Excellent food, especially the starters (tartar and pancake soup), very courteous and friendly service, and a beautiful location.

The Alte Mühle has very nice, large rooms and you can choose where you want to eat. Several rooms inside and also outside on the terrace. The people in service are very friendly and accommodating. The menu is beautifully done and, in addition to tried-and-tested dishes, there are always surprising things on offer. The Alte Mühle is even a good place for seminars. The costs for the premises with service and catering are very good. Finally something is going on again in the Old Mill in Langenthal.

Fantastic food! Not only does it look good, it also tastes excellent. The map is not too big, which makes the selection easier. Innovative and creative ideas flowed into the menu.

I've been eating at this restaurant almost every day since Feb. 21 and I can only recommend it. And the staff is also very, very friendly to the guests. Thank you very much

Excellent service as well as the food. We spontaneously went to dinner there last night with my best friend and left there really happy and satisfied after a few hours. Very nice and courteous service staff. The meal was excellent. From the amuse-bouche (great and delicious surprise) to the dessert/espresso, everything was really, really good. The chef at the Alte Mühle knows very well that the eye eats as well, because everything was beautifully prepared. The menu is small but we found that to be a plus. It is also pleasant that the dishes are described in Bernese German and are named accordingly. I can only recommend this.
