Cozy, good, prices a bit too high!

The two of us went for fondue chinoise. The quality was great and there was more than enough. The service was also top. Price-performance is fair.

When we arrived on the cozy garden terrace later in the evening, we wanted something small to eat. The serving girl informed that the kitchen is already closed. After a few minutes, after she asked the boss herself, a great Valais plate was made for us. Great and very friendly service and enjoyed delicious, very tasty Walliserplättli. Thank you very much, we were thrilled.

A small, atmospheric restaurant in the dark days, where the cooking is excellent. In Switzerland you often eat honestly and simply. Here it is above average level. Enjoyed a delicious 4-course menu (79 sfr). Simple food is also possible. Rösti dishes or cheese schnitte. Eat at the outdoor grill in the summer garden.

Yesterday's game dinner was simply incredibly good, from the aperitif wine (Heida) to the amuse bouche and the starter nut salad to the game dish and the accompanying red wine (Gamaret). A PLEASURE! Thanks for that!

Good, better yet, excellent or simply Z'Mattverdöchtigt... it's always a pleasure to dine and linger in this restaurant. Hospitality and quality require special attention here and it pays off! It's one of the few restaurants that I can recommend with a clear conscience!

The restaurant and the food were great! My partner had the salad and then an entrecote. For me it was the caramelized goat cheese and then the vegiburger. It was delicious. The restaurant is more reminiscent of a cozy parlor and the landlord is a bit grumpy at first impression. But that was resolved quickly and he was very cordial. We would be happy to go again at the next opportunity.

Beautiful terrace, magnificent living room on the first floor and home-style, fresh cuisine that knows how to please. The Zmatt is worth more than a trip. The fact that chef Stefan Gundi occasionally looks over the garden fence with sushi makes the whole thing even more interesting.

One star is one too many. Next time I'm there, I'll stop using the indicator and instead accelerate. Beans should be washed and prepared before using in salads. The flesh would work well as a non-slip sole. Hair belongs on the head, not in the salad or in the sauce. The only plus point: the service was very friendly.

Wir hatten einen schönen Abend im Hotel mit gutem Essen, das Entrecote wurde auf einem heißen Auflauf am Tisch serviert und man konnte es nach eigenem Geschmack beenden.

Sehr gutes Essen. Bedienung und Service super. Leider war trotz vorheriger Abklärung und Zusage von Wirt nichts Glutenfreies vorhanden. Mussten Essen für das Zölliakiekind selber mitnehmen. War sehr schade weil wir uns darauf verlassen haben und mehrmals nachgefragt haben. Dies war auch ein Grund warum wir dieses Restaurant ausgewählt hatten.
