I bought a Victory Gunner (Occasion) at a fair price. James was always happy to take the time to clarify any questions and ambiguities. The motorcycle (even though it is classified as used) feels like a new motorcycle. No scratches, well maintained and offers the classic/original American bike feeling. It's definitely worth stopping by for a coffee, as you'll have many interesting conversations with James & Co. Always great atmosphere! Keep it up!

Very beautiful Indian. Plus cheap, cool machines like brixton and motron. Purchasing my Morton went really well and was ready for pickup quicker than expected, which of course makes me happy. From a culinary point of view, the bratwurst is recommended, from a great butcher, above average. Also the bread roll, great. Although the burger had a great bun, the rest wasn't to my liking straight away, I would probably have had to ask for more or different sauce, which is possible.

Today I actually wanted to look at a Roadmaster and get an offer with a trade-in. I came in, went to the motorcycle and the employee from the cafe ran to me and my son. Don't touch it, don't sit on it, don't do anything. Look at the vehicle or outside (there was no Roadmaster). This one is NEW. So that was really... Then we got out immediately and then we drove away, even if we wanted to have lunch. A pity. Otherwise we had very good experiences. That's why 3 stars. Otherwise it would be 1.

Found my dream bike (Triumph Thunderbird) at American Bikes last week. Very friendly, competent and also humorous handling of the “business”. The showroom and coffee bar convey a very cool biker lifestyle. Only recommended!

The seller did not respond to my concerns and ignored my wishes and tried to sell me a motorcycle that did not meet my expectations at all.

Rip off. Never again. I bought a new battery for my motorcycle in July from a very friendly employee. Unfortunately, the motorcycle stopped starting after less than four months and had to be towed to the workshop. Conclusion: Battery dead. In addition to changing the battery again, I had minor repair work and a service done. Other than excuses, no comments about the new broken battery! Was there last time.

Reviews about a store's customer service are often not very meaningful - if everything goes well and the service, selection and quality are somewhat okay, you can simply give it 5 stars. It gets exciting when everything doesn't go smoothly! I had such an experience. I bought a second-hand Indian in the spring that was "biting around" so that I had to take the machine to the workshop in Bütschwil several times (leakage current; the battery was discharged after a few days and the machine could not be started). . The error could not be found. My trust in the machine was at zero. James, the owner, suggested to me that the Indian be completely checked one last time in the workshop. If the failures continued, he would take the machine back at the original price that I had paid, even though I had driven around 2000 km. American Bikes has shown great effort and sought solutions throughout all of the meetings and phone calls. For example, I received a replacement vehicle free of charge, a new exhaust system was installed, and I had no costs. It was obviously very embarrassing for James and his team that the whole thing dragged on so long and required several attempts. What I want to say: You only see whether "customer service" is just in the mission statement or is actually practiced when something doesn't go as it should. At American Bikes, “customer service” is not just an empty phrase, it is something we live by - thank you very much! By the way: The Indian is now running like clockwork :-)

Never buy a voucher that is dated far too recently, even though vouchers don't legally expire, you get absolutely nothing after 2 years! That's how you can get rich in a village and 3 weeks of vacation in the high season!

Went there today with my wife. First we ate two delicious burgers in the bistro. Then we took a look at the occasions and veterans in the basement, examined the new models upstairs and, to top it off, received all-round professional clothing advice from Claudia. Result: Bought 2 summer motorcycle jackets including protectors plus a new kidney belt. Anyone who values ​​professional, motivated advice in the future should stay away from “I saw it online for 20 euros cheaper.” Everything is there: colors, selection, sizes, models. This is how a specialist shop should be! The fact that I have to wait another 2 months for my two-wheeled baby due to delivery deadlines is secondary. James and his team simply do everything right. It is not for nothing that American Bikes also received the “Dealer of the Year” award for 2018. That's why the maximum number of stars is justified.
