For my experience itself, the restaurant is nice and the staff and the owner is very friendly. for the information of those rewievers here who had some rude comments, these restaurant has been renovated and change which means it was not anymore an American diner as what you have been expected. The real owner didn't remove that American diner signage outside which makes the people confused.

Wow, what does my decrepit eye see, a diner, I have to go there. From the outside it looks like the USA. Inside, well, it doesn't keep what it promises from the outside. The map...what does that have to do with a diner???? Since you could already see on the menu that the food was only frozen, I refrained from ordering anything and just drank a coffee. The toilets themselves are clean, but apparently a new toilet seat was so expensive that you have to continue using the old one without fastening it and so you have to make sporty movements when it says so in order not to slip off the toilet with it. Hui on the outside, yuck on the inside, save your money and move on.

Great shop from the outside, we go there for dinner. What disappointment inside. Ambience completely inappropriate, nothing American diners and the menu....look at it for yourself, I don't think I have to say anything more about that, right? Thumbs down. Sorry.

Ladies and Gentlemen. I am happy to share my experience of this place. I was eating there with a colleague when we wanted to order our food and the complications began. My colleague ordered a Somersby, which was also on the drinks menu. The waitress asked him with or without alcohol, but since Somersby is an alcoholic drink he said with alcohol. The waitress came back and brought him a non-alcoholic beer from Feldschlösschen. Then she pointed out that this was a non-alcoholic beer and that she wanted a Somersby, so he gave her another try but without success because the waitress came back with a bar this time. Mistakes even happened when eating, but I won't go into that now. In short: The staff don't know the difference between a normal beer and a Somersby even though it's on the drinks menu. The staff (waitress) was unfriendly and unprofessional, they should listen to the customers better. With this review I don't want to harm this restaurant but rather help it improve. However, I won't be going there in the near future.

Well-located diner, quiet, not right for everyone, but recommended if you don't have high expectations.
