Excellent food and, as always, a wonderful atmosphere with warm service in the Anna restaurant

Food was delicious, service was good. Definitely recommend, but I do think that there are better places for the price. There's a couple of tiny things I'd suggest that would have made it better: 1. Would have been good to know in advance that there was only set menu options at the weekend. I'm pregnant so was left with only vegetarian option from the set menu which wouldn't have been my first choice. 2. Took a while to receive a drink/food (other than water) or nibbles - for the level of place, I think it's nice to bring something straight away/be a bit faster with the service. 3. Charging per bottle of water felt a bit much. Other places charge a cost pp but unlimited water.

Everything is right in the Anna restaurant. You get great food and service for the price.

We liked the food very much! Creativity, quality, textures, colours and taste were all top! However the only reason why I would not go again, is that the menu was only available in German. Frankly speaking, we speak 4 languages, among which English and French (the 2nd official language of Switzerland) and we find it very unsettling to not be able to understand what we can order and eat.

Super attentive, not intrusive, very committed service. We opted for the “6-course” option. Every course is a feast for the eyes and the soul. Always a great description of what is served and presented to us. A great, beautiful experience. Price certainly upscale, but justified. If a man/woman likes to appreciate something extraordinary, then highly recommended.

Great experience and delicious food

Excellent meal in an outstanding setting. All our servers did a spectacular job, and highlight chased highlight with regards to the food. We ordered seconds (and thirds and fourths) of the delicious sourdough bread, and could not agree on a favourite amongst the courses (LUMA pork, or the sea bass, or the cavatelli...?). In my opinion, the dessert fell a bit short as I prefer it on the sweeter side - but that would be nitpicking. Recommended without hesitation!

Very professional service! Cozy atmosphere, the food tastes good and is very nicely presented. I would have liked to try the vanilla ice cream with olive oil, but personally I think Fr. 15 is too much for a scoop of ice cream. Lunch: Main course, dessert, water and coffee for almost Fr. 60 per person, only for business people or for a romantic lunch. It's certainly not intended for the people in the neighborhood.

Yesterday we finally went to try "Anna". We had the 6 course surprise menu, normal and vegetarian and every single dish was delicious, creative and being prepared with care. Service was super nice and relaxed and the atmosphere quite cozy, they make you feel part of the family. I have to say i had high expectations and they fulfilled them completely. I have been to Michelin starred restaurants where they served a much less interesting or impressive menu than "Anna" so, I would totally vote for a star🌟. The wine pairing was good but in the end you feel quite full since the dishes are also not small portions. We will probably come back for the summer menu with a cocktail and/or a glass of wine and not the wine pairing. I would like to thank the whole team for the experience.

The product quality is significantly higher than many similarly priced restaurants. What the kitchen makes of it is also of the highest quality. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Very nice service from a young and ambitious team. The food was undoubtedly good, but lacked a bit of flavor intensity or surprises. We weren't completely happy with the surprise menu approach, as the (large) meat course as the main course didn't suit everyone. Here the guest should be able to choose between meat or fish.

We can highly recommend the Anna restaurant! The surprise menu was a lot of fun because of the quality of the dishes but also the choice of ingredients and their preparation. Combined with very attentive service, it was a really nice evening, THANK YOU to the whole Anna team!

Everything is just perfect!!!!! Service was very attentive and extremely friendly, everyone seemed very competent. They also offer a very authentic, attentive and calm service and can therefore also respond to small, special requests. The menu was extremely sophisticated with great attention to detail. Every single course was a great pleasure and perfectly coordinated. The Gambero Rosso were simply a big highlight topped by a magical main course. Portion sizes and everything was just right. The design and atmosphere in the restaurant are also very pleasant, a really successful concept. We'll definitely come back!!!

Almost an insider tip in the middle of a quiet residential area. Anna's team puts a lot of effort into welcoming and serving guests very personally. The menus are carefully made and are a taste experience.

Zucchini salad with goat cheese was very tasty and beautifully presented. Lechkerer Zandar, Tagliata too. Good wine, friendly and competent service. Rather expensive in price.

Absolutely amazing experience! The staff is extremely kind and prepared, possibly the best part of the experience. The food is stunning too, and the location is modern and chic. It's not a cheap place, but quality has a price! :) My girlfriend and I took the 4-courses + wine menu. The food was plenty, and we loved the accompanying wines. Final bill with coffee and grappa was 400CHF.

I have rarely eaten as finely as I did in Anna's. Very finely balanced flavors, creative combinations without being over the top. The charming service and the atmospheric ambience made the visit perfect! The restaurant is an asset to the neighborhood!

The food and service at Anna were delightful. There was only one other table of Americans the night we went so we felt like we had found a little local neighborhood gem. Our servers described the dishes in great detail to us and provided great hospitality. We took the 4-course menu and we’re very impressed. From the amuse-bouche to the yellowtail to the porc and pasta dishes, each dish was just as delicious as the last. My favorite part was the after-dessert dessert. They brought out a collection of three little treats and the best one was the little lemon donut cake with cream. Also the wine pairing was phenomenal. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit!

Well i guess my review is only adding to an almost unbeatable rating of 4.9 with over 700 reviews and if you go there you can see why. The food is divine and the hosts are all having hospitality in their DNA. Especially the owners are super friendly. Everything at this place just works and makes sense. One of THE top places in Zurich and it is always a highlight to come back. The chef with his roots in Calabria just pairs flavours perfectly and the presentation is elegant but not pretentious. The atmosphere is warm, calm and very professional and everybody working in service seems to really like working there and the guests can feel this. Bravo to the whole team and it is always a pleasure to come back. Also also a big thanks to Stefano, the head chef and Maria, the host. A presto.
