Amazing Restaurant in Lugano - Go here if you want to get amazing and authentic Pizzas, Pasta, Wine, Salads and Desserts. Our waiter was very kind and attentive. I will come back and recommend this restaurant to anyone!

I ate in this restaurant for 4 days, the food is excellent, beautiful presentation and welcoming staff. Quality ingredients I recommend this restaurant without hesitation for family or business trips (in my case).

Wonderful place! Delicious food. We ate pizza, starters, soup and burger - all was exceptional. And the atmosphere is so cosy. The waiter who served us, was just so incredibly friendly and easy going. We had a great time. As an additional advantage - they accept Reka card (for those from Switzerland).

the ravioli were good, the service too! the only flaw was the pistachio ice cream which tasted like a refrigerator. anyway I recommend it

Nice decor, very average service, the waiter spills the wine on the table, barely apologizes. My partner takes a vine pizza apart from a few mushrooms, almost nothing on the dough. I had the sea bream, accompanied by julienned vegetables... all vomited up when I arrived at the hotel. The customers seem to like the pizza, good! BUT DO NOT EAT FISH IN THIS RESTAURANT.

11 months on and I'm still dreaming of the risotto I had here. Stumbled on this place looking for a place to have dinner (it was close to 10pm). Staff sat my wife and I and served me the best risotto I ever had, then retreated to the back to watch the World Cup. One of my best memories in Lugano, and if I come back I will definitely have a meal here again.

Poke ordered: Venere rice vintage with avocado ice cream, you get the taste of the last few days' menu for free. A truly extraordinary variety.

I have been coming to this restaurant for years for the quality of the pizza. When I returned recently I ate one of the worst I've ever eaten in Lugano. A marinara with dry, hard and misshapen dough (shouldn't pizza be round?). Not to mention the price which reveals an abyss in the relationship with its quality!!! #disappointed

We went out to dinner that night with no exaggerated expectations and were completely blown away. We once enjoyed burrata with Mediterranean vegetables followed by a seafood risotto, as well as a tuna tartare with sesame followed by linguini with lobster. Accompanied by a great bottle of Prosecco. This was rounded off by very attentive and extremely nice service staff. Since the whole thing was priced very correctly, the only conclusion that remains is a really great evening. Many thanks to everyone who was involved. We can only recommend you.

Excellent pizza, kind and efficient service, very pleasant environment... and this has been the case for decades. If memory serves me correctly, it was at the end of the 80s that I ate pizza here for the first time.

Pre-ordered online as a hotel guest. Confirmation received ready for collection in 25 minutes. When I arrived after 25 minutes and asked about it, the order was only processed. Then it was in the oven for 3 minutes. Accordingly, the egg was raw.

We really liked the spaghetti carbonara.

Rustic restaurant, the food is very good. One star deducted because the beer is way too expensive. Otherwise worth a visit.

We went here during our holiday on the first night and it was perfect. It was so good that we returned for dessert on our final day. The hosts were funny, attentive and charismatic, as you'd suspect in a restaurant like this. The food was delicious, the pasta was cooked to perfection and the pizza was authentic as can be. We also splurged on some tiramisu and the 20 minute dessert (spoiler: it is chocolate heaven with pistachiocream). In comparison to other local establishments, the price is reasonable. And let me tell you, the food is definitely worth the pricetag!! If you are near Lugano, swing by and treat your tastebuds to some *real* Italian food.

We had no reservation on New Years Eve and they managed to find us a quiet table so that our dog could rest without being bothered, very friendly staff and they serve a delicious pizza. I can only recommend this lovely place.

Delivery via divoora with delivery error (one of the orders was missing and instead of bringing it they refunded it, but this way the problem of a mouth to feed remains =P) Apart from the delivery problem, unfortunately the saffron risotto was good but frozen, the pizzas were cold and hard and the worst was the hamburger in which the bread in some places was as hard as stone, so much so that I couldn't cut it with a knife from meat. I can't say we were satisfied.

Typical Italian restaurant! Reasonable prices

How is this possible, an average of 4.2. Had pizza tonight with cold ham, arugula and large cold ball of mozzarella. Should have known better when they offered a piece of croissant with ham and cheese as an appetizer. 😂. I just paid, despite sending it back, because she didn't understand anything at all. Great for children and the many elderly people there. For flavor and extras elsewhere!!

Brilliant pizza, I had a capriciosa and one with San Daniele raw ham and ruccola and with buratta on top. A quality of the ingredients.

Found by chance on the way to Quinto, we were four people, two had pizza and two, including myself, had burgers. The latter were quite good, I would recommend anyone who has the opportunity to try them. Prices in line with the products offered, considering that Switzerland is more expensive than Italy.

Unfortunately a disappointment :( My daughters pizza was barely cooked (cheese not melted and uncooked dough) and the poke bowl was just a joke. Bad on me to order a poke bowl in an Italian restaurant but after a few days in Lugano I didn’t feel like more pizza or pasta. Poke bowl was basically ice cold regular rice some sad veggies and served with ketchup and mustard?! Service was also extremely slow. Will not come back or recommend. (Even though my husband did enjoy his asparagus risotto)

The place is beautiful, I went there as a girl in the 80s and I like to go back. The staff is friendly, prices in the Lugano average. Yesterday, however, my vegetarian dish was not cooked well, the seitan was not good. My husband's pizza however was very good. I advise

Good wood-fired pizzeria, pleasant atmosphere and friendly service. We dined several times in 2019, 2020 and 2021 and it was great every time. I would give it 4 stars, but I would like to compensate for the only 3 star rating, because 3 stars is definitely too low for a positive comment.

Probably the best option for people with allergies or other kinds of food restrictions in Paradiso. They offer both their pizza and pasta with gluten free dough for example and it seems they really care about serving all kinds of customers. The food (gluten free and normal) was very good and the interior decoration is nice and comfy. The restaurant is clean and the outside area looked very nice, although we've never had a chance to eat there, as it was a rainy week. A reservation is recommended, we got a table on one evening by luck.

We were here twice within a week and the service was great both times!!!! Very attentive staff. The food is very good, especially worth mentioning are the two (!) delicious vegan (!) burger variants. We will be back!

Four seasons pizza was ok and had generous topping.

Unfortunately the staff were stressed. You don't seem to be focused. We ordered two pizzas and unfortunately didn't get a real pizza knife. This made our enjoyment difficult. The experience was on the first evening of our stay and left a bad impression. We also didn't get bread and breadsticks like all the other guests. We are dissatisfied with this negative experience............ as hotel guests, we wanted correct service. Pizzas were ok, when you come to the canton of Ticino (Lugano) you expect the pizzas to be of good quality. pizza base was like rubber. This shouldn't happen with a wood stove. We hope that you will take our feedback into consideration. It's more about ensuring that guests leave the restaurant satisfied. Kind regards Mr. Mendez
