When 80% of the slopes are closed because of bad weather,you can get a small discount on the ski pass. But if you bought it on internet, you get nothing ! Be careful, the sales policy is unfair !

Beautiful ski area, beautiful views and there is a ski bus between the two parking lots in Andermatt, which is included in the ski ticket (unfortunately not that easy to find out). However, customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Responds to constructive criticism of the website with an automatic response, but you don't receive a response within the specified 24 hours. When I wrote again after 3 weeks, I received rather unfriendly feedback.

Piazza GottardoWe were able to celebrate a birthday with over 30 people. The rest was reserved for us, which of course we thought was great. From the first moment everything was right. The kitchen and service were all ready for a warm welcome. The great food and recommended wine were very much appreciated. It was a really nice day. Many thanks to everyone, we can only recommend you and we will definitely come back.
