Food poisoning because of this pizza!👎

25 minutes were given for delivery. It takes an hour. When I called to ask if the order had even arrived, they said “Yes, yes, order arrived ok, no problem” and he simply hung up. This is how you treat customers?! Food arrived and the courier didn't know how to answer the question of why it was taking so long. He didn't see my name on the doorbell. Really??! - Club hamburger was inedible. Meat fried to death and clearly a frozen product. The sauce was bland and watery. A club sandwich or burger usually has iceberg lettuce, fried egg and bacon. None of that was in your burger. - Nuggets were cheap, inedible frozen lumps. - The kebab was the worst thing I've ever seen or tried. It had so little content which made the kebab soggy. There is hardly any meat in it, but it contains more lettuce and onions. Wasn't spicy as ordered. The sauce was gross and tasted sour (like it had been sitting in a bucket for days, which I'm sure is the case for you). Not rolled nicely and well, which is why everything fell out when I lifted it for the first time. Are you serious?! To deliver such poor quality at such prices and to be so unfriendly. Using frozen products to save money and then making them even worse is a disgrace. It's an insult to the palate and to other delivery services that make an effort and are good. Improve yourself, take it seriously or close up shop. Something like that shouldn't exist. Learn the language properly so that communication doesn't fail. And if you don't care about any of that then change the name to Pizzeria Alleschrotto. At least people know what to expect.

I loved the Allegrotto! At all times I was in the mood for completely different things, and there was always, really always something that I needed. It's a shame it's now closed. The pizza, above all, was absolutely amazing here.

Don't order anything, they're scammers, the worst place ever, you order something and no one answers and nothing comes. Hope you go broke, you whistles

It's unbelievable how you as a customer are treated there. I order 1 pizza and a few soft drinks directly via the Allegrotto Pizza Kurier Zurich website. Received the order confirmation and delivery time by email. Hours passed and no order arrived at my home. Even though we both live in 8002 Zurich. With a delivery car it would only be a 2 minute drive. Once and never again!

Just don't order from these people after me I have ordered again and again About Just Eats knows in the morning the only ones are the There was a phone call. They had enough drivers!! It was again the 5 orders (then you get that code at just eats So that mann24 has to pay sfr less) So I never got that food The code, however, is not more valid than if they had delivered it. Than I then I wanted to call to clarify the misunderstanding. I was blocked rather rudely by a very unfriendly woman who couldn't even speak German and told me to call at 10 a.m....but I work early but the person wasn't interested in that!!!!Swinishness after me like you did once said one of their best customers was....... The award for the unfriendly, most bored and rude employee goes to Allegrotto. I ordered 2 pizzas. They never even asked for the address and hung up. Accordingly, nothing arrived. I have never experienced anything like this in Zurich. Please close the shop!

We payed 12 Fr. instead of 10 Fr. for the Student Menu. The seller scammed us and told us a lie wich an other employee told us was a Lie. The Pizza was very small and they got everything wrong. Very bad service and scammers. I Very Bad

Worst pizza I ever had. I was in the store and thought I'd try it since it was late evening. The shop had a really bad smell. And the Pizza Margherita I got (almost no tomato) tasted like vomit. I literally had to stop after 1 1/2 slices since it was so disgusting. I honestly don't understand how to make such a bad pizza.

absolute rubbish service…. you wait 2 hours... The app shows that it will be delivered in 12 minutes... I called and tried to put me off saying that they would deliver it straight away after waiting for 2 hours..,... a mess... whoever orders something from this service is their own fault...

CATASTROPHIC!!! I ordered a cordon bleu and samosa, and after about 2 hours a schnitzel and spring rolls arrived! During the subsequent phone call, a gentleman at the restaurant told me that they were unfortunately so busy and had therefore given the delivery person the wrong food. But they wouldn't send me the right food, but instead a 20 Fr. voucher, which neither covers the cost of the incorrectly delivered food nor does it fill me up after 2 hours of waiting........! I can't recommend this dirty shop at all!!!!

The staff is very slow and doesn't know what's on offer or the prices. The food on average isn't tasty. I had kebab and I wouldn't order it again.

omg I will never order anything there again, bad service, it was supposed to come at 11:30..after discussions with the woman who works there she said; it will arrive at 3:30 p.m....the goods were not delivered! We waited for 5 hours only for this rude woman to tell us they weren't coming!!!

Really bad experience - don’t recommend anybody to order their pizza there. Originally ordered 10 Pizzas through Smood, order never went through to Allegrotto, so called them directly to reorder. They delivered Pizzas and insisted to get paid again. Ended up paying twice, they never ever refunded despite countless calls and the promise “yes we’ll refund”. Seems their way of doing things - do NOT get in touch with these guys.

Worst experience I've ever had. I ordered via uber Eats and the following delivery time was shown: 7:45 p.m. - 8:05 p.m. I called at 8:20 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. to ask about food and was treated badly by an unfriendly employee. When the food finally arrived, the fries were missing and the burger came with cheese even though we pointed out in CAPS that we didn't want cheese. And of course the food was cold. Never again!

Very bad service. After more than two hours of waiting, the food is still not there. A woman who doesn't speak German answers the phone and lies to you. Never experienced such bad service.

Not even worth one star! We received confirmation that it would be delivered in 20 minutes. After waiting for an hour we had to call to ask where our food was... the man who answered didn't understand anything and just hung up while I was still talking! 2 minutes later the supplier called me back and said he would be in 10 minutes because it was 30 minutes... the hardest part of the whole thing is yet to come... We ordered fried noodles and rice with chicken and a dessert. Bill 75chf!! Dessert was forgotten instead we were given a Redbull for the delay (at 11.30pm during the week) when we unpacked the bags we couldn't believe our eyes Seriously Betty bossi finished products were delivered to us warmed up! We “just” ordered drinks on Uber Eats. Time stated 12.15. 12.30 asked. The lady who barely spoke German said it was Sunday and we just had to be patient. 100 years of delivery service. Unfortunately this is the second time. That's why we'll definitely never order from this restaurant again

Don't order pizzas there! We were put off for OVER TWO HOURS, only to be told that no one would deliver anymore. We called several times and were always told the courier would be there in 10 minutes. By now it was so late that there wasn't even an alternative left. When we asked why the change was happening, the phone was hung up on us. Just cheeky and bottom drawer.

The food was delivered cold. It wasn't our order. It wasn't edible. The delivery man was probably on drugs, but he was nice. There is 1 star only because of the supplier. Otherwise there wouldn't be one. As a surprise afterwards there was vomiting and diarrhea.

I often order pizzas from them and can attest that delivery actually takes forever. The couriers themselves are friendly. The food usually arrived warm and tasted good. Because you can't track the delivery, you often tend to ask the restaurant. Unfortunately, you are lied to on the phone by a woman who barely speaks German, saying that the food will be there in 3-4 minutes. Not 3 - 4 minutes, more like 3 - 4 hours

Pizza is good, but anything Else is terrible, delivery is over 1 hour late every time, when you call they tell you « its on the way » without asking who is calling, so they have clue, and there is nothing you can do about. Theres plenty of other great places, just avoid this one

Took them over 1.5h, the order was completely wrong, when asked about it, they just went "oh we didn't have that anymore". Just substituting stuff as they feel fit and not telling you about it. And of course, no compensation in anyway. Not even a sorry. They were even laughing about it and having an attitude (over the phone and the delivery woman as well). It's just a robbery at this point.

Order arrived 1 hour later and sloppily because the wrong address had been entered. Then new people were constantly brought on the phone and the problem could only be resolved after several phone calls and 30 minutes. Then something was missing from the order for 9.- and they didn't want to refund me the money. I have to call Uber and have them send me the money. They were also very rude here and tried to make it my fault. All in all, me and my colleagues will not be ordering from here again. I can and must even advise against it. In addition to everything, the food unfortunately tasted of aromatics and flavor enhancers. 0/5 stars

14fr- for burger with fries, so I wasn't expecting much, but my expectations were still far exceeded. Burger absolutely not edible, I don't know how you can make frozen meat any worse than it already is

We weren't even told that the delivery was late. Afterwards they apparently came over and sounded off, which isn't true. Now they refuse to pay the amount back! Very unreliable

The store doesn't exactly make the best visual impression, but I thought that didn't have to say anything about the quality of the food. Wrong thought... I had already eaten kebab from various places in CH and the rest of the world, but that was the greasyst kebab I've ever had... Hours later the receipt for it came in the toilet > Diarrhea. Never set foot in that store again 👎🏻 I have no idea what happened to the shop in the meantime (change of owner and/or chef?), because in September 2019 I got a really fine and good quality Gordon bleu from there.

I don't recommend it, food was late 3 times I ordered and the guy was rather unfriendly upon me telling him that I was already waiting more than 1hr. (It did then arrive after 1.5hr, each time) It's 9 minutes away by car, so I am not impressed and won't be giving a fourth chance, pity though, kottu roti is great.

Pizza was good, although a bit salty. I wanted to pay by card but when he got there, his card device was empty so it had no battery left. I had to wait an additional hour to finally pay.

I ordered 4 pizzas and after 2 hours they still weren't there. When we got the number from the supplier we called him. He said it would take another 2 hours because there were a lot of orders. Conclusion: the food never arrived because the delivery person was insulting on the phone and had a big face. I hope your store closes as soon as possible. After checking other reviews, I'm very happy that the food was never bad.

I've eaten many pizzas, but this was by far the best. Super friendly Giovanni and perfectly baked pizza in the stone oven.

We wanted to try something new and ordered chicken kebab for 19.- which was mini mini and 80.00 just dough and salad. Chicken curry is tasteless and dry. Never again!

23.90CHF through Uber Eats for a Calamari and Pommes Frittes dish that hadn't arrived 2 hours(!!) after the "estimated arrival time" at 5:20 AM, 19/11/2021. I never give bad reviews because I'm of the opinion that if you don't have anything to say then don't say it, but this place is so bad and unprofessional that it forced my hand.

Ordered from Uber Eats - 1 hour 15 minutes and three calls later we had to have the order canceled via customer service. Should have read the reviews before ordering. If you're hungry, it's probably better to order from a trusted pizza courier again. :-)

unbelievably bad. The man on the phone yelled at us and was extremely unfriendly. Pizza wasn't delivered and then they claimed they had brought it. When we complained they wanted a 10 Fr surcharge to bring them. Our pizzas had hair and nails in them and smelled like rotten eggs. It also tasted extremely bad and I had a stomach ache for two days afterwards. I almost vomit thinking about it. This restaurant should be closed.

Second time I write here: I am always amazed by the commitment of Allegrotto's employees. Sometimes the wrong delivery is made. But they come immediately. You can call there around the clock. Just great.

Waited over 2 hours! Unfortunately I couldn't eat anything! The meat on the pizza was black/burnt and was cold. Cardboard box was also full of dirt! Never order from Allegrotto again! When I called that I wanted my money back because I couldn't eat the pizza + a dessert wasn't even delivered, I was told again and again that I had to call later when the boss was there. I did it 5 times and the boss was there then always in the basement and elsewhere. The last employee I spoke to was rude, didn't listen to me and said there was no money back, even though she didn't even deliver all the food to me. Worst pizza in all of Zurich and unfriendly customer service! That you don't change anything with so many bad reviews and that you don't respond to the customer! Disappointing!

Ordered via uber eats: 1.took 2h (and probably longer if I was not calling them 3 times)- no notifiaction from their side for the delay, 2.Wrong Pizza, 3.The pizza was way too fatty

Don't make the same mistake I did and be tempted to order from this delivery service just because all the other delivery services have already closed. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a delivery service. The food came only after 2 hours. Every time I called they said the food was on the way and they were busy. The pizza was eventually delivered but honestly I would have been better served with a dried up old piece of bread. Never again!
