A Disappointing Dining Experience My visit was underwhelming with average food, unfriendly staff, and poor hygiene. Crucial dining elements were neglected, leaving much to be desired.

I ate kebabs from this place 3 times today. Fantastic kebabs, and I recommend the spicy sauce highly. You will not find cheaper food any where close to this area. Fantastic service. This is from an American from Kentucky, so you know this food is gas (great)

The girl behind the counter is absolutely bringing this business down. She is super stressed and rude, served us food we didnt want and keeps huffing and puffing in our face. She definitely hates her job and she should not be the face of the business. Hated the service, the food wasnt what we ordered. No one took care of us.

Bad experience… I went yesterday with my girlfriend. We ordered a pide. They brought us an old baked pide. Which we didn't eat... an employee said at the end. And he didn't react at all, as if everything was fine.

Nice little place for quick food... They sell kebab, doner, sandwiches and food like that... Food is always fresh because they have so much customers especially at late night from 11pm when almost restaurant are closed... Every minut someone buy something... They work until 4am at night... The price is not cheap but it is Zurich where everything is expensive and you have no choice at late night... All recommendations for fast food if you come late at Zurich

Typical city restaurant. Room not very welcoming. Service was quick, but not very friendly. The food is reasonable.

Warm welcome from the sales staff and fast service, we ordered 3 kebabs which were made and served in 5 minutes �� In terms of food quality, I have rarely eaten such a good kebab to be honest, I recommend it!

Very bad service and food was not even warmed up (overcooked or stale). The single guy serving was very rude and insulting. I asked if he can tell what kind of kebab roll did he give the other customer, the answer I got was it's Kebab. Then I asked him what is the type of bread and he says it's Kebab. I asked him if the meat is chicken and he say's it's Kebab. You can make out how I was treated and I asked very politely, since I did not understand the menu. Lastly, he asked me if I pay by cash or credit and when I say credit he was taunting me, instead he could have just told me he preferred cash which I would have gladly opted for. Also, the food he served us was cold meat and not warm. I will never ever go here, instead I got excellent kebab rolls and good service elsewhere.

I think the food is very tasty, especially the cocktail sauce, which is not available anywhere. Everything there is homemade. I find that very unique and great.

Overall the kebab tasted good. I particularly liked the taste of the meat. What bothered me is that the kebab was dripping and that the kebab man had distributed the meat so that in the end only vegetables were left.

I am very disappointed. I think there has been a change. I didn't like the kebab at all. I paid the money 10.50 CHF, took two bites and gave the kebab back. It used to be a very good place. The money I paid still hurts me. I wasn't even offered to give me the money back. There used to be good kebab stands in Niederdorf. The Dürüm was not crispy. The sauce was the only thing that tasted good. If I had a stand and a customer refused the food, I would immediately transfer their money back. It wasn't even offered to me. Gastronomy shouldn't be for everyone. I read through the reviews. The 1001 Restaurant doesn't even write it back. Not even an apology or justification etc. I want my money back. Please transfer my money back to me. A kebab 10.50 CHF on June 10th, 2022 at around 4:55 p.m.

The place is very nice! The food, especially the Doner im Flanderbrot is a very nice choice!! The stuff is very friendly, pleasant and always with a bright smile on their face!! That always make my day whenever I go there!! I have brought menu of my friends for lunch and all of them liked the people and the food!!

Grabbed some fries for a quick snack. In short: Well. Quite okay without any great demands on fries, counter service and plastic chair ambience. The fries seem overpriced to me.

It was grotesque. The waiters were unfriendly and the dürum had hair in it. Dirty restaurant. Way too much 12 fr for a 5 cm dürüm.

Not recommended! People here are very stingy with the meat in the kebab, whether Dürüm, pocket bread or kebab box. I asked properly whether it was possible to add more, but unfortunately there was a big discussion without understanding that I had to order with "extra meat" if I wanted more. It's a shame, unfortunately I can't recommend it. A certain amount of meat goes into a kebab. If I had ordered a salad with bread, it would have been different.

A super professional lady served us at the counter here. It was really fun to watch her turn our Dürüms. They were also really nice, especially because of the herb sauce. Considering that it is a fast food take-away restaurant, the product and, as I said, the cool service are right. Thanks! The menu boards are a bit overwhelming...that's just a small criticism

Born and raised here - and I can say that they have by far the best Döner kebab in Zurich city!

The lamb roll is very delicious with juicy veggies and lovely sauce. Clerks are very friendly and they open on Sundays!

Friendly staff but too expensive for the quality and taste we get. We ordered veggie pide and it was solid rock and tasteless. Only partially edible with the sauces they offer. Tbh, the sauces are really good. But I would dip just bread in it instead of their extremely dry pide.

Spent our last day in zurich here for lunch AND dinner. The food was truly the yummiest and the owners are so sweet and kind. Regret not finding out about this place sooner.

Meat in Dürüm comes from a water bath. So much too watery. But for 10.50 a reasonable amount, for Zurich.

The service was friendly, but my Dürüm had half a plastic fork in it. The reaction was indifferent and there was no compensation. The kebab bread was floury and very white.

The staff were not very friendly. Other than that the good quality was good, and so is the sitting area. Prices were reasonable as well.

I ordered durum. The meat container near the chef had big nice pieces of kebab but in my durum they only put small chicken crumbs. When I complained about it they didn't care.

One of the best fast food restaurants in Niederdorfstrasse. It offers a juicy and tasty kebab, a menu of fries and several other dishes. There are a few tables and a bar inside. Of course, you can also take away food and drinks.

Good little restaurant, friendly and patient staff with my French and English, grilled falafel and good round bread for a reasonable price considering the average price in Switzerland!
