We were there 6 years ago and it was much better then than this year. We rented 2 rooms over Christmas but we were only allowed to spend 1 hour in the sauna even though we were 2 families. I didn't think that was right and the woman was very unsympathetic towards us. We will never come back. On top of that, our room on the 3rd floor stank of cat feces...very bad, only the staff were welcoming.

Amazing views and incredible service from the staff. Such an amazing place for families with multiple play areas, great warm pool and food options. Lovely family-run feel about the place.

We do not recommend this in the low season. The photos of the pool do not meet expectations and the children's room is also old and was unloving for us. The hotel is very old (there are keys hanging everywhere for the lift, but you shouldn't use them) and unfortunately also very hard of hearing - with small children it was incomprehensible to us how this could be rated so well. The owners are trying very hard, unfortunately it's not enough for such a high price, but not in this deserted location.

We stayed at Muchetta with our dogs for the last two nights to escape the fireworks on August 1st. The peace and quiet was heavenly, no noise, if you're looking for peace and quiet, Davos Wiesen is the right place for you. We can highly recommend the circular route around Lake Davos. Just beautiful. The smaller Schwarzsee is also worth a walk. Our Superior apartment was very comfortable and functionally furnished. I would have liked to take the bed, especially the pillow, with me :) We were able to enjoy dinner in the room, which we really appreciated. The dinner was very tasty. The breakfast buffet was rich, the baked goods were fresh and some were still warm. The hostess and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. Amazing place with stunning views, Amanda and the hungarian girls were wonderful, they could not do enough for us. Silvia, the owner was always present and was constantly sharing details of activities to do, which are plenty, she was so nice all the time and handled all our concerns or questions immediately with the best attitude you could ask for, we did feel special. The pool was perfect, the water is really warm and inside is warm too, exactly what our 3 year old would need, along with the play areas and the toys available. She learned how to bicycle during our stay🥳All 5 days we stayed there we had plenty to do and see, but also rested a lot and had the most amazing walks in the area. The breakfast was a little flat, not that much of a choice, after a few days it was boring, but dinner was different every evening, tastfull and we always had lots of courses and freshly made juices. Cakes are also home made and we just could not have enough of all that good food😅 All in all we had a great stay. We will be back soon hopefully.

I stayed at the hotel a while ago. It has a good size and the rooms are somewhat old and quiet. There is no disturbance. The hotel manager is cheerful and helpful.
