Great gelateria. The display case looked very inviting. The ice creams were also great. There was a lot of new stuff that we didn't know yet. The ice cream was delicious and the service was very friendly. The price was rather high but I think it is justified. Would love to come back

I had problems with the card when paying at the checkout (I knew there was enough money on it, I had confirmed it again etc. I had reached the card limit!) and asked the branch management whether it could be written down in an emergency. was answered in the negative (the bag was ready at the checkout). would have been ok BUT... then standing there and making myself feel like I was someone homeless or worse (nothing against our destitute fellow human beings!!!) and then cheekily telling me that I wouldn't have to go hungry over Easter anymore a sarcastic tone was the cherry on the cake. Thank you very much for the tears and the panic attack that I had to experience thanks to YOU, dear branch manager. Luckily there are still people who can help you and don't just have greed and coldness in their eyes. I would like to wish YOU, dear branch manager, a happy Easter and may God forgive you for your cold! Best regards Ristic Nikola

Likeable host couple... Always very funny. A smoking room including billiards and darts... Young and older people united together... 👍🏼
