Andy's Place GmbH in Erlinsbach (SO)

Unfortunately we weren't noticed as customers and sat at the table completely lost for 30 minutes. It was impossible to place an order when we wanted to go to the Schmitte next door, our long-awaited drinks arrived. Clearing the table took forever. Forgot the tray, etc. Forgot the order, etc.; It was probably just me. I would have liked to try the excellent dishes but I had no nerves anymore, sorry Ciao.

What's wrong? I was in the restaurant

The restaurant is originally decorated and very cozy. We all enjoyed the food very much. Our little dog was also allowed to come in and get water. The price is absolutely right. 35 francs on average per person for lunch with mineral water and coffee. We'll definitely be back!

This Friday I was in the area on business and looking for a restaurant for a quick lunch. I came across this “place” by chance. :) As soon as I walked in, I liked it here straight away. The ambience is simply fantastic! The menu and finally the food rounded off the experience. The service was also very courteous. All in all just great! I'll definitely come back!

Would be treated very badly. The regulars were being served and I waited over 15 minutes and no server came. I got up and went to the waitress with information. Not recommendable

The staff was terrible and my food was first forgotten and then there was only a burger for 12 euros which was small and didn't taste good at all. When we wanted to pay the staff was very bad, they charged one person and when one person said something they freaked out.

Andy's Place in Erlinsbach A good address for Mexican Food and Bueger. My girlfriend and I eat there regularly and have always been very happy with the food and the service. We are also very fascinated by the original ambience. Andy's Place is always a pleasure.

I actually love Andy's Place. Brilliantly decorated and absolutely delicious food. However, it has happened to me twice now that I ordered gluten-free and ended up with the normal burger... That's more than annoying because in the end I didn't have any of the delicious food... I was apologized for. However, it brings one that very little... So you have to point this out when ordering and ask again before you bite into the burger... otherwise you'll have a disaster... it's just a shame, because I'm generally happy that there are alternatives and you don't just have to eat salad if you're intolerance . So all in all a great restaurant in American style with a rock'n'roll feeling. However, ordering the gluten-free dishes hasn't worked yet... at least in my case. Depending on how intolerant you are, you really have to be on your guard.

The food was always superbly prepared and I think the price is absolutely right. The restaurant is decorated very cool. The staff works hard and is friendly, the store runs very well, so sometimes you have to wait a bit. The spare ribs with honey marinade are absolutely amazing!

Great location with several rooms as well as a bar and outdoor terrace. Very friendly service and a large selection of food (American and Mexican style) and beers. Good quality of the food. Particularly recommended: Dessert Monkey Shake (banana frappe with donut). Definitely worth a visit! 👍

Unfortunately, the portions are getting smaller and smaller. Today I wasn't full for the first time. The burger patty was almost 8 cm in diameter and there was a small pile of fries next to it. At the same time, extremely tight seating and almost an hour of waiting time, while the prices continue to rise with each new menu version. It's a shame, it's not like it used to be. It used to be better...

Very large selection of burgers, hot dogs and much more. You can put together your own burger. The castles are always TOP. I've been there a few times and have never been disappointed. Small minus point; The tables are very small, but this is offset by the huge portions at very good prices. Highly recommended for groups.

Food is generally delicious. Unfortunately, what you ordered often doesn't arrive. The prices are getting higher and higher and do not match the service. We have been disappointed several times. I also think it's a shame that the vegan burger patty costs 2.- more than the meat patty... All other customization requests immediately cost an extra charge, for example if you order so-called Texas Fries instead of French Fries on a menu, I think it costs extra somewhat unsympathetic. So all in all: The food is fine, but the service is too low for the price.

Takeaway order: 2 takeaway cheeseburgers, one with extra bacon, one with a vegan beyond patty. Correctly repeated by staff on the phone, ready for collection at 8:30 p.m. On site at 8:30 p.m., order not yet ready, okay, so I asked the staff again whether the order had arrived correctly (because it was a bit very complicated...), which was confirmed. Order ready at 8:46 p.m. Two normal cheeseburgers were given. Complained, and after another 10 minutes a cheeseburger with a vegan patty with extra bacon and a cheeseburger with a very soggy patty arrived. Well, over the last five years the prices have risen as much as my satisfaction has fallen... it's a shame, it really used to be better.

The food is incredibly tasty and really spicy, if the menu says "spicy". The service is fast, friendly and competent, you can't complain about it. Gladly again 😄

The place looks great, it would be nice if the service was the same. Was there today, unfortunately was ignored!! I would throw staff like that out the door. I left the restaurant without ordering, thank you never in this waiting room again. Sorry not like that.

There were now 4 in total. Unfortunately, 3 out of 4 visits were insufficient. Be it from burgers that have been specially modified, e.g. without salad etc. were still served as on the menu. Today we were here again and unfortunately it was the case again, I “just” ordered without salad and there was still salad on it. After informing the staff, the serving lady took the burger back and only removed half of the salad. When the burger came back, it was cold, unfortunately so were the fries and, as mentioned, the salad was also on it. And I find it questionable to charge 100 euros for the whole thing and no response Unfortunately we won't be coming anymore. It exposed us. The staff wasn't the friendliest either.

Food, staff and ambience are simply top

Went there full of excitement at around 2pm on Saturday. Ambience is really great. The serving lady was friendly, but wasn't that attentive. The burger really had a weird minced meat pad in it, which in my opinion wasn't fresh or homemade. I used to buy these frozen at Migros. I imagined it would be much better.

Impudence! We wanted to go out to eat at Andy's Place this evening, but unfortunately after we had to call them over ourselves to order something, the waitress didn't place our order and kept us waiting for over an hour. After this realization, we got up and left. The reason we were told was that it was busy, which we don't see as a reason to place an order. We were offered a voucher, which we politely declined, as it would not have satisfied our growling stomachs. As a side note, we arrived around 8:15pm and left at 9:25pm. Andy's Place, it can be better! ;)

The food was very well prepared and tasted good too. The ambience is very nice and pleasant.

Atmosphere like in a US diner, you feel like you're on vacation here. The selection of drinks is huge and offers something for everyone: unique beers from all over the world, cider, ice teas,... The burgers taste great and there is also a large selection here with always new, original specials. The price-performance ratio is right and the service is friendly. Even after many visits, Andy's Place is always great and we would be happy to come back in the future.

The bread on my Terremotto hot dog was burnt and as if that wasn't enough I found a caterpillar on the hot dog. Just disgusting. I will never eat here either. Last but not least, they only came to me with a drink. Just ridiculous. If you really want to eat well, I would recommend the Burger Republic in Schönenwerd. It's definitely the better choice!

It's a shame, I've really enjoyed being here so far. But the service today was really terrible. Not to mention the long waiting times for food and drinks. This evening we sat often and for a long time in front of empty glasses. When you dare to wave and really politely ask to be allowed to order, the employee informs you in a very unfriendly and, above all, disrespectful way that the staff can't even take a break. Sorry, but that can't be the guest's problem. That's no way to deal with paying customers. You won't see us here anymore.

Unfortunately we waited forever for the food and always had empty glasses. The service was very unfriendly!

We have been to Andy's Place many times and have always been satisfied. However, on the last visit everything was unfriendly and the food wasn't as good as usual. It started with the phone call. We made reservations 2 weeks before the visit outside. When the weather wasn't great on the day of the visit, we called to see if it was possible to move the reservation indoors. The annoyed answer was: “You can check for yourself when you come if there is a free table inside.” After the main course we waited an hour in front of our empty plates. Nobody came, even when we started clapping after an hour. But a table behind us was cleared and a table next to us was served. But no one ever came to us. We didn't feel like dessert anymore, but no one wanted to cash in either. When we went to the counter ourselves after 1 hour and 15 minutes to ask for the bill, two service people wanted to collect one after the other. And this is very unfriendly. It's a shame, we've always enjoyed coming, but we don't want to be treated so unkindly. That was definitely the last time.

Very cool for eating burgers. The Tiki Style atmosphere is unique

We have eaten here for the umpteenth time. I had a burger with a 200g patty, my son had a burger with a 168g patty. I found the meat in my burger to be inferior (cheap meat). My son said his meat was fine. When he was finished, I gave him a taste of mine and he immediately said that this was not good meat. His would have been completely different, much better. When I asked the service staff, they said that other patties were used for the 200 g burgers. When another waitress took the payment, I mentioned the meat issue again. She then says that different meat is used in the 200 g burgers. But there's nothing about it on the map. I think the first statement is true. Which I find very, very sad! The meat that BurgerKing uses is better. I definitely won't go there for burgers anymore, even though it's primarily a burger restaurant. Meat is definitely saved.

Top restaurant in Erlinsbach, a good place for years if you are nearby and hungry. My favorite burger is the Sorry-Ronny, with delicious fries and a salad.

The food was very tasty, but an older lady on the staff was quite unfriendly and spoke in a very cheeky tone, which ruined the mood. I personally think it's a shame.

Had dinner with a group of 13 people in a packed restaurant on a Saturday evening. 1) Service sensational. Always friendly and smiling, despite the huge crowd. Big thank you for that. Waiting times for food tend to be on the upper limit. Drinks always came immediately. Starters (chicken wings/mozzarella/onion rings) were great. Especially the sauces. Beef burger tastes very good. Pork burger on the dry/hard side. Spare ribs very fatty. Fries ok. All sauces are really nice. Price/performance is absolutely right. Huge selection of drinks. Interior equipment top. The number of parking spaces directly at the restaurant is rather limited.

Reservations were easy to make over the phone, and an outside seat was even offered in the restaurant. Service was good. Prices are absolutely okay for the portion sizes. The ambience has hardly changed in the last decade, but is still cozy!

The food was amazing. The ambience was great. The staff were super friendly and spoke English too. The service could have been a bit faster. My kid was super bored and verrry hungry at one point

Andy's Place offers a large selection of different dishes as well as many drinks that you can't find anywhere else in Switzerland. In terms of price, you can't complain. Considering Switzerland, the portions are huge for the price. You won't leave hungry here. Nice service, unfortunately we had to wait a bit until we were asked what we would like to order to eat. Overall I had a good experience and will visit this restaurant again
