Unfortunately, we never received the bread we wanted and after waiting about 20 minutes for the bill, it showed the full amount of the Panna mineral bottle of CHF 9.50. We kindly received the money from the bottle back from the funny lady, who unfortunately forgot the bread. An evening that we will never forget and will definitely never repeat, let alone recommend. Mistakes can happen, but this also requires customer appreciation, which unfortunately was not applied here. A pity!
