Service a little long in the morning, but often the person is alone. And when winter comes there will always be the problem of the sliding door which opens non-stop and makes the tea room, for those seated, refrigerated...

I particularly like Pouly for the fresh fruit/vegetable juice offering.

Generally the service is good and the products are quality. On the other hand, when you ask for our opinion as at present, I do not appreciate being called by my first name at all. You can do this with kids but you should show more respect towards the 90% of your customers who are over 20 years old.

Good evening, I would like to make a few comments about your CARL VOGT store. Some days, between 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m., there is only one person to serve customers and you sometimes have to wait 10 minutes to be served. The tables are not cleared or cleaned. Please see things closely. THANKS.
