A superb discovery in this small, typically Fribourgeois restaurant. The house is beautiful and welcoming. We enter a pretty dining room, nothing more, but decorated in the Fribourgeois style. There are around twenty places. We came to eat the hunt. The menu was really good with tastes like I haven't had in a long time. Everything is homemade except for the Gruyère cream. A point of honor to the botzi pear like I have never eaten before. We will return. A big thank you to the cook.
