The food was bland, the service rude and the white sauce disappointing.

I can say that it is the best in the region with its hygiene, as well as the taste of the food and their hospitality.

Always so well served, with the boss's smile, no waiting, the boss and the boss coordinate perfectly. Plus the prices are super fair, the portions great and the food delicious 😋. We go there regularly and are always satisfied. Never had the slightest problem. And it is with pleasure that we will return there.

Rude and unpleasant staff! Negative points : - the Kebab staff/manager responds to you in a vulgar and unscrupulous manner. In case of misunderstanding or error in the order; he will not hesitate to put all the blame on you and does not want to admit his wrongdoing. - There is a particular staff who tends to look askance at customers (me) and without saying "Hello/Good evening". The cashier collects your cash, prints the receipt in advance and payment is made directly without even having started to place the order. - Customer poorly received and will never set foot in this restaurant again. - Bland and industrial food. The positive points : nothing, to flee! My advice when entering a place is not to let yourself be intimidated, to respond directly when something is wrong and to know how to say "No" by showing your disagreement with the person.

Execrable Hygiene Uncooked fries and industrial sauce

Worst customer service ever! I never ate there. I wanted a Greek salad with some chicken as the weather was hot and wanted something light but still have some meat. They flat out refused to serve me. I would give zero stars if I could.

Without a doubt the best kebab in town! Very correct portion and quality. Favorite for the chicken/lamb Dürüm. I've been going there for a long time and remain faithful even if it means getting stuck in this city with hellish traffic...

How can this kebab have a rating of 4. A manager who is not at all welcoming, bitter. sandwiches, let's not even talk about disaster, in short, even if you're hungry, I don't recommend this kebab to avoid!

Excellent Kebab, one of the best in the town of Bulle where I have eaten so far. Pleasant service, copious and very inexpensive menu in addition to being frankly delicious!!! (There are more products on site, I did not take a photo of the second panel with the pizzas etc.)

This was amazing! First kebab I've ever had in Switzerland and it was amazing. This was back in 2012 and it is a fond memory. Furthermore, this is also the first time I ever tasted the beer desperado, what a time to be alive. Would recommend to everyone I know travelling to Switzerland. Stay safe in these unprecedented times!

We eat well, friendly staff, great value for money.

A kebab without fresh veggies, bad meat. We were 10 scouts and we were all sick afterwards, and four people vomit due to intoxication. This is unacceptable. They were not preparing the food in from of us which is not normal for a kebab restaurant. I will recommend the company owning the shop to 1) make an hygiene test or 2) close the shop. Best regards

Refuse to put a little Algerian sauce in a kebab under the pretext that it is only for tacos. The manager is not nice. Too bad because the boss is nice. Very average meat, horrible fries.

This establishment went from very honorable (until 2010, roughly speaking) to catastrophic over time (various?) taken over by ever less conscientious restaurateurs. Today, the quality of the main dishes is deplorable: dry and tasteless meat, frozen fries bathed in almost rancid oil, not fresh vegetables, etc. The prices have of course been adapted to current standards so suffice to say that for what we have on the plate, it is three times too much! A poor dining experience, even for a fast food restaurant.

I went there in 2008-2011... it was very good, really good and well done... I went back in 2015 and I was really disappointed unfortunately... meat not well cooked, fries cooked in the oil exceeded and frankly that's not what it used to be... too bad because it was very satisfactory before....
