Alpina Hütte in St. Moritz

Great food and great atmosphere. Service from Rodrigo was excellent, also his recommendations were top class. Apfelstrudel is the best in St. Moritz.

Destination reached on foot with difficulty but it was worth it. Beautiful view, fast service and average prices. The raclette cheese is very good. They offer blankets to keep warm.

Probabaly the most popular restaurant on that side of the slopes. Always packed so reservations are highly recommended especially in winter. There used to be a bit louder music but not anymore. Wonderful view on the mountains and slopes. For such a place the service lacks every year, though. They could be more friendly. But again that is an issue for the entire Switzerland service sector.

They have both a bar and a sit down area which both sell (different) food. The bar offers some seating, good music and drinks and the restaurant area offers sone wider variety of food. Make sure you pre-book if you want to eat at peak time in the restaurant area

Good food, nice staff. Unfortunately the portions are a bit small. For example, I would like a little more Rösti with the Engadin sausage. The prices are expensive, but not to be expected and not much more expensive than other mountain huts in the ski area.

Price performance is absolute disgrace, inhumane prices for salt-free finished products and small portions, if you want meat you pay a lot more. Service is extremely arrogant, walks around indoors with sunglasses and is generally just terrible. The argument that everything has to be brought to the mountain is a lazy excuse! Other restaurants also do it better. It's a shame that the local guests are increasingly being scared away by this and they only want international guests.

The restaurant is nice, unfortunately the prices are so high that you lose your appetite. So 4 salads and 4 drinks (without alcohol) for 105.00 is an announcement! This place is way overpriced for what you get in terms of quality and quantity. I payed 17.5 CHF for a take-away pulled turky baguette. I got the sandwich in a very small basic hot-dog bread (no real baguette), without any additives such as tomatos or salad. I could choose between mayo and catchup. That's it. The pulled turky was not very tasty neither. I do not recomend this place. There are much better places in the ski ressort! Also the staff was very unfriendly and some of them did not wear their masks.
