Good morning, As a home barista and coffee lover, I am a fan of Kaffa Ristretto beans 1kg. I buy this coffee very regularly and I have not yet found another coffee that satisfies me as much. Small criticism, last time the beans were too roasted, almost burned. Just a shame. I commend you for your passion and I will continue to purchase this coffee. We were able to enjoy the great team from Kauer Catering at our wedding in Meggen. The food for our guests (apéro, starter - dessert) was top class and our vegan guests were also very satisfied. The dishes are beautifully prepared and refined with a certain extra touch. The meat was spot on perfect. The side dishes carefully selected and prepared. Just great. The service staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire event. We - and our guests - were impressed. We can wholeheartedly recommend Kauer Catering.
