It was with great surprise that I read V.M.'s review. N. read and thought about whether these allegations really concern the Aettenbühl retirement home. My experiences with the Aettenbühl Center do not agree with these statements in any way. My mother has been a resident in Aettenbühl since the end of 2019. After a period of getting used to it, she now feels very well looked after. In my experience, the care provided by the competent staff is always appropriate for the residents. If any irregularities occur, I will be informed immediately and included in any decision-making. Last summer my mother had a small accident. I was informed immediately by the supervisory care team and was able to decide in which hospital I wanted my mother to be treated. At the end of 2020, the corona tests in Aettenbühl revealed that my mother had Covid-19. I was in daily telephone contact with the responsible care provider and received information about the progression of the disease. These professional and competent discussions gave me, as well as my entire family, security. We felt that the staff made every possible effort to ensure that the patient was well under the circumstances. We are convinced that the well-being of the residents is well taken care of at the Aettenbühl Center and that the employees are always open to constructive discussions. A small note to V.M. N.: In my opinion, you should talk to the person concerned and find out more about what happened.

The Aettenbühl center exudes something pleasant before you even enter it. This impression is confirmed in contact with the home management, nursing staff and restaurant staff - a competent and warm team. It is reassuring to know that your loved ones are safe and well cared for. Anyone who gets to know the residents quickly notices that despite the living conditions, there is a trusting and friendly atmosphere. Many thanks also to the dedicated home management.
