Great food, had our Christmas party there. Unfortunately it was very, very crowded and very loud. All in all it was nice.

Unfortunately, the group event went wrong! Food came way too late, tasted good, but unfortunately it was heavy (banquet menu) and we all had to go back to work. Pity.

DANGER! Don't get too excited about the fonue, we had reserved a table for two (it was also confirmed) but unfortunately only we knew about the reservation. When we arrived the rotation started and they put an emergency table right at the entrance with 2 folding chairs. If someone came into the restaurant, they would almost stumble into our table, and there was something like a cloakroom on the post. Right above the table. It didn't help that they wanted to offer us an aperitif. Sorry, but you can't offer something like that, so we left the fondue alone and moved on. That same evening I wrote a factual opinion and criticism by email, but unfortunately no response was found necessary. Well, it's a shame... but then you realize what you're worth as a guest! So we will forget the Alphüttli and have bad memories without ever having eaten there! Luckily there were other open restaurants in Chur that evening that really appreciated how they treated guests. (and still within sight of the Alphüttli)

It was truly a culinary delight last Saturday evening... from start to finish. We tasted everything from raclette to cheese fondue and fondue chinoise - an all-round delight. The service was very friendly, competent and prompt. It was a successful evening and our family from Canada was able to experience a wonderful insight into traditional Swiss cuisine. Many thanks to Alphütta Chur.

Table too small, bad service, bad organization, overpriced, too loud. Boss wasn't willing to come to the table and talk about the situation. The food, which is good in itself, is no longer of any use...

We were very disappointed, wouldn't recommend it and won't be coming back. The table was far too small for fondue chinoise. The service staff didn't know where to put the side dishes. Too many people, too few staff. Service staff couldn't keep up, you could really feel sorry for them! That's why we had to wait a long time for the food to be replenished. Price/performance doesn't match. It's a shame, because we really liked it two years ago!

Ate outside due to the situation. Very rudimentary and not comfortable at all. The wobbly table was almost the least of the problems. Wooden floor, more radiant heaters, adding a wall on the side against the radio studio, everything that could have been done with little effort. Fondue only came out lukewarm (bad burner), a shame, it would have been good. Service was good. You could almost feel sorry for having to work under such conditions. For the price, you should definitely invest more here or leave it alone.

Sorry, but what's out there is terrible. No fires or coziness. Tangled cables from the too weak and too few electric heaters! Fondue that is cold after 5 minutes! The only thing that is top (far too high) are the prices! Feels like there is no effort to offer anything.
