I love the bread selection and new varieties again. The sales counter is a land of milk and honey and unfortunately a nightmare for my hips. There is always a lot of fresh selection and sometimes it makes the decision a little difficult. Friendly service and quick hands round off the service.

I was there yesterday around 7:00 p.m. with my friend and we were quite disappointed... I ordered a “Huus chocolate with cream” and was looking forward to a delicious hot chocolate. My friend ordered a matcha latte. My hot chocolate tastes like milk with cocoa powder...completely bitter and not at all tasty. With the packet of sugar I got, it was somewhat drinkable. The matcha latte was okay. Unfortunately I won't be coming anymore.

I would like to file a complaint. On Wednesday I was at the Langenthal branch and ordered a birthday cake for my son for Saturday, October 28th, 2023. The clerk filled out the relevant form and told me to pick up the cake on Saturday at 1 p.m. Today at 1 p.m. I went to pick up the cake. There was no cake, the employee was rude and arrogant towards me, she told me she didn't know anything and didn't give me a solution. This is unacceptable, my son was left without a birthday cake. This is very poor service and they still talk badly to the customers and I'm the loser. I demand an apology from you and hope that you will take action with the employee at the Langenthal branch.

I'm not picky when it comes to some things... But when it comes to coffee, I am. And the coffee here is really, really good! He's really great.

How happy I was to enjoy a croissant and coffee with my son on the sunny terrace! As soon as we sat down, the staff sent us away saying they needed the chairs for a group. Uhh sorry, that doesn't work at all. I won't go there anymore.

The Langenthaler Stadt Café is known for its fine sourdough bread. Wonderfully tasteful, baked according to the old bakery tradition. The café has around 20 seats and invites you to linger. Friendly staff! Parking spaces are available nearby. I would be happy to give a recommendation. Thanks!

Very nice service and delicious sandwich

A Valais toast with ham costs 13.-. I ordered one without ham meat. After paying and studying the receipt I realized that they had overcharged me; 15.80! (two thin slices of white bread and some cheese). When I confronted the manager with the price on the menu, she said that they also have take-away prices... a toast to take away... When I then mentioned that there wasn't even ham on the toast, she reduced the price at 2 o'clock.-. I received no response to an email to the office. Ergo: incredibly bad service and bad food! And the toilet (cleanliness and ambience) is about the same as the whole cafe! I would never go to this cafe or any branch of this chain again!
