Addendum: what a cheeky answer. In plain English, the baker doesn't care what damage he causes. But that's the answer to what you can expect from a bad bakery. But anyone who needs to sell industrially processed products in their bakery has never really learned to bake! Absolutely sad that industrially processed products are sold in an “Appenzeller” bakery! ? Yesterday you thought you'd get me some nice Biberli, that's why I was so disappointed. Endless chemistry, seriously? how chunt am uf sona idea? I was very disappointed and angry when I paid attention to the ingredients. Now I have to dispose of all the beavers. There are no e-substances or artificial preservatives in our family. You simply don't deserve the "Appenzellerbeck".

I was there today and wanted to order a cup. Unfortunately only has industrial ice cream. A pity

Very fine selection of baked goods and patisserie. Nougat cake highly recommended. Bakery with cozy café with a view of the Säntis. There are also good lunch menus and sandwiches.

Sunday braid in the Berit Clinic I was able to visit my favorite surgery clinic once again (14 times). I consistently avoided carbohydrates during my stay. But on Sunday I couldn't resist the braid and ordered 3 unforgettable slices. I founded the first bread bar chain in Eastern Switzerland over 30 years ago and have already sold and tasted hundreds of thousands of bread specialties. My sister and my mother are also among my plait baking favorites. But what I experienced last weekend tops everything since the first attempts to bite with my milk teeth. In my entire life I have never eaten such an airy, tasty, cross-baked braid. A trip to the Koller bakery is now on the monthly agenda. Compliments!!!! Very big compliment! Jvo All of Rheineck

Although we are newcomers to Teufen, we can only recommend the Koller bakery👌Sensational wedding cake and patisserie made for us on October 8th, 21!! The appetizer with the fine sandwiches was also excellent and was very well received by the guests💥!! My daughter ordered a small cake from you and was asked whether she wanted it cut or not. Unfortunately, it was not mentioned that this was a payable additional service. The whole thing doesn't seem to be particularly customer-friendly; even cheaper pizzas are cut for free upon request. The cake was very good.

I have been a guest in this cozy restaurant for coffee and lunch three days in a row. It is comfortably furnished and the friendly staff is courteous and warm. The lunch menu is varied and very tasty. Everything perfect. Thank you very much for that
