The Blume Restaurant is a place where you can enjoy excellent food. The dishes I ate the two times I was here were prepared with high quality and fresh ingredients. Every bite thrilled me. The location of the restaurant is very good and can be easily reached by tram. Unfortunately, parking spaces are somewhat rare. But it's still worth looking for a parking space in the surrounding area or taking the tram. The restaurant is personally run by the owner, which I think is great. You can just feel that your work comes from your heart. The restaurant is small, but that only adds to its coziness. However, reservations are recommended to ensure you get a seat at this popular eatery. Keep it up! You are awesome! I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Price $$$ but the food: Wow. I have eaten a lot of good meat in my life, but I have never eaten such a juicy and well-seasoned large piece of meat. For me, this prepared meat is one of my top 5. But not only the meat, also the spread on the first course and the pasta with truffles on the second course were mega. The truffles were grated onto the pasta in front of my eyes, something I've never experienced before (I rarely if ever eat in a restaurant like this). The dessert (cream slices) were also good. What a great dinner it was and what a bombastic start with freshly grated horseradish to the Scottish smoked salmon. The bomb continues to ignite with homemade noodles that taste so fresh when served, like flour and eggs are simply amazing. The tender and pink entrecôte cut into slices and served with alumettes simply leaves me breathless. I'm really not a fan of cream slices but this one is just the right size and sweetness! I like the Caramelköpfli to be a little firmer. The flower is rightly one of the top ten in Zurich.
