Dear Cucina, we have known each other for almost 30 years. The restaurant at Milchbuck was new to me and I was not disappointed. The food was wonderful cucina quality and the staff was very friendly as always. Everything was fine, thank you very much.

Cannelloni like something out of a picture book: La cucina della/alla nonna makes greetings and Zurich hearts beat faster. A good alternative to the numerous Bindella restaurants!

Very friendly service: professional and polite. The pizzas were oval and excellent. The atmosphere with the red walls was super cozy. Finally there was a limoncello on the house. Gladly again! 5 Stars!

For the starter, bruschetta, that's exactly how it should be, for the main course, pizza with risen prawns and spinach, absolutely delicious and original, rounded off by a dessert, panna cotta with wild berries, simply perfect. The service was super friendly and accommodating despite being busy and a really great atmosphere, happy to welcome you at any time, thank you.

Very tasty and staff very friendly

We ordered a 6 course dinner. None of them tasted good. Bu burrata with tomatoes - the tomatoes were green and sour, the lasagna was very greasy, the chicken risotto smelled bad and had a sour taste, the Bolognese pasta was very ordinary, like cheap street food.

This is the first time in my life I’ve received an oval pizza. Two of them, to be exact, as it was an UberEats deal. The oval shape just doesn’t work. There’s way too much crust compared to inside matter. Coincidentally, you know which shape has the highest surface to circumference ratio? You guessed that right, AN EFFING DISK!!!

Have been a guest there twice so far. Both times they fulfilled my extra wishes - very hospitable! Although I always order the same dish because it is my favorite dish, when I visit I also see that exquisite delicacies are served on other plates! The chef and the pizzaiolo are great and the service is top! The atmosphere inside and outside is very cozy, almost romantic. The Cucina Milchbuck is absolutely recommended. I like to come here again and again!

There are many good pizzerias with delicious pizzas, but the Pizzeria Cucina (so far only been to this one at Milchbuck) is SENSATIONAL!! Great, professional service, delicious pizzas (not boring round like everywhere) great served on wooden boards! Absolutely emo-missable! Invite my mother there for her birthday next week!

Carbonara was average and Pizza 🍕 (Margarita) was good! The location seems to be nice and child friendly. The waiters had a bit of pushiness

Good restaurant. As an Italian I can say everything is delicious.

We had food delivered for 90.-. Unfortunately a real disaster. The penne and lasagna were packaged half-finished (delivered cold). The bruschettes were soft and mushy despite the 5 minute drive. And who dares to enjoy dessert after this experience? A tiramisu like this for CHF 9.50? Everyone should form their own opinion...

Worst service ever! I wanted a Gorgonzola pizza and got a Calabrese twice. I struggled through them because I was hungry.

I ordered a Gorgonzola pizza. I then got a pizza with olives which I sent back. Then a pizza with salami arrived and I didn't let it go back because I didn't even notice that it had salami on it at first. I was also hungry and wanted to eat. I had also ordered a non-alcoholic beer, but wanted to know what he could offer me then he came with an open non-alcoholic beer from the Feldschlösschen. I actually thought he would first ask me if I wanted it. I took that because it was already open. At the end there was a Calabrese pizza on the bill. That made sense then. Conclusion, the salami was too much for me, the taste of the olives was too much for me and I would have liked to have had my Gorgonzola pizza if you had ordered it. The waiter always acted like he didn't understand me and said everything was fine. I am very dissatisfied with the service. At the end he gave me a two franc discount and I thought that was the amount. Until the end he said it was fine and acted as if he didn't understand me. Worst service ever!

Nice and good service, great atmosphere! The food was a bit bland but okay.

Good overall atmosphere. The kitchen is a lot worse than its Amici predecessor. The Mediterranean spices are missing. The fish of the day is a simple slice of salmon seasoned relatively blandly. The rice lacks the Italian touch. I hope that the pizza and pasta are better.

We made a lunch reservation for 6 people last Friday - we are a company near the restaurant. We weren't welcomed at all and found our table in the garden ourselves... At some point we were given a menu, we weren't asked for drinks. Then we could actually order and had to wait 45 minutes (over lunch!!!) for our pizzas. I received my menu salad much later than my pizza, who wants a salad after pizza? It was neither cleared away nor were we asked if anyone else would like a coffee? We paid individually and no one rounded up a single franc, that's due to the service. We unanimously noticed one thing at the table: once and NEVER again - it's a shame...

Had to spend 2.5 hours on 6 pizzas and 3 pastas despite a reservation. Kelner is completely overwhelmed. Only recommended if you have a lot to show.

We have been to other Cucina Restaurant locations a few times. But the service here was really underground!!! Nothing was coordinated and they definitely weren't working quickly - even the nice and funny sayings in between didn't improve anything. We waited an extremely long time every time we wanted to order something and the waiting time for the food was almost 40 minutes! We have now been waiting for the invoice for 35 minutes, even though we have asked for it several times. But creating the invoice also seems complicated here. Regarding the food, I have to say it was okay, but the quality was far from that of the other locations. Our Scallopine al limone had more of a white wine instead of a lemon sauce, a joke with this dish! The seasoning was bland and unfortunately not lemony at all. Update: After 45 minutes of waiting, the bill finally came, but it didn't have any details. We were too stupid to discuss it to get the detailed bill, we paid and left - definitely once and never again. It's a shame because the location itself would be really great.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Cucina restaurant at the Guggach stop and my experience was overall positive. The service was very friendly and attentive, and I felt welcome and well looked after as a guest. The food at Cucina was generally delicious, but unfortunately my pizza was a bit cold. Nevertheless, you could still see the fresh ingredients and the attention to detail in the preparation. The portions were generous, so I left the restaurant with a satisfied stomach. All in all, I had a pleasant evening in the Cucina restaurant at the Guggach stop. The nice service, pleasant atmosphere and cleanliness of the toilets contributed to a positive experience. A small criticism was the somewhat worn menu, which could perhaps do with an update or renewal. I'm looking forward to possibly trying other dishes on my next visit and hope that the temperature of the food will be optimal.

Spaghetti Carbornara for 25chf, but you only get extremely little for it. By far the worst price-performance ratio. Extremely little and totally dry with a fingertip of parmesan on top. Bad joke, once and never again. Absolutely not recommended.

You are welcome here and you can tell that right from the start. Food very tasty, whether pasta or pizza. Simply delicious. The starters were super fresh and of high quality. A fair price/performance ratio. Nice, assorted wine list.

Finally the restaurant with the beautiful garden is once again being hosted by people who want to make money from gastronomy. Very friendly service and great food. We'll definitely come back here!

It was our first time at the new Cucina Milchbuck. Beautiful location, especially the cozy garden in the middle of ZH, and very fine food. The service staff is very friendly and attentive!

Rarely have I had such an incredible experience in Zurich. Top top service, the people are totally friendly, humorous and nice (not the sister of stupid, but really accommodating) The food is fantastic, I have no idea how they managed the rare beef fillet to be so tender and the risotto... a culinary delight . Please leave room for dessert, you have to do that. Now I wish you an enjoyable evening at Amici Zurich

Pretty good food, super fresh seafood, great care given to preparation and details. Slightly too Italian welcoming: yelling at the doors at us that no english was understood (another person came with a more hospitable approach). Suggestion: keep the Italians in the kitchen so guests don't get embarassed.

Fantastic Italian food: The pizza is made with high quality ingredients and for me it is the best pizza in Zurich and at the same time easy to digest. The restaurant lives Italian culture. The owner Luigi and his team embody the typical Italian flair. You immediately feel like you've been transported to Italy. And dear mom is still cooking in the kitchen. A sign of really good and tasty food.

Love the food and the warm service

Reservations made online, we are told on site that they are full. I have confirmation of the reservation. The boss seemed to know the problem with TripAdvisor. Our New Year's Eve meal was great.

Bad service, we had to wait forever and when the other guests' food arrived, our food was cold, never again!!!!

Ordered a Diavolo pizza on site. I can't rate the service because it was a take-away order - but the staff looked friendly and greeted us with a smile. The pizza tasted okay. We expected more for a pizza that cost 28 euros (the price is on the higher side for the location, ambience, etc.). It consisted mostly of onions and pepperoni and only had a little spicy salami on it. Unfortunately we would not recommend the Amici restaurant.

The food was really good - delicious Italian pizzas. However, the service left a lot to be desired and was almost rude. Unfortunately, the quality of the food is not enough to compensate for the lack of customer friendliness, which is why you will definitely never find us in this restaurant again. A pity.

The food is really very tasty and the price-performance ratio is quite ok. Unfortunately, the only complaint was the service. 1 waiter who feels like he runs the whole place by himself. He really tried hard but simply because of the number of guests he had no chance of fulfilling their wishes. It's a shame and I hope things improve by the next visit!

We recently found ourselves there to eat 6 pizzas, we liked the place. The waiter was kind (he even took a photo of us) the food was tasty, even though we had made a lot of noise we were not scolded by the manager or the other customers. ..I recommend the place to all readers!

Very atmospheric and cozy place to eat your lunch and dinner. It is located under beautiful, spreading platanus tree, what already gives an authentic Mediterranean accent. The service is professional and polite, giving the best experience to the customer. The food is just amazing. I had ordered spaghetti with mussels and I have to admit that all the ingredients were fresh, excellent quality and delicious! And the wine... You have to simply try it! I will be back there for sure!

Terrible customer experience at this restaurant! I went in to order two pizzas. The waiter who took my order was extremely rude and made me feel unwelcome the entire time. He was clearly already upset when I walked in. When I then asked one of his colleagues if I could pay immediately, the original waiter got even more upset and sent me out of the restaurant without any pizzas. He said I should go to one of the other pizzerias on Schaffhauserstrasse - I would recommend everyone to do the same! - Reservation by telephone was difficult - Menu selection a bit poor - Quality middle class - Price is clearly too high (no pizza under 20.-) - Side dish for toddler drowned in butter and charged for 16.- - Wine was forgotten despite ordering CONCLUSION: we are upset and it was the last time we were there!

Celebrated mother’s birthday (90) 14 adults 2 children, waiter completely overwhelmed, poor German knowledge Very long waiting times e.g. T. over 70 minutes Despite the cancellation because I'm no longer hungry. Risotto was inedible, but was still charged. When we complained that 15 main courses had been charged, the boss had already left. We're supposed to come next week. The worst thing we have ever experienced. NEVER AGAIN

Ex-pizza world champion?! Well… the pizza was very average. Not bad, but there is still a lot of room for improvement.

Service was unfortunately very poor, after 15 minutes we still hadn't been served even though there were no guests in the restaurant. Instead of a wine menu, a dessert menu is served. The Amici had a chance twice, unfortunately never again.

Great pizza at Luigi's, compliments!

Requests for changes were rejected because the chef was busy, even though we were basically the only ones in the restaurant. Pizza tasted like it had been frozen and warmed up. Service extremely unfriendly. A pity!

Nice authentic Italian kitchen. They offer all their guests a small drink as an aperitif as well as limoncello after the meal, which is a lovely touch! Highly recommend their pizzas as well as their cordon bleus.

Pizzeria with a beautiful garden and pleasant service staff. Unfortunately the pizzas were watery and tasteless. A pity.

The service was terrible, they couldn't remember who ordered what and even they made a mistake they didn't care. You had to wait long until food came, only to realize it wasn't Wirth the waiting.The salads were too basic, no effort to make them worth the price. The carpaccio was drawing in olive oil and covered by raw onions to hide the average quality and little quantity. No children menu, nor the suggestion of making a simple pasta for so one would end up paying some 50+ for a child dinner. It is restaurants like this one that makes Zurich inhabitants quit going out in the city and rather enjoy their restaurant experience in neighboring countries where you don't end up paying exhaurbitant prices for less than average plain food.

Ristorante con prodotti caseari e cordialità professionale della terra nostrana !!! Perfetto per amanti della cucina italiana.

I ordered two pizzas over the phone which we wanted to pick up on site. When we arrived we were not served at first and after several reports we were acknowledged. The employees were not wearing their masks correctly. The order was forgotten and we had to wait a moment. The pizzas arrived very quickly, unfortunately very watery and not exactly tasty as we discovered. When we were handed the pizzas we asked 3 employees if they could cut them, we were ignored. It's a shame because it used to be a great restaurant.

Bruschetta were different than in our previous orders, and not in a good way. It's really much better to use fresh basil instead of oregano, with oregano Bruschetta were bitter. Also, it should contain much less olive oil: I could literally squeeze it from the bread.

So beautiful is this place, i immediately come after a friend's recommendation, and were not disappointed, our lunch was amazing, very delicious, especially the coffee, it was like a cream, as matter of fact i never drink like it, thanks alot to louigi who welcoming us. We will definitely come back again. I highly recommend Amici for anyone looks for a nice food and coffee.

Wir waren mit 4 Personen im wunderschönen ristorante Amici, wir werden immer begrüsst von der Servicegruppe. Wir haben Risotto Fleisch und Pizza gegessen.. das Fleisch war einzigartig und mit sehr viel liebe zubereitet wie das Risotto und die Pizza wir werden bald wieder kommen

Die pizza hat einen sehr Italienischen flair was ich auch nur aus Italien kenne. Ich empfehle jedem sie mal zu probieren!!

Leider Totale Enttäuschung !!!!!!!wir waren mit unsren 2 Kindern 4j & 8 Monate alt und der kleine war ein wenig laut, wir hatten bereits schon die Vorspeise bestellt, dann kam der Chef und meinte er soll sofort aufhören das sei nicht normal und gestikulierte mit den Händen herum.Das ein kleines Kind rumschreit das kann vorkommen und auch das es jmd. stört. In diesem Fall hat es aber nur den Besitzer gestört und die Art wie er es gesagt hat, war absolut unfreundlich.Wir sind natürlich auch sofort aufgestanden und sind gegangen.Das ist nicht in Ordnung und wir finden es sehr schade das solch ein Umgang dort herrscht.

Mein Favorit ist Pizza Diavolo! :-) Ich gehe fast wöchentlich ins Ristorante Amici und fühle mich einfach wohl. Ich kann das Restaurant sehr Empfehlen!

Cozze spettacolari e servizio eccellente

Essen war ok, nicht schlecht aber auch nicht sonderlich heruausragend. Die Pizza mir persönlich zu knusprig aber das ist Geschmackssache. Für Zürich auch preislich im Rahmen wobei mal als Deutscher hier echt vom Glauben abfällt, aber das ist hier in ZH ja überall so. Fazit: Kann man machen. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, das ist hervorzuheben.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung, fühlt sich wie in Italien. Geschäftsinhaber Luigi begrüsste uns freundlich und persönlichen am Tisch und fragte nach unseren Wünschen. Essen ausgezeichnet fein. Meine Tochter will nur noch die Pizza von Luigi! Die Orecchiette mit Cime di Rapa, einfach köstlich!Wir werden baldmöglichst wieder nach Zürich ins Ristorante D'Amici Essen gehen. Sono stato più volte al ristorante Amici, assaggiando varie cose e oggettivamente sapori così fuori dall‘ Italia sono molto molto rari da trovare! Ottimo lavoro da parte di Luigi e del suo team! Un VERO ristorante italiano.Ingredienti di alta qualità, pizza da maestro leggera e molto gradevole ,pasta fatta in casa „per davvero“. Struttura molto accogliente e pulita.Personale sorridente e disponibile.Altamente consigliato!!!

Leider gab es einen Besitzerwechsel. Das neue Personal ist unaufmerksam, lange Wartezeiten obwohl nur halb voll. Von Corona haben sie noch nichts gehört. Sie setzen Leute wie gehabt zueinander. Keine Distanz, nichts. Katastrophe.

Hervorragend. Ich besuche viele Restaurants in Zürich und Umgebung, aber so eine Spitzen Qualität wie im Amici Restaurant, gibt es selten. Pasta ist wirklich hausgemacht, die Gerichte sind fantastisch und schmackhaft. Die Pizza ist so gut, das mit den besten Pizzerias in Napoli standhalten kann. Großes Kompliment.Service ist auch Top. Sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Es wird nach kurzer Zeit nachdem die Speise serviert wurde gefragt ob alles ok ist: das schätze ich als professionell. Danke. Wir kommen wieder!
