I had the opportunity to taste their delicious Nidelkuchen, it's a real treat for the taste buds :-) Great welcome, thank you very much!

Nice bakery, good fresh products. The Nidlechueche is really good. The price for the large version (12 pieces) is not really cheap at CHF 56 plus CHF 1 for pre-cutting. Personally, as a pensioner, I will now get the cheaper products elsewhere.

Nidlechueche stop. But that's not all: I had gingerbread made for the employees. The text was exactly as requested, visually beautifully designed and the gingerbread was simply wonderful 😃

The once "famous" Nidlechueche is no longer as good as it used to be. The yeast dough is pale and doughy. A pity!

Everything fine. Friendly staff, I've never bought anything bad. There is enough parking space. Prices are a little higher, but you have to pay a little more for quality. From cakes to bread is a good address.

It's an interesting soft bread-like pie with a yummy caramelized glaze with a hint of citron flavor. The staff are very kind and friendly, so pop in and get a Nidelkuchen to go or dine outside with a coffee.

Came here for some cookies and of course the Nidelkuchen (cream cake). We just had some fantastic Nidelkuchen in Neuchatel a few days ago and wondered how it would compare. Well, we were a bit disappointed. The base was pretty dry and there just wasn't enough cream or cream flavour. It's just a different style than the one in Neuchatel and there's nothing wrong with that. But we just liked the other one much more; creamier, softer, fresher. The cookies were just ok as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful though. Prices fair.

The original Nidlechueche from the Aebersold bakery is, in my opinion, one of the best cakes in Switzerland. It is a real culinary delight for young and old and I can only recommend the cake together with a tour of the beautiful old town of Murten to everyone. I got a Nidlechueche from the Aebersold bakery for my birthday from my husband and it was the best birthday cake I've had so far.🥰

Aebersold nidelkuchen contains palm oil! :-( You endanger the environment and the health of your customers to earn a few cents on each cake? Is this really necessary? I would rather pay a little more for your nidelkuchen than eat oil from the other side of the world while our farmers produce everything you need so you can prepare an even better nidelkuchen! I'm boycotting it (reluctantly) until you use the original recipe again! Best regards.

Beautiful bakery and very good pastry

The best Nidelkuche without a doubt!! We have gone to Murten several times to buy it when we are in Switzerland. We live in Madrid and we always remember that cake. It is spectacular! I wish we could enjoy it here.

One of the absolute best bakeries in Switzerland. As far as I know, I consider the traditional Nidlechueche, which has won multiple awards, to be the best in the region! My personal favorites are the tomato and bacon tart as well as the Mediterranean version. Every time I visit I treat myself to a whole one - on my own! 😁
