It's always a great experience to visit A3 Shop. Sandra is the best and I'm always happy when she's working! :-) The shop has a very large selection and I especially like the regionality of the products. I really hope the shop stays as it is for many years to come

Don’t be fooled by the small size of the station. The service is fantastic and the salad ingredients are fresh and delicious.

Generally good but I find that strange about the coffee machines

The stop is quite unique. Direct access is granted if you are on the highway towards Chur, but it is a truck stop by its own right not a uniformed place to rest operated by a chain. Nothing special, good average products, good coffee machine....low pricing given the spot. Staff is fast and friendly, clean nice atmosphere as in the old times great view. I stop there even for fun and a coffee.

Half a kilo of mustard in a hot dog, couldn't eat it quietly because of the vacuum cleaner

It is always possible to park in the rest area despite the slope. Selection of food and drinks is good. Service friendly. Today I chose the so-called hit of the year with my partner. (Bratwurst with fries in an onion sauce and salad or soup) Sfr. 9.50. The price is okay but sorry, the bratwurst was an absolute horror. 1. it was "burnt", more black than light and secondly, what I find an absolute mess, it wasn't even remotely warm, let alone hot...... I'm aware that at 12 p.m. everyone wants to eat immediately and move on as quickly as possible want to go. But a sausage should be light in color and hot inside. Because the way the sausage was, I can put it right next to the hob for about 30 minutes and then it will be warm... Since it was quite busy today - I refrained from reporting it. What I also think is a no go, it wasn't asked, is it right or not..... The topic of hospitality is very much in need of catching up on. There are other "highway snack bars" that serve about the same amount at the same time and the food is really hot and looks perfect. As of today, it's only an absolute emergency solution for me if I have to.... Unfortunately, it's a shame...

The chicken (breaded chicken schnitzel) Sanwich that I'm eating here is the worst! The bread is ancient, rock hard and completely dried out. They're too stingy here to add anything else besides the bread that you normally feed the ducks and the schnitzel. It doesn't even have any sauce in it. But it is quite expensive! Absolutely shoddy quality! Shame on you! Never again!

Offer ok, but why does the gentleman at the checkout refuse any eye contact, even when you talk to him? You shouldn't let someone like that loose on customers.

Unfortunately joined the rip-off trend with LPG. It was always a fair gas station but increased from 1.05 to 1.22 within 15 months, for no reason as the gas station in Lachen a few km away did not record an increase in the same period.

Shortly before the Horgen entrance towards Wädenswil - refuel, shop and have a drink. Everything is possible around this gas station...

As far as location it is great.

If you buy three bottles of champagne to drink in a restaurant and the glass is refused. If you have to pay for it (!) it's absolutely awesome. When I'm also yelled at and lectured by the Asian employee, it's even more strange. Me and my colleagues will never go there again.

Bought a donut at 12 p.m., it was rock hard and inedible. A pity.

I was on the way home and still had 120km to go. When my side mirror started to work on its own, I stopped briefly at the nearest exit with a gas station... and lo and behold, helpful staff who, even in a busy shop, found time to hand me adhesive tape for a temporary repair. Thank you again for that!

Dirty gas station that needs to be overhauled at some point. It's never cleaned either. Shop is ok, has a decent selection. There are enough staff, they have little knowledge of the products and they understand almost no German.

Here you can fill up cheaply at Ruedi Rüssel. Payment by card possible, but not contactless.

We waited a long time for Service, and get this, other people walked in sat next to us 10 minutes after we arrived, and they got served first! we were still waiting for our orders to be taken. The people who work there seem nice when you walk in but when it comes to being served they seem lazy and rude. It was full, but there were almost 7 waitresses, i even saw some just sitting around doing nothing. We got into a big argument with the staff and decided never to return to that place. If you decide to go there its your decision, but you just have to expect that you may get bad service. I dont personally suggest going there, if you do then its your choice and oppinion. And also this is my oppinion.

Top location. Shortly from the train, comfortable parking situation. Well-stocked shop, but quite expensive. The staff calls you by name, which not everyone likes.

Great petrol! We decided not to try out the bistro.

The whole thing is stationed at a bit of an angle and unfortunately can only be accessed from the motorway with a lot of forethought. If you come from Lucerne Zug, of course, you drive directly there and, firstly, you will always find a place to put the petrol at the pump and if you don't want that, I think there are enough parking spaces, which can be used on the left for up to two hours the right side is a lot shorter. The whole thing is very well sorted in terms of food and drinks and you really have to look for the chilled drinks first because they are at the back while unchilled drinks are right at the entrance on the left. However, there is only one potential for improvement and that would be that if you put people at the checkout, they should at least be able to speak German and understand you, not only in German but also in Swiss German, please, because we are in German-speaking Switzerland.

Friendly service 🖒🏻 Seating is available both inside and outside. Has enough ashtrays and trash cans. Sometimes there is still trash lying around, but that's more due to the customers than the store itself 🤷🏻 I can highly recommend it for a little break from driving 👌🏻

Like all catering providers at the motorway service stations, the prices are of course steep, but the quality is hardly acceptable for a snack. The cake tastes homemade and the portions of the main courses are quite large. Then you can ignore the price and share a portion.

Hot dog machine doesn't work but there are advertisements for hot dog menu on the tables!
