Das Hirschentercote war geschmacklich harmonisch und der Garpunkt des Fleisches perfekt. Das gebratene Zanderfilet war trocken und hatte noch etliche „Gräte“. Der Abschluss, das Carmelköpfli war ein Höhepunkt. Einfach wunderbar.

Kürbiscrèmesuppe zur Vorspeise und ein Schnitzel mit Pommes Frites als Hauptgang: Das war mein Menü beim meinem Besuch. Die Suppe zur Vorspeise war bereits ein echter Höhepunkt.
