The wines were very good, the CHEMIN DE FER 2017 from Luc Massy's magnum with a fine first ripeness. The Bollinger champagne has beautiful bubbles and the finest aromas. Served in the perfect Bollinger glass. As a red wine, we enjoyed the Merlot/Cabernet Franc from Frères Dutruy from Founex. With Bordeaux style and the signature of the winemaker from Switzerland, it goes wonderfully with beef fillet. A recommendation to buy directly from the winemaker. A small downside is the wine calculation; for red wine, factor 4 seems steep to me. In addition, glass culture still has upward potential for wine prices. We enjoyed the 4 course menu.
