My wife and I went there for the first time. As a native Austrian, I have to say they can make schnitzel. Juicy veal Viennese with a crispy breading, plus - and we Öschis are usually peculiar to this - potato salad as a must ;-) Finally, as it should be... a good Kaiserschmarrn, which could have been a little airier. But that's complaining at a very high level. The service was charming, super friendly, accommodating and the prices were okay for us given the general price increase. From my point of view, a clear recommendation that I don't give out very often. Please keep it up, we'll definitely be back.

Food was good! But rather expensive! Service was very bad! We had no cutlery, we asked for ketchup and it wasn't brought, a lot of cutlery fell on the floor when it was cleared away and stayed on the floor! The extra one I ordered without roses still came with roses! (It was then remade, but it still didn't have many guests) and didn't have any plum compote with the Kaiserschmarn. Drink was charged extra and not even an apology! We were there for the first and last time! A pity

The best schnitzels in Switzerland so far!! Very friendly service. The owners are Viennese themselves, the knock in the kitchen showed me that the food was freshly cooked and you can tell. The food was always great, but unfortunately we waited an hour for the food!!! It's a shame if the organization doesn't work out.

The food didn't convince us 100%. The waltz salad (tomato, mozzarella and lettuce) was good. The fries were rather under-fried and the schnitzel (original veal) was well done. The main course arrived before we had finished the salad and we had to wait almost 25 minutes for the desserts.

They didn't have a menu that was ordered. The service was very sobering and unfriendly. In the end I was also lucky that he who served didn't hit me in the head with the tray with the coffee on it, as he didn't "announce" himself before serving the coffee from behind. Paying at the table is not possible, you have to go to the counter at the entrance. I can't recommend this food visually or taste-wise. Will not visit the restaurant a second time.

Almost like in Vienna... Food was delicious, service was friendly. We were informed before we placed our order that card payment was currently not possible. So we were able to adjust to it right from the start.

Here you get a 450g XL Wiener Schnitzel with a really loose breading that you can get in few places. Believe me, it's massive and served to you on a wooden board. The fries are excellently seasoned and go down without any ketchup. The whole thing was pretty expensive, but it was worth it. Of course, you can also get smaller versions of the original Wiener (veal) schnitzel and it is also available with pork, which is a lot cheaper. On the menu you will find other delicacies from Austria. Unfortunately I didn't have room for dessert, but I can make up for it on my next visit.

We went there to eat with our visitors. The service was top. I even got the Almdudler again. We had cordonbleu, wiener schnitzel, veal liver and farmer's schnitzel. The food came quickly and was very tasty. We'll come again.

Original Wienerschnitzel was good. But the price is too high. For a large schnitzel with fries, almost Fr. 48.- with placemats, run-of-the-mill service and little ambience.

We went for a Viennese meal with the family. We accepted a journey time of 1.30 hours. The staff is simply great and super friendly. We had a lot of fun. The original Wienerschnitzel tastes amazing. These are the best I know in Switzerland. The potato salad is also super delicious. My wife and daughter-in-law also had Kaiserschmarren. They were very enthusiastic. If you like eating Wienerschnitzel, this is the right place.

Basically good quality food. Fair price/performance ratio. Large portions for big appetites. However, there is a lot of potential for optimization when it comes to service quality. You don't get enough attention at the table. When you go to the front of the counter to order something (which shouldn't be the case), there are 3 employees sitting there talking on the phone. Unfortunately, it rounds off the overall experience negatively - a shame, because the food is really more than okay. A little more attention and customer orientation would therefore be desirable.

There were 6 of us there, very tasty food and generous portions, very quick despite the full house. We ate the Schnitzelallerlei, ideal for sharing with each other. The only downside was that we ate so much schnitzel that the Kaiserschmarren had to jump over the blade. Price is on the upper limit, but still reasonable. We'll definitely go again.

This company opens like it's funny. Open according to Facebook, unfortunately we were faced with closed doors. On the door it says “Opening hours:” without a time. Here on Google Maps there is something different again. For me, that's a sign that they're opening up however they feel like it. An absolute no-go!!

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, food is OK but nothing special and small portions. Frozen fries, meat OK but not enough for the price and no side salad, cheese spaetzle were not good. Parking situation is difficult, it's best to use the underground car park, but Google maps took us to the inner courtyard, where you're not allowed to park but many people don't care and block the paths. 2 stars deducted because, in our opinion, the prices for the food are about 20% too high. And before you make a stupid comment about how expensive it is in Switzerland, we've been living here for a long time and can judge it for ourselves. Addendum to the host's reaction: If you can't handle criticism, you're in the wrong business, but it's also up to you how you deal with it. A look at the neighboring business is enough to find larger portions at a similar price. But there are also plenty of other places that offer better quality and/or larger portions at the same or cheaper price.

When I miss Austria, I go to the Viennese. Very nice staff and most importantly, very tasty and tender schnitzel. Haven't had anything to complain about so far.
