The Dürum Plätzli (layered meat) was very tasty and filling. + Layer and minced meat skewer for the same price + Three different sauces to choose from + Is juicy even without sauce + Nice staff + Comfortably furnished - None of the sauces really harmonized with the rest

We waited at least 1 hour and were forgotten for 2 kebabs and we weren't asked what we wanted in them, but the kebab was delicious.

Clean kebab restaurant with authentic, Turkish-style seating area, fast and very polite service! Enjoyed very good Falafel Dürüm! Recommended!

Kebab is really good and the staff is extremely nice and accommodating. The atmosphere is very nice and cozy for a kebab shop. I can really only recommend it.

Disappointing visit on January 20, 2024 I had a rather disappointing experience in your kebab shop last Saturday, January 20th, 2024. Although we ordered in advance, the kebab was not yet prepared when we arrived and we had to place our order again. What was particularly annoying was that the Mega Dürum for 16CHF that I ordered was far too small and was more like the size of a normal Dürum. Even the normal Dürum for 11 or 12CHF was far too small and seemed more suitable for a toddler. It is also frustrating to experience that, despite clear instructions, unwanted ingredients end up in the kebab. Communication seems to be difficult at times and it would be desirable for customer requests to be better addressed. However, I must emphasize that the taste of the kebab is appealing. Unfortunately, I find the prices to be too high, especially considering the size of the portions served. I hope you can consider these comments to improve the quality of service. Best regards

Good quality, fast kitchen, wide choices in meals and drinks, always clean, delivery service, available until late, very friendly guys👌 If the smalltown traffic isn't bothering you can sit on the terrace (with blankets in the winter).

Unfortunately not enough, the prices are too high for the quality. The kebab in the flatbread is small and has very little meat in it. Not good in taste. Plus point: Sauces are on the table and you can help yourself. The owner is very friendly, the restaurant is attractive, but unfortunately it doesn't make the kebab any better. Conclusion: not recommended

We go to Flims every now and then and we visit this snack bar every time. Very good quality at fair prices. We will definitely come here again on our next visit to Flims.

Doner meat was cold and bread was absolutely not served or warmed - a huge disappointment for me. Quality used to be better, today it was really nothing.

We were there on our ski vacation in February. 1. Long Open 2. Top service, we even got rice with the kebab plate, every request was catered for, you don't need to go out for a fancy meal. 3. Great price. Thank you that you exist. See you next time.

An excellent restaurant and takeaway. We got recommended this place by the concierge at my hotel. It was one of the few places open after 9pm (in summer) in the area. They do deliver but upon seeing the photos of the place we decided to drive there to eat in. Excellent choice - the staff are friendly and helpful in our selection of foods. The kebab itself was really good. One of the better places I've eaten kebab. The place is exceptionally clean. Staff are constantly disinfecting the surfaces, doors, tables, counters and displays. Food in Switzerland is pricey. This was good value and delicious. I will be returning inshaAllah.

It wasn't bad, but unfortunately the food didn't arrive at the table as ordered. It's a bit outrageous that all drinks - large or small - cost 5 francs. The drinks cost half the price of the menu. 20 francs for one person with a normal kebab and drink is too expensive for a snack shop.

Afferists! I ordered gin, and they brought me grappa instead of gin. And they asked me to pay as for gin. I do not advise you to go there.

Stopped by for dinner in November during the off-season because this was one of the few places in Flims that was open and what a pleasant surprise. Fantastic kebabs and really good pizza plus friendly and attentive service. This place is worth a stop anytime.

For many years we have been coming to eat kebabs in films 🥘 To date we have received very friendly and nice service. The salad is crispy, fresh, the fries 🍟 hot and crispy and the meat juicy. There are four different sauces available and you can make your own quantity at the table. The portions are big enough😊 Every now and then 👍🏼🙋🏼‍♀️

Ordered via eat.ch. Pizza was delicious and delivery was quick and very friendly. However, there is a 1 star deduction for the chocolate mousse: it is extremely small for 9 francs (!). If you ordered locally and saw the mini dessert, no one would pay that price... It was nice, but still not worth the price.

Meat was bad and after a short time you got severe stomach pains, not recommended

Update: Still amazing Love this place! "Haci" makes a delicious Kebab. The best part is that you get the sauces separately so you can choose his much you want to put in.

The atmosphere is pleasant, the service is excellent and the food is always delicious. I've never had any inconvenience. I would like to emphasize that Haci always cares about his customers and runs his business with love. That's what really makes it special. 😊🌯💕

Cheapest kebab meat and unmotivated staff.

We had dinner here on Thursday. It's nicely decorated inside. The staff is very friendly, you are greeted immediately and everyone at the table is really nice and friendly. I actually wanted to give 2 stars, the reason is that I ordered a mega kebab and was expecting a “mega kebab” (bigger than the normal one). But a “normal” one came with just a handful more kebab meat. You can hardly eat it and only the meat without salad etc. doesn't taste that great. Generally it was almost all meat and bread. The meat was simply cold and dry. BUT the boss also went around from table to table and asked if it tasted good and if everything was good. I think if I had said something here, he would have responded well. Therefore 3 stars. My wife's kebab plate was optimistically very beautiful and delicious.

Nice place with a good kebab food in whole Flims area. They have chicken and beef meat on the menu. We had classy dürum and it was big enough with plenty of meat+veg responding the price. If there'll be a chance I'll defo pop in again.

Good teller kebab, right portion. Maybe a little expensive but it's not the typical kebab that you take and eat away... you can sit down like in a restaurant.

Bad with worker, today I ordered Megadürüm with everything and hamburger to take away, he did that, but it has no onions, no napkin and Dürüm bread was very soft and cold

Overall we are disappointed. Although friendly and punctual, yesterday instead of a green salad a mixed one was delivered and today instead of arugula pizza with fresh tomatoes a cheaper Margherita pizza was delivered. How can something like this happen unintentionally? Was our last order.

Very friendly staff and ideal for quick hunger

As a restaurant snack critic, I thought this snack was pretty good! My only criticisms of this snack bar are as follows: The cheese burger was a little burnt and gave me a stomach ache! The kebab box was pretty tasty, I wouldn't cook the meat for that long, the rest was good! There was a smell of shoe soles in the snack bar!

Very friendly staff and delicious food. We had falafel in a wrap and they prepared a special falafel box for my daughter, with fries. In addition, we ordered two margarita pizzas. Ingredients were fresh and tasty. Unfortunately, due to coronavirus, we weren't able to eat in the kebab restaurant and had a takeaway. The restaurant looks really roomy and well set up. Recommended!

Sehr leckere Gerichte, alles frisch. Besonders empfehlenswert: Poulet Box und Lahmacun. Auch die Pizzen sind ausgesprochen lecker.

Essen war kalt und überhaupt nicht fein!! Der Kebabman fragte nicht einmal was wir in den Döner, etc. wollten. Geht dort nicht essen!

Wir haben 90min vor unserem Gewünschten Zeitpunkt bestellt und die Lieferung erfolgte 15min später als der gewünschte Zeitpunkt, das ist völlig in Ordnung, danke, 2 der 3 bestellten Pizzas hingegen leider waren weder das was wir bestellt hatten, noch gut, die waren einfach ungeniessbar. Die Padrone wurde scheinbar mangels Rind einfach in Schinken geändert und Knoblauch war auch keiner vorhanden, zu allem hin war der Koch richtig frisch verliebt, das war nicht nur salzig sondern richtig versalzen. Die Schinken Pilz Pizza hatte keine Pilze darauf und der Schinken schmeckte heftig nach Schwein. Das war einfach ungeniessbar, nachher ist uns der Appetit nach essen vergangen. Unsere Tochter hatte die Kebab Pizza und ihr hat die geschmeckt. Bilder zu den Pizzen seht ihr unten ... erstere soll Padrone mit Schinken anstelle Rindfleisch sein, 2tere Prosciutto&fungi. Schade aber war wohl einziger Lieferservice am Dienstagabend 2. Februar 2021. Sorry die 2* gibts nur für die Lieferung und eine von 3 Pizzen.

Leider nur ca. 20% Fleisch, dafür aber ca. 80% Salat ....

Wir mussten 1h 45min auf unser essen warten... Uns wurden jedoch auf der eat App 59min angegeben! Ausserdem hat einer von uns eine Pizza Caprese bestellt, Sie kam ohne Basilikum und die Tomaten waren alles andere als frisch. Für 19 CHF ist das schon ziemlich schäbig

Habe gerade bestellt. Sehr Schlechtes Essen. Im Kebab waren keine Saucen, die Pommes teilweise gefroren und matschig, DönerPizza wiederum keine Sauce dabei und sehr wenig Fleisch, Fettig und ebenfalls ungeniessbar. Dieser Laden nutzt die tolle Umgebung total aus! Hoffentlich macht die WeisseArena bald etwas dagegen! Wucherpreise!

We visited in December, so only take away was allowed. Sanitizer was available & masks were worn inside by us & all workers. We would appreciate if employees wear gloves for hygiene. +ve Tasty doner & durum. Friendly staff. Strategic location.

Bester Kebab weit und breit. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet wenn man dort Essen möchte (Sitzplätze an Tischen und an der Bar drinnen und An Tischen und Stühlen draussen). Liefert auch nach Hause. Vom klassischem Kebab und Dürüm gibt es auch Gerichte wie Pizza oder Pommes mit Chicken Nuggets sowie Hamburger und vieles mehr. Super freundlicher und zuvorkommender Chef der seinen Job lebt.

Guter Dürüm, leider jedoch viel zu klein und zu teuer. 4.- für eine Dose Cola ist einfach zu viel.
