Zeughaus Grill in Rapperswil-Jona

We were there today as a family. Ordered salad, penne with paprika sauce and Al Arabiata sauce. Everything tasted very good. The staff is incredibly great, warm and very accommodating. They offered my daughter some fries, gave her a biscuit and also smiled very sweetly and played with her. We can all heartily recommend the restaurant. We'll definitely come back at some point. :) Best regards to the lovely team, you're all doing a great job! ☺️ The only thing is that it is a bit too warm inside because of the food that is being prepared. The terrace area is also very comfortably decorated with fairy lights. Really highly recommended.

Disgusting! To flee. We were 10 people and very poorly served! Lots of errors on orders! Disgusting hamburger without good ground meat, tartare with more tomato than meat, cordon bleu with too much cheese and without meat and not cooked! It was disgusting

We (12 adults, 3 children) celebrated my daughter's baptism. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Rapperswil in terms of food and service. We received all the starters on a sharing basis, the quality and taste were 5 stars. The service was very attentive and always one step ahead. I can highly recommend thezeughausgrill restaurant. The best value for money far and wide!

Wonderful place where you immediately feel at home...great food, nice staff and Manolo can even conjure up a zabaglione on request...simply perfect. Every guest feels welcome there. Thank you Manolo also for the incredibly fine paella that you recently delivered to our home... it was sensational.

Great menu with a large selection. The fresh pasta was very tasty. The staff was very friendly and we didn't have to wait long for our food. Although the restaurant was busy. A minor dissatisfaction on our part was immediately resolved. We'd love to come back.

Really great shop. We were at the hotel opposite and ended up here by chance. Service was really super friendly, funny and accommodating. Prices are also totally reasonable for the area and the food is highly recommended. We'd love to come back 👍

The food was top as always. The boss is very friendly and accommodating. The service staff was very unmotivated this year and wanted to clear up as quickly as possible and only did the work reluctantly. Hopefully better next time. There aren't many parking spaces, but there are enough in the area. Always worth a visit.

The venue has its own parking lot, we chose it because we could not find parking in the center. The food is satisfying, but the taste could be better (3 stars) Friendly family business. Parking and friendliness +1 star.

Definitely our favorite restaurant in Rapperswil-Jona and the surrounding area. Even our children, who are otherwise hard to convince, love eating there! Both the food on site and the pizzas to take away are first class! Everything perfect!

We ate very well, pizza was very good, all fresh ingredients, schnitzel not from the freezer, but freshly prepared. Service is very friendly. Many people can take an example when it comes to quality. Gladly again when we drive through to go on vacation.

Fantastic friendly wildlife food & grill restaurant. This is the authentic local, non tourist experience. Highly recommend it. Very reasonable prices. If you want a great casual atmosphere, great food and service this place is for you! They also have fantastic wine, espresso and desert. It is one of my favourite go-to places in Rapperswil. Be sure to reserve a table, it can get very busy. But the staff make every effort to accomodate you. Enjoy this very special place.

Food is the best and good service. Staff explain how to order and provide some advice. You can ask for English Menu. This restaurant is opposite my hotel. It's easy to reach out here.

The restaurant is doing really well. So be sure to reserve a spot in advance! The food is really good and the portions are really "monstrous". Nobody goes home hungry here and I have to say, the price is impressive. 👍 Perhaps it is important to mention that here you can get meat cooked on a hot stone and this is a specialty of the house. So if you have a date 😉 and eat there, you will definitely smell very “smoked”! 🤣 So in summary: Food - top Price - top Portions - more than top There is also a very family atmosphere. Not only is it a mass check-in, but you really feel welcome, no matter how busy the restaurant is. So, definitely try it out 👋

I ordered a pizza to pick up. Everything went quickly and the staff was very friendly. Most importantly, the pizza was really tasty! Highly recommended ;) The restaurant looks very nice from the inside... it makes you want to eat inside :)

Although the restaurant doesn't look very attractive from the outside, the inside is newly renovated. The service may not be that professional, but it is very warm. When it comes to food, the price-performance ratio is right. The portions are large and almost all extra requests can be accommodated. We recommend meat on the hot stone or fajitas 🥩 A big thank you to the boss, who does everything he can to ensure that his guests don't miss anything.

The burger was completely raw inside and lost so much water that the bottom bun dissolved. The waiter almost didn't understand any German.

Wir haben 2x Lachs mit Gemüse, 1x grüner Salat und 1x Fitnessteller bestellt. War pünktlich, sehr freundlich und das Essen war wirklich fein. Gute Portionen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Super Essen, freundlich und speditiv

Gestern zum Geburtstag einen Paella abgeholt. Hat super geschmeckt und war mit sehr guten Meeresfrüchten und Poulet gefüllt. Sehr empfehlenswert für die die das mediterrane vermissen.

Pizza bestellt auf 18:00 Uhr war pünktlich. Ausgezeichnet, freundlich, sogar ein Dessert wurde spendiert. Nur 10.- pro Pizza. Danke

Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden. Bei dem Angebot der Speisekarte fand jeder etwas und alle fanden das Essen gut.Der Service ist freundlich, sehr bemüht und auch für einen Spass zu haben.Wir gehen sicher wieder dorthin.Meine persönliche Meinung noch: Beste Pizza in der Stadt.

Es wurden 2 Menüs bestellt. Das Essen war ganz guet, leider wurde ein Menü falsch geliefet anstatt mit Reis wurden Pommes mitgeliefert. Dazu kam das auf dem Flyer ein AHV Rabatt versprochen wurde, dieser Rabatt wurde meinerseits sogar bei der Bestellung erwähnt. Als der Kurier jedoch eintraff waren die 7% leider nicht abgezogen auf der Bestellung.

Ich esse persönlich sehr viel auf dem heissen Stein aber hier kann ich sagen das es eines der besten Orte war an denen ich gegessen habe. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich hatte das Lammfilet es war super gewürzt und einfach fantastisch. Kann man aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen.

Wir hatten Heissenstein das fleisch war super und die sauce waren perfekt. Aber der service lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Der Service ist sehr freundlich und Aufmerksam. Ich war mit meiner Tochter dort essen und Sie hatte Lust auf Spareribs. Obwohl nicht auf der Karte, war man bemüht um unseren Wunsch. Also haben wir die Spareribs bekommen. Sehr gut, mit Hammer Sauce.Die Küche ist sehr gut, und als Fleischliebhaber kommt man nicht zu Kurz. Auch das Preising ist untypisch Schweizerisch, sehr Fair und günstig.Das Restaurant ist in jedem Fall einen Tipp, auch wenn die Lage ausserhalb der Altstadt Rapperswil ist.
