The best pizza since childhood, unique location! Sandra is a lovely, attentive waitress, another member of staff was not very hospitable. Tables tend to have to be reserved during peak times.

We ate one evening in the restaurant, on the terrace. The view is very beautiful. However, the quality of the food leaves much to be desired considering the price. It's not bad, but not incredible either, we thought we would eat better and therefore found this restaurant too expensive for the cuisine offered, especially since the service wasn't great either. We don't necessarily recommend this restaurant for eating, but it's not to be avoided either, it's average, it's a "restaurant for tourists".

Stay on 10/8/21. Very nice and courteous service staff. Around lunchtime 1 homemade minestrone and 1 bruscetta, very tasty, portion quite large. In the early afternoon two small pizzas, excellent. In the evening we were looking forward to the wild boar ragut with macaroons. That was very disappointing. It was a mess of minced meat. There was no sign of wild boar. It's a shame, otherwise everything would have been great.

Super Service! Especially the one woman. And the food is also very fine. With a great view of the lake. It's just a shame you can't reserve a table in advance. Always quite crowded in the evening.

Previously regular customers, has lost a lot of professionalism. Customer is king? Not really, unfriendly, spoken slurred and hardly showed any joy to customers. The food has already been cleared away. Served across the table. Risotto was very good though.

Friendly and very professional staff, a big compliment to the Thai corner with the chef Sara who cooks divinely to say the least, it was the best Thai food I have ever tried. A thousand thanks!!!

A little long waiting times but otherwise ok. Cappuccino could be better.

Meanwhile also operating under the name “al Piazza”. A few nuts or chips should actually be included with expensive (apéro) drinks, but it doesn't seem to be common practice on the promenade.

Basically good. There were preserved mushrooms on the Prosciutto e funghi pizza and the base was unevenly rolled out and baked. Too little for the price of 21 CHF. The service was friendly and the pizzas came quickly (not very busy) but generally good.

We would like to thank the hotel for the lovely stay and the attention they treated us with. Maybe we were lucky to be there in a low season, but the moment we entered we got the best possible service

A little gem out of the way in Ascona. No lake view, but beautiful park and gardens, great service and excellent cuisine.

Great children's playground with lots of equipment, barbecue areas, water, toilet and a very beautiful and dreamy forest all around. It also has a small restaurant

An insider tip with a lot of charm, excellent authentic food and great hosts. It is now run by the third generation and offers jazz evenings every week during the season. The service could be a little
