wait outside for 20 minutes for service despite there being few people.

It turned out very nice after the renovation. My favorite place to have breakfast until the train leaves.

The cheese sandwich had no toppings at all, in fact just cheese on it, but was as expensive as it used to be when there was toppings on it (e.g. butter, mustard, lettuce, etc.) Today the canapés (1x tuna, 1x egg): Both were much too dry, even here without butter or mayonnaise. And all this for the price of CHF 9.40 for two canapés. I don't buy anything there anymore.

Good selection of things to eat and spend money on. Perfect place for a quick date during lunch break or when your train to civilisation is cancelled.

Purchased a passion fruit cake while waiting bus in the next door cafe. It turned out to be such a delightful finding. Cake was simply perfect in each way! And the price was quite acceptable too. A cake for 3-4ppl size only cost 17chf

We had a long journey to go so we stopped by for a quick meal. It didn't expect to be this awesome. The wrap was huge, perfect for 2. The fries are similar to McDonald's but x3 times better because of its freshness. Love rhe pumpkin soup. Mediocre Cappuccino. Overall great service. Very friendly waiter gentleman who will chat and joke around with us which is rare to find.

Food : the croissant was disapointingly small and the hot chocolate was low warm and not even filled upuntil the line... And no foam. 😢 Service: Inside was full so I ordered in the take away and went to sit on a table outside in the cold, just to swallow up my things as I had my train 5 min later. The waitress came and asked me to leave the table cause I took take away. So I swallowed up my things and left. (not even in a friendly way and 90% of the tables were empty)

We had some time to kill before our train arrived so we came here for a quick lunch. I didn't expect the food to be good but it was great. Service was good and quick as well. I was impressed by their chicken nuggets which were very similar to McDonald's but better and with actual chicken.

We were in the café at the BHF Visp on Saturday, February 26th, 2022 from around 1:30 p.m. and were very irritated because the staff at the counter created the operational plans and this led to sometimes heated discussions among the employees. It also seemed that this was more important than serving the customers the hot food. From the moment the food came out of the kitchen until it was served, it sometimes felt like an eternity. Unfortunately, an email with our experience report has remained unanswered to date. It's a shame we were definitely guests for the last time.

I love the Savarin au rhum...I come over from Winterthur or send a colleague over to fill me up again. They are 1000 times better than those from Migros

A lot of things were really good, but the finishing touches for a “breakfast stamp” were missing, a shame!

The waitresses are usually stressed because there is a lot going on and they probably all receive low wages. This often results in the not very hospitable expression of Zen house staff. A pity.

One of the best pastry shops I was able to get to know and love in Valais. We ordered from them for our wedding in October last year. The selection is generous and the taste is simply heavenly. Unfortunately we had various problems with the driver back then. But Zenhäuser was very good-natured and compensated us for it. Thanks again to the team for the fabulous cakes 💖
