I've already celebrated my birthday dinner here twice and had fine dinners delivered to my home several times. We recommend.

During the pandemic we once ordered a Cordon Bleu from Krone and were thrilled. So now try out the restaurant. The building in the center of Stäfa is historic and impressive. The restaurant is actually in the basement (with a window) of the house. The beautiful vaulted ceilings bear witness to this. 4* for the ambience because it was a bit very bright. We had a small table for two against the wall and the restaurant was well attended. Attentive reception and friendly service. We ordered a Cordon Bleu again, which is available in different variations. The nut salad as a starter was crunchy with a very tasty sauce. The CB comes in a rectangular plate with lots of French fries and some vegetables. Could be something the other way around, but it was all very good and definitely too much. Doggybag was even recommended to us. A not too heavy, open Pinot Noir from Dreistand went well and was also right because we rushed into a police checkpoint after dinner (everything was ok). The very attentive service employee offered us a limoncello and an espresso. Next time I'll leave out the limoncello... All in all a lovely evening. Thanks.
