It's a disgrace that a bakery uses stick eggs for the canapes. Despite the promise that it would no longer happen and that fresh eggs would be used, the promise was not kept. Thank you, Ms. Koller.

Apparently they don't need it. No customer service. Ordered: coffee to go & egg summit. Cost Fr. 8.- Unfortunately I didn't have any cash with me and wanted to pay by card. The store only accepts cards starting at CHF 10. No exception! Succinct and arrogant answer from the saleswoman: “You have to inform yourself beforehand.” I pay every day with a credit card (contactless, faster than with cash). There have never been any problems. This even works without any problems at the Böhli bakery. At the Koller bakery they were simply inflexible and unfriendly to customers. The saleswoman didn't even know what Contactless, Twint and Apple Pay were. It was also not possible to return the items because the coffee was already in the cup. The solution was: The price was increased from CHF 8 to 10 and I was allowed to pay. I've never experienced anything like that.

Very friendly saleswoman. Not a big selection by German standards, but regional. I ate a Schlozifladen, highly recommended. You can sit outdoors or in the café.

Great baker! The ladies in sales are always friendly and accommodating, the products are simply 🔨 and he remains my favorite baker! If I could give more stars I would!

Good bakery with coffee and lunch options

I've never been there myself, but when I order something over the phone I only hear friendly voices. My husband is very excited.
