Good rest in a nice and clean place.

Beautiful seaside resort with shallow water entry, also for younger children. Small game and climbing area available, large meadow for sports, volleyball, etc. Restaurant and kiosk. SUPs can be rented easily on site using a mobile phone app. There is also a pumping station for SUPs. Clean toilet and shower area.

Good and nice bathroom with a bar and restaurant. Camping and kiosk. Lots of parking spaces. We recommend!

Cozy, cheap entry, expensive parking ticket on weekends

Quite crowded and noisy on a warm Sunday. Arrangement of picnic tables directly at the lake entrance, which is more annoying than useful when swimming. The water at Lake Hallwil is wonderfully refreshing and there are plenty of parking spaces available.

Great... clear and not overcrowded

Great opportunity to camp/camp at the lake or spend the day. Beautiful beach with easy entry into the water, you can rent SUP's or play volleyball, jump from the diving board or play table tennis. Food in the restaurant was ok, kiosk very practical for small meals and other essentials, beach bar for drinks, clean sanitary facilities with enough space, lockers with integrated charging options for cell phones etc., very nice staff. The only disadvantage: rather overcrowded and the beach is therefore a bit small.

Cozy swimming pool with campsite. Has everything that is needed. Kiosk, restaurant, playground, volleyball court, campsite with accommodation for groups. The bathroom is also suitable for smaller children. For the older ones there is a platform with diving boards and a raft. Points are deducted for the many SUPs - a real nuisance, but which is even encouraged with a pumping station.

Stopped here for camping on a Bikepacking tour. If you look for a family friendly place with lots of kids playing around then this is a great choice with good facilities and decent prices. If you look for a quiet & relaxing camping experience I would recommend to look somewhere else. Tents are placed quite close next to each other and after 10pm there is a security strolling around and asking people to be quiet

I was completely impressed by the Tennwil workers’ lido! The idyllic lake, surrounded by picturesque nature, creates a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. The spacious lawn offers enough space to relax and sunbathe. The clear water of the lake invites you to swim and splash around and provides a refreshing cool down on hot summer days. The facility is very well maintained and clean, ensuring a pleasant stay. The friendly and courteous staff ensure a warm atmosphere and are always available to help if you have any questions. A special highlight are the various activities on offer, such as water sports or the beach volleyball courts. The Tennwil workers' beach also has a lot to offer in terms of cuisine. Pretty crowded in the afternoon when the weather is good, you can hardly get a seat

Very nice place to stay and cool off on warm days. Unfortunately a bit small and overcrowded. There are also few parking spaces available for boat owners. All in all quite OK.

The lido is beautifully located. The self-service restaurant has room for improvement. 3 out of 4 meals we ordered came wrong (after a long queue) and we had to complain. The fries were bland. But the salad tasted good.

⚠️ Rip-off parking lot has become massively more expensive! I won't park there anymore and avoid Badi. This has nothing to do with Bützer prices anymore. Shame on you

Please put the volleyball court back on instead of the beach bar where there is no one anyway. There is so much light where the ball is in debie's hands and walls during volleyball games. Sust Restaurant and Badi Top.

Nice place and child friendly. Unfortunately there was a loud private dance-party taking longer than midnight.

Nice bathroom for overnight stays too, but the farmer who offers the field above for parking wants to get rich with power 7 Stutz for parking and those who show them are also misogynistic that's an absolute NO-GO my wife will avoid the bathroom and find something else seek.

Large space with a jetty. Worth every franc.

The place is great. Lots of green meadow and direct access to the lake. Everything is well organized and everything is clean at 8:00 in the morning. Also great for children, great playground. Volleyball, table tennis, tennis are all there. There were 2 things that bothered me and I would have liked to have known that beforehand: Quiet time is at 10 p.m. It's the same in other places, but there you can still have a normal conversation and laugh sometimes. Here it is very strict to ensure that the night's rest is maintained (apparently because the surrounding neighbors complain) and you actually have no choice but to go into the tent and sleep. A security guard walks around and asks the guests to be quiet. So at 10 p.m. there is dead silence on the square. Except the loud music around the campsite. Doesn't make any sense to me. That may be true for some people, but it isn't true for me. The second point is that it is really full and the campsite is right on the meadow where the lido is. I would have liked this to be better separated. Otherwise I can only say that we had a really great weekend and have come to terms with my criticisms. We also talked to other guests about it and they have been there several times. So otherwise it really has to be right. So if the strict "lights out, close the doors" doesn't bother you at night and has no problem living on the same lawn as the bathers spend their day. Go for it and have a fantastic time. You can really have them here.

The warehouse walls are very thin, so you can hear everything. Even if you whisper, the night's sleep cannot be maintained. There is also a lack of sockets. One socket per room (for 8 people) is very little. The heating probably doesn't work. However, the location is good.

Nice beach resort! What stands out is that all age groups feel at home here, a peaceful coexistence of sports and water enthusiasts, and a great children's playground. The wooden deck and the tables by the grill are also popular and occupied from morning to night. Good offer in the restaurant and in the kiosk!

Camping with a nice view. Restaurant is mediocre. There was not enough space between tents. Very little shade in tent area. It has a big barbecue so that anyone can use from the camping site for free. You can rent paddles and kano’s. It has nice benches under the trees by the lake that you can eat your dinner with a view.

The bathroom is great, unfortunately the SUP rental is completely different. Opening hours according to the website and call until 7:00 p.m., but nothing was rented to us at 5:30 p.m. "because it's almost closing time."

I've never eaten such greasy fish crispy before. I still had a lake of oil on my plate when I was done... the chef still needs to practice that.

I was only there for a visit...I personally don't like swimming pools, whether lake or indoor pool or sea...it was all so unsympathetic...but as a layperson you have to be fair for those who like to camp and swim for a whole vacation there definitely a good thing...I don't like all of that...but as a layman I still give it 3 stars...that's not my world

Sunbathing areas were overcrowded as tents from the adjacent campsite were also set up here. Otherwise everything was very clean and nice.

Previously a great campsite and a relaxed beach resort. Completely overcrowded and expensive for several years. Ok during the week, avoid on the weekend.

A wonderful place. Entrance fees and season subscriptions are very family-friendly in terms of price! The restaurant is good, but the prices are steep. In the schnitzel bread, no slalat, no tomatoes, just a breaded, frozen chicken schnitzel, half a pickle and a small dollop of ketchup and mayo for just under 10.-😱. Sausage cheese salad very small for THE price. On the other hand, the Pinsa's are very good and large for the price! The restaurant prices and the kiosk should also be more family-friendly!

The restaurant now has new management. Unfortunately, not much has changed in terms of opening hours since 2019. We're standing in line behind a few people at the restaurant at 8:50 p.m. We wanted to eat something warm. 8:59 p.m. changed the menu. There was no leeway with the kitchen staff. From now on just not the small card! The people in front of us still got fish nibbles, unfortunately we and another 6 people didn't get any more. I understand that you want to have a break from work. But if you work in a place like this, you have to expect longer working hours. There are enough rainy days in Switzerland. In any case, everyone left the rest without eating. We then went out to eat something in Seengen. Next time we will take the food with us again. A pity! Greetings René

Great place, great food and you feel like you're on vacation.

The bathhouse has a lot of space. Entry costs £6 or £5 in the evening. The parking lot 1.-/h. (Please do not store your parking ticket next to or on your cell phone/wallet). There are 3 pump guns for standup paddles or other inflatable items. Very convenient. The food in the restaurant is 3/5 and a bit high in price. The kiosk is open for a long time but is very expensive. Meat etc are very overpriced in my opinion. Getting into the water with lots of stones is rather difficult. Standup paddles can be tied to the right of the jetty. Unfortunately there is the wire hag which is unfortunately defective. This one has sharp wire sticking out. A repair would be urgently needed. Cheaper restaurant and kiosk and more pressure on the gun to inflate and you deserve 5 stars

We were there with our kids with our bikes and tent on the weekend (transit). The place is small but nice. Barbecue area with wood on the beach, small playground, sanitary facilities very good. We liked it very much.

Great location, completely overcrowded, a lot of work and always an experience. Unfortunately, there is no parking with 500 spaces so that the entire surrounding area doesn't have to suffer.

Food: good Parking: they open another parking (longer walk) if the parking next to the lake is full. Electric car charger available. Clean lake. Good for kids to swim. No bouy to protect other swimmers especially that the SUP and boat entry is next to the swimming area. It wasn't that crowded to me (referring to other reviews that says it's crowded. Can be subjective as other variables). Good playground.

Beach band nice, kitchen staff extremely unfriendly.

Very nice beach with camping. New buildings with a restaurant, kiosk and clean sanitary facilities. On nice days, arrive before 10:00, otherwise the parking lot is full. Take a sun sail or umbrella with you, the shaded areas will quickly fill up. Despite the many visitors, the lido is not so popular for nothing!

I gave a 20Fr note for entry but only got 7.50Fr back and entry normally costs 2.50 but otherwise it was good

The pool is easy to reach and parking spaces are available for a maximum of CHF 7.00. The entrance area, restaurant and kiosk are very nice, have many different dishes and are ok in price. The only negative point is that the pool itself is integrated into the campsite, so on a nice weekend day it fills up quickly. It also doesn't have that many shaded areas.

Went there one night to camp. It was nice and relaxing. The facility and sanitary facilities are well maintained and clean. The hosts/staff were very friendly and accommodating. Happy to come back! PS: I particularly liked the beautifully large and healthy trees on the site. And you have to try the legendary Pinsa's 😉.

I've been swimming in the Tennwil working lido in the summer for over 30 years and I'm still amazed at how beautiful it is there.

Nice badi with good views. Has slide and diving board plus play stuff for kids. In height of summer grass area is quite small as it's used by campers.
