Great place and food! We loved it. Pastas were great, pizza also and Tiramisu! Also the waiter was nice and relaxed (not like the usual unfriendly, moody waiters from Switzerland)

I can't recommend it at all. The pizza dough was not at all thoroughly moist. When I brought it up, they cheekily told me to my face that I had no idea. I definitely won't visit it again and won't recommend it either.👎

Not good, you warm everything up in the microwave and the lasagna wasn't good when it was cold. shouldn't be.

Today I went to this pizzeria with my parents for lunch. As soon as we entered the restaurant we were greeted with: "You have reservations for three!" greeted (as long as that can be considered a greeting). We were kindly shown to our table. After we were handed the menus, the waiter asked us what drinks we wanted. Before we could even take a look at the menu. The drinks came quickly. When we got the drinks we wanted to order a starter and main course. We were then able to order the starters, but the waiter then ran back into the kitchen without taking the main course order. For starters we had sensational bruschetta with mozzarella, an octopus salad and a green salad. The octopus salad was served with a lot of olives and little octopus, the green salad was not bite-sized or had no garnishes such as sprouts, seeds or croutons. For me, the green salad lacked all sorts of attention to detail. For the main course we received a very indecisive recommendation and the waiter seemed very indecisive about what he recommended. That's why we ordered beef entrecote (medium) with saffron risotto, pizza frutti di mare and a pizza whose name I no longer remember. The saffron risotto was dry and barely smelled of saffron. The entrecote had three cooking levels, bleu, medium and well done. I was offered a hot stone so that I could process the well done into shoe soles. The Frutti di mare pizza only had squid and octopus on it, no mussels or prawns, which was a real shame. The pizza whose name I can't remember had raw cherry tomatoes on it and not melted cheese. The pizza was very, very soggy and the porcini mushrooms were definitely placed on the pizza when they were frozen, which reflects the consistency of the pizza. All kinds of main courses were low in salt. At the beginning of the visit we would have liked to have dessert after the main course that was no longer an option for us. The criticism that we wanted to express directly on site was only partially accepted. We asked for the boss, he was in Herisau, so we asked for the person in charge of the day. The waiter said "That's me" and three sentences later he said "Otherwise I can get the boss" that was too much for us and we left the restaurant annoyed. Italian restaurant in Heiden with top Neapolitan pizza. A calm Saturday evening, perhaps due to the recent opening, but nevertheless an excellent, present and fast service. We took two pizzas with typical southern Italian ingredients. Excellent and fresh products. While waiting I saw other customers ordering really inviting looking appetizers and first courses. After asking for the bill, with prices below average for the quality offered, we are offered a bitter. I'm thinking of going back with friends for a dinner with friends!

Two hours for lunch in an empty restaurant. The pizza dough was still not cooked through. Prices above average and below average. It surprises me how many of the previous “evaluators” were actually there. - Or the reviews were only created by people we knew for the new opening...

Food is good and fresh, good presentation of the dishes. Fish platter is very good, but for the high price there is far too little on it, ambience is average and unfortunately nothing special at all. Overall verdict: good food, but not just high prices, but a lot too expensive! unfortunately!

The service is great! The chef is even better and the food is absolutely worth its weight in gold. Anyone who loves good food is in the right place at this restaurant. For me the NR.1 restaurant in Switzerland.

The staff was unfriendly when picking up the pizzas we ordered. Unfortunately, the prices on the flyer are not correct either, they are even higher than stated. Both pizzas were cold and the dough was undercooked.

Having dinner with you was not simply "eating", but it was true poetry of flavors and colours. All very fresh and prepared with skill and above all a lot of passion. We took an octopus salad.... delicious! Linguine with lobster, prepared fresh with Apulian wheat flour (the Chef explained it to us), very fresh and not frozen lobster, what can I say? An extraordinary journey through aromas and flavors. The staff were very attentive, very kind and thoughtful. We felt pampered. If you want to have an extraordinary culinary experience, YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST COME AND EAT HERE! I recommend it to EVERYONE, we will be back very soon, absolutely! The opening was yesterday. What a lavish celebration. The new operators have really given everything to put the well-being of the guests first. The staff and family worked diligently, and even musical performances from the in-house band added an Italian flair. Everything was offered. A sumptuous buffet, various pizzas, salsiccia from the grill, desserts and, late at night, a variety of pasta to try. This all left me wanting more. And there were plenty of drinks too, everything from mineral spirits to champagne was on offer. Really great start. Good luck for the coming years. thanks again
