Wir haben einen Bio Zopf gekauft in der Annahme dass der frisch und am morgen hergestellt wurde vor Ort in der eigenen Bäckerei. Nur leider hat sich herausgestellt, dass der Zopf alles andere als Frisch war, die Rinde war brüchig ausgetrocknet und sah so aus wie wenn man Brot tiefgefroren hat und dann aufgebacken hat. Generell ist ja dass nicht verwerflich, wenn es klar offen kommuniziert wird, aber wenn dann noch steht frisch handgemacht auf der Packung, finde ich dass schon Nahe an der Kundentäuschung. Die Rinde war so trocken bröckelig, hart, dass der unmöglich frisch gemacht sein konnte. So hätten wir wohl lieber den Zopf selber gemacht als so einen zu kaufen, war definitiv das Geld nicht Wert. Besonders Schade da wir sonst eigentlich zufrieden waren.
