Delicious, attractive and fine selection of a wide range of sandwiches, salads, warm dishes, desserts, cakes and tarts. The small butter pretzels, the camamber sandwich and the large cappuccino as well as the brunch menu are my biggest favorites. The staff is friendly, takes their time and is competent, including when it comes to providing information about what they have to offer. The restaurant itself, be it the two in Unterägeri, the one in Baar or in Zug, are very attractive and cozy and invite you to linger. In Zug the “Garden Square” is very nice, where you can have a great breakfast. Keep it up!

Sunday morning at 7 a.m. No entry with the dog into the café was asked to leave! I'm definitely not going to go shopping anymore, even without a dog.

Small bakery with about five tables. They offer delicious deserts and really good coffee (they got one of those huge espresso coffee machines). The orders for deserts and coffee must be placed at different counters. The ambience is very cozy. They're open on Sundays, but already closing at 4pm.

Quality decreased HIGHLY after expanding. Muessli full of condensation (!) etc. etc. Service terrible. re: what services do you offer Ms. Zumbach? I mean besides hissing at your apprentices, worse still, demanding money from them if they drop something on the floor?? You should be ashamed of yourself.

Great café, nice atmosphere, upper price range, goods have to be picked up and returned yourself, quality of the goods is great, only partially suitable for people with walking difficulties and wheelchair users, the toilet is on the upper floor, no lift or other help

Great coffee and Zug cherry cake! The staff is also very friendly.

In the higher price segment. It's all the more annoying when you get the wrong goods packed twice within a very short space of time (Laufengipfel with tuna instead of egg and onion cheesecake instead of cheesecake) and only notice it when you get home.

We picked up 20 kilos of bread every day for our summer camp. Very friendly staff. Helped me carry the boxes into the car.

We come here after having a swim at Ägeribad, as the restaurant there is outrageously expensive. You can eat much better for less here in Zumbach.

Zucchini soup was delicious and the right thing when it's cold. Berliners don't taste good, dough was tasteless

Cake and cappuccino were good, unfortunately only self-service with direct payment at the counter. The tables are sometimes very close together, which unfortunately means that you have to bother other guests.

Bakery chain in and around Zug. Plus: Urdinkel-Zopf, Birchermüesli, Paillasse, Zopf-Knöpfe… and great coffee to go! Minus: Bread choices could be broader, I have definitely experienced richer assortments.

Gugl höpfli here is amazing. The coffee is excellent also. They give a nice bit of cake or biscuit on top of the coffee. Now I know why this place has queues out of the door every weekend morning. 5*****

The pastries are fine and good. But the service and operation were more reminiscent of a show called “Zickenkrieg”. Investing in team development would certainly contribute to a better customer experience and a different working atmosphere. Unfortunately, the hot drinks we ordered were only lukewarm. A pity.

Bought a little more today than one person actually needs and hadn't eaten anything for 12 hours. Expectations of taste were exceeded. And the tip from another customer was good, at this point, thanks to him :D The service was super friendly and patient 😅 sorry again, that wasn't my intention 🙄

For a self-service hot chocolate Fr.5.60 is simply too much. The new self-expression policy is a very big deterioration compared to the previous condition system. Because the prices are the same as before with condition or higher. I will no longer consume on site here.

Beautiful and innovative concept with pastries to take yourself. Newly converted branch and parking spaces are available. In addition to delicious pastries, there are delicious salads, sandwiches and pasta for those hungry to go!

It used to be my "dream bakery" - but now...... bought rolls were dry and the crust was crumbling off. the beautiful "Herzberliner", apart from the filling there was nothing but an "oily taste" - unfortunately for me it was my last visit, a shame -

Top bakery / café with a wide selection of breads, sweet baked goods, desserts, sandwiches etc. The strawberry tartlet was superb, not too sweet, just right with really fresh fruit. On the Saturday after Friday the 13th the staff was a tad bit grumpy though.
